张海迪：活着就要做个对社会有益的人

张海迪，1955年秋天在济南出生。5岁患脊髓病，胸以下全部瘫痪。从那时起，张海迪开始了她独到的人生。她无法上学，便在在家自学完中学课程。15岁时，海迪跟随父母，下放(山东)聊城农村，给孩子当起教书先生。她还自学针灸医术，为乡亲们无偿治疗。后来，张海迪自学多门外语，还当过无线电修理工。

在残酷的命运挑战面前，张海迪没有沮丧和沉沦，她以顽强的毅力和恒心与疾病做斗争，经受了严峻的考验，对人生充满了信心。她虽然没有机会走进校门，却发愤学习，学完了小学、中学全部课程，自学了大学英语、日语、德语和世界语，并攻读了大学和硕士研究生的课程。1983年张海迪开始从事文学创作，先后翻译了《海边诊所》等数十万字的英语小说，编著了《向天空敞开的窗口》、《生命的追问》、《轮椅上的梦》等书籍。其中《轮椅上的梦》在日本和韩国出版，而《生命的追问》出版不到半年，已重印3次，获得了全国“五个一工程”图书奖。在《生命的追问》之前，这个奖项还从没颁发给散文作品。最近，一部长达30万字的长篇小说《绝顶》，即将问世。从1983年开始，张海迪创作和翻译的作品超过100万字。

为了对社会作出更大的贡献，她先后自学了十几种医学专著，同时向有经验的医生请教，学会了针灸等医术，为群众无偿治疗达1万多人次。

1983年，《中国青年报》发表《是颗流星，就要把光留给人间》，张海迪名噪中华，获得两个美誉，一个是“八十年代新雷锋”，一个是"“当代保尔”。

张海迪怀着“活着就要做个对社会有益的人”的信念，以保尔为榜样，勇于把自己的光和热献给人民。她以自己的言行，回答了亿万青年非常关心的人生观、价值观问题。邓小平亲笔题词：“学习张海迪，做有理想、有道德、有文化、守纪律的共产主义新人!”

随后，使张海迪成为道德力量。

张海迪现为全国政协委员，供职在山东作家协会，从事创作和翻译。

考场中，大家都都在聚精会神地考试，只有小路东看看，西瞧瞧，嘴里不停地念叨着：“这太难了，怎么做啊?”“老师也专和我过不去，就出一些判断、选择的，让我一个字也写不出，这可怎么办呢?”

比赛规则：老师给每一小组的同学出示一组电话号码(10个)，1分钟之后，看哪一小组能准确地把电话号码背出来，逐组进行，哪一组背得最多，哪一组胜利。

比赛可进行两次，第一次不给任何提示，让学生背。第二次提示学生可以先分好任务，想出好主意(如谐音记忆)再进行比赛。

Iusually have a lot of things to do after work. Every day after I come home, Ialways read some English passages, in order to improve my spoken English andfeel the charm of language.

7月25日至8月3日，七所完全中学举办了为期10天的英语夏令营活动。此次活动是由美中教育机构(esec)和教育局联合主办，由香港施永青基金会等机构大力资助的。时光飞逝，10天的夏令营活动结束了。现对在中学开展的英语夏令营活动做一总结。

此次活动是为丰富学生的暑假生活，提高学生的英语学习兴趣，拓宽学生的视野而开展的。弥补了传统英语教学形式上的不足，丰富了学校的英语教学，激发了学生的学习兴趣，丰富了学生的英语知识，提高了学生的学习能力和团队意识。

中学的英语夏令营活动是由来自山西的3名大学生志愿者主持，由本校3名优秀英语教师辅助开展的。这种”1+1”的合作模式有利于优化课程设计，使课程更贴近学生的实际，为此次活动的顺利开展奠定了良好的基础。此次活动的主体是中学初中的百位优秀学生。来自不同年级的学生随机混合组成三个班，这样有利于实施以学生为中心的教学法，使学生相互学习，共同进步。

此次活动的课程设计是由志愿者和本校的教师参考美中教育机构提供的模板，根据当地实际情况精心设计的。志愿者和教师对课程内容灵活操作，将玩与学有机结合，寓教于乐。主体内容有意在提高英语听说读写能力的各种游戏如hot potato、who am i等和意在提高团队凝聚力的music chair、english song等。还有涉及英美文化、利用手势突破发音。此外，老师们还放映了适合初中英语学习的英文电影。志愿者还利用准备的材料和自身特长教给了孩子们一些英语歌曲和舞蹈。总之，此次活动的内容丰富，形式多样，满足了初中生的发展需求。

此次活动中，学生们除了学到英语知识和学习方法外还了解到了现代大学生的生活是什么样的。这些见识增强了学生们对大学的向往，增强了学生们的学习动力和学习兴趣。志愿者和教师的鼓励和关爱帮助孩子们突破心理障碍，树立自信，有利于孩子们的健康成长。

我们通过此次活动，获得了一些宝贵的经验，通过和师生交流也发现了一些问题。这对以后的教学工作和类似的活动的开展都有有益的指导意义。成功的经验是要夯实基础知识，丰富教学形式，引进教学方法，激发学习兴趣，提高学习能力。发现的问题是学生们的英语基础知识薄弱，如不能根据音标识读单词，没能掌握语法基础知识(句子成分，词类等)。在以后的教学工作中，我们要注重基础知识，多给英语老师自主权，让其尽展才华，丰富教学方法。在以后类似活动中，我们应注意立足本校实际情况，同时积极配合志愿者组织安排活动内容。

此次活动总体上是成功的，我们希望以后能有更多类似的活动来丰富学生们的学习生活。

This August I went to a two-week long English camp which was held by English Beacon in Yantai city, Shandong Province. There were over a hundred middle school students from all over the country and thirty experts in English teaching participating in this exciting camp.

While we were there, it was required that we speak only English to our teachers and with each other. There were many activities which were funny and helped us to strengthen our oral English skills, such as, the Second Annual National Debate for Middle School Students,the Third National English Speech Competition for Middle School Students and English parties. We also visited many places of interest.

Learning English was exciting and the teachers were very friendly and helpful. This camp was a real life-changing experience that I will never forget.

5月26日—5月27日公园路小学举行一年一度的夏令营活动。三、四年级的同学整装待发，怀着无比激动的心情坐上了通往训练基地的汽车。

盼望已久的夏令营终于开始了，怀着紧张而又激动的心情走进中山大学珠海校区。眼前的一切一切都感到陌生。陌生的环境;陌生的营友;陌生的老师;好不容易拿到了一切证件和书本，接下来是找宿舍。随着拥挤的人群，终于来到了榕园。望着眼前这座高大雄伟的建筑物，想着我将在这里住半个月，我不亦乐乎。经过咨询，才知道我的宿舍在301。我们三步并作两步走了进去。哇，眼前的一切让我感到吃惊。宿舍又小又闷，而且没风扇又没空调，这半个月我要受苦了，真惨啊!但一想：来这里就是要学会独立自理的，又不是来享福，所以我要学会吃苦耐劳!

我们宿舍里每个晚上都有蟑螂、飞虫之类小虫子飞进来，我们都又怕又不知怎么办，只好呆呆地坐着。幸好宿舍里有两个高二的姐姐保护我们，否则我们不知该如何是好。晚上虽然有点热，但是感觉很新鲜，很快便入睡。

我们在这里天天都要上课。从宿舍走到教学楼需要一个钟头。而我们每天要走3个来回，所以想减肥的人来参加这个夏令营一定能减肥成功!我们上课是外教和一个助教上的。上课的形式很灵活，一会儿玩游戏，一会儿单词接龙，一会儿听老师讲故事。我们上课也很随便，外教不会要你坐得整整齐齐，我们喜欢干嘛就干嘛，可以到处乱走，可以下位同其他同学进行英语交流。因为外教喜欢自由，所以也让我们自由。

在这里，我认识了许许多多的朋友,同她们在生活上互帮互助，一起学习，一起聊天。每当我无聊时，她们便会讲笑话给我听;每当我作业不会做时，她们便会一题一题地讲解给我听，直到我会为止;每当我生活上遇到困难时，她们会尽自己最大的力量帮助我;每当我伤心时，她们会安慰我;同她们在一起，我觉得时间过得飞快，觉得十分开心!

在这里十分辛苦，要自己洗衣服、晾衣服，还有许许多多的事情需要自己做主。晚上，洗完澡后，便要自己将衣服洗干净。洗衣服非常辛苦，有时怎么搓都搓不干净，直到搓得双手红通通的，才搓干净一小部分。好不容易搓干净了，接下来是扭干衣服。衣服很重，我费了很大的劲才扭干，此时我已经累得气喘吁吁了。但是还要将衣服晾上去，晾衣服的那根竹竿太高了，我又太矮了。所以我只好请宿舍里的两个高二的姐姐帮忙。

我们每天上午就上课，下午就搞活动。下午的活动丰富多彩，有时候看外教跳舞;有时候爬山;有时候到图书馆看书;有时候上网;女外教们跳舞都很厉害，有时候还玩杂技，非常精彩!晚上，我们不是上课就是看电影——小鬼当家。小鬼当家这部电影很好看，是一部教育片。在场的同学常常看的哈哈大笑，现场也常常发出热烈的掌声。

时间过得飞快，转眼间12天已经过去了。舍不得同老师分离;舍不得同朋友分离;舍不得离开美丽的中山大学;但是，舍不得也要舍得。每当想到快乐的夏令营时，我会觉得很开心，那里是我和朋友们第一次认识的地方，在那里，藏着我们多少欢声笑语……

忘不了这次欢乐时光英式英语夏令营，这个夏令营的确很快乐!

People dont work or study every day constantly, but would take a break from time to time, in the entertainment activities Relax, its necessary. While people who hold the opposite opinion think, recreational activities will lead to many problems, such as some might because of the bad habit, such as addicted to computer games.

Although each has its according to two kinds of views, but I personally believe that if we make the appropriate entertainment, its benefits will far outweigh the disadvantages. As a college student, to participate in recreational activities not only can make us relax from the intense study, at the same time also can let us get knowledge in real life. Really is kill two birds with one stone.

人们不会每天不间断地工作或学习，而是会不时地休息一下，在娱乐活动中 放松一下，这很必要。娱乐活动的形式多种多样，从骑马、远足、旅游到玩电脑游 戏、看漫画书抑或只是看电视。不同的人会根据自己的兴趣选择不同的娱乐活动。

同样，人们对于娱乐活动所带来的影响也有着不同的看法。有些人意识到了它 们的好处，认为娱乐活动可以把我们的注意力从辛苦的工作上转移开来，使身心 得到休息。而持相反意见的人则认为，娱乐活动会导致不少问题，如有人可能会因 此染上坏习惯，比如沉迷于电脑游戏等。

虽然两种观点各有其根据，我个人却认为，如果我们进行适当的娱乐活动，其益处会远远大于坏处。作为一名大学生，参加娱乐活动不仅能使我们从紧张的学习中得到放松，同时也可以让我们获得现实生活中的知识。真可谓是一举两得。

今年暑假，我过的非常充实，因为妈妈给我报了阿斯顿英语暑期班。碰巧，阿斯顿夏令营活动就要开始了，于是，在我的请求下，妈妈为我报了为期一天的食品集结号活动。

和其他夏令营不同的是，阿斯顿夏令营的整个活动是在阿斯顿校内进行。这到底是一个什么样的活动呢?跟我一起去看看吧!

今天一大早，我们非常兴奋，早早的来到阿斯顿校内，准备活动。正在大家叽叽喳喳的猜测着活动内容时，不知谁大叫一声老师来了!吵吵闹闹的教室顿时安静下来。

我们的领队老师姓周，非常年轻，，也很漂亮。洗过手后，周老师对我们说：想知道我们这次要做什么吗?

想!我们大声喊着。

我们这次要做果冻和巧克力!老师微笑着说。

耶!欢呼声响彻屋顶，男孩子们忍不住跳了起来!

下面要做果冻啦!三个人一组，我和同班的两个好朋友被分到了第三组。终于轮到我们啦!我们三个迫不及待的把果冻粉和果汁倒入碗中，再把小碗放到电磁路上。我们一人拿着一把小勺，不断地搅拌碗里的果冻粉和果汁。大约搅拌了十分钟，老师就把小碗拿了下来。我们用小勺把融化好的果冻粉和果汁倒进小鱼形状的小碗里，然后一人拿着一条小鱼，小心翼翼的放进冰箱冷藏室里。十分钟过去了，我们的果冻做好了，果冻软软的，橙红色的小肉里透着一股浓浓的橙子味，好吃极了!品尝着自己亲手制作的果冻，心里甜滋滋的!

午餐时间到了，我们三个把小椅子上的小板拼到一起，小板变成小桌了!我们吃着美味的KFC汉堡和薯条，喝着凉丝丝的可乐，心里想着下午的巧克力制作，短暂的午餐时间就过去了。

期盼已久的巧克力制作时间终于到了!我把一个小碗放在煮开的水上，然后把盆端到电磁炉上，再打开电磁炉，大约煮了三分钟，小碗就热了，再加入可可粉，用小勺搅拌成酱，倒入小青蛙模具中，然后放入冰箱冷藏三十分钟，巧克力就做好了!它粉嘟嘟的，外面硬硬的，里面却软软的，嚼起来特别香甜!虽然不如卖的好吃，但是在我心里，它永远都是最好吃的!因为这是我亲手制作的!

愉快的夏令营结束了，但我们大家还沉浸在甜蜜的笑声中!食品集结号使我懂得了，只有自己的劳动果实才是最甜蜜的!

放暑假了！我们学校举办了一次夏令营活动，我兴致勃勃地参加了这次活动。

我们来到营地一看，啊！原来跟我们想象中的可不一样，土地坑坑洼洼的，很不平整。进入营地后，我们一个个听了下来，旁边一个教官向我们走了过来，把我们领进了小操场里，进入操场后，教官对我们说：“现在我们来练习五分钟坐姿，把你们的书包全部放在地上，赶紧坐好，不能动。”听了教官的话后，我们赶紧坐了下来，一动不动，不一会儿，我们就个个汗流浃背，但是我仍旧咬咬牙坚持了下去，这真是对我的一次毅力的考验啊！

下午，教官带我们来到射箭场练习射箭，我们个个开不已，首先教官跟我们讲了射箭的要求，大家听得都很认真，个个跃跃欲试，摩拳擦掌。这时轮到我了，我心里还是比较紧张和害怕的，心砰砰直跳，像一只活蹦乱跳的小兔子。我鼓足了勇气。把箭射了出去。啊！真可惜，没有射中，但是我还是很高兴，因为这是我第一次射箭啊！

通过这次夏令营生活，让我感到部队的生活有苦也有乐，让我得到了锻炼，这次经历让我终身难忘！
