摘要：初中生语文综合能力以写作能力为最高，写作能力又以说明文写作为最难。现根据多年来初中语文教学经验，针对初中生说明文写作的教学技巧作简要论述。

语文学习的外延与生活相等，写作能力是语文学习的重要内容。如果说记叙文是以情感人，议论文又以理服人，那说明文则是以知明人。以情感人往往有情节，以理服人往往有事实，这都是可以在生活中寻找到的素材。而以知明人则相对较难，因此，最好不采用集中教授的方式，而采用感受、实践、归纳的方式。

认知心理学认为，写作内容知识就是言语信息，它的本性属于陈述性知识的范畴，是指有关人所知道的事物状况以及事物之间的关系、能够被人陈述和描述的知识，或者说是关于“是什么”的知识。写作内容知识主要有主题知识和读者知识构成，而写作主题知识是最为重要的因素，它直接决定作者是否“有米下锅”、“有物可言”。作者知道的东西越多，写出来的东西越好。写作内容当然来自生活。巧妇难为无米之炊，欲“炊”必先有“米”，然后才能表现出“巧妇”之“巧”。这几句俗语道出了内容与技巧的关系。可以设想，教师要求学生写说明文而学生对说明对象一无所知或一知半解，就没办法写。

同其他文体的文章一样，说明文写作也需要先解决写作内容的问题，至于写作技巧，当有了内容后才能考虑。这就要求教师在命题上充分考虑如何引导学生获得说明文的写作内容。

首先，写作内容可以从“制造事件”入手，使说明文的写作具有“情节性”，以使学生获得真实感受。只是说明文写作内容的获得，要比其他文体更艰难。基于这样的认识，在说明文写作指导上应尝试“先动手做，后动手写”的技巧。

动手做，是获得说明文写作内容的有效途径。可以分为以下几类：

第一类，亲手制作某种模型（如桥梁、车、房屋等），然后将设计原理、所用材料、制作过程写出来。还可以结合数学、物理、生物等学科有关知识，制作教具或动植物标本，然后将制作过程写出来；还可以写物理、化学、生物等学科的实验，这样不仅可以提高写作水平，还可以加深对其他学科知识系统的认识。第二类，结合劳动技术可制作手工艺品，如制作布贴画、烹饪菜肴、使用缝纫机、维修家电等，将有关步骤如实地记录下来，作为写作的素材，然后加工润色。第三类，结合社会实践活动，如参观印刷厂，了解一本书或一张报纸的印刷过程；如对某种建筑物或自然景物进行观察，按顺序记录下建筑物的结构形态特点或自然景物的主要特征。

严格地说，动手做不属于语文课的任务。但是，当教师指导学生描写景物的时候，不是也要求学生对景物进行观察吗？写调查报告不是也要求学生深入社会生活先调查研究后形成文字吗？先动手制作，然后再写制作的过程，恰恰是激发学生说明文写作兴趣的有效手段。这也是“语文综合活动”的一种形式。写作要调动多种器官综合工作，“纸上得来终觉浅”，动手制作是亲身实践活动，是获得“真知”的前提。这一点布鲁纳的发现也可以给我们启迪，“发现不限于那种寻求人类尚未知晓之事物的行为，正确地说，发现包括着用自己的头脑亲自获得知识的一切形式”，教师指导学生自行发现与自行组织知识的方法，有助于学习后的长时记忆，学生主动学习的思维活动，有助于智力的发展和提升，学生养成自动自发的学习习惯并获得解决问题的技能之后，有助于将来独立的求知与研究，所以，强调教师引导学生去发现，而不是急于告诉他们学习的结果，这也是“动手做”的道理所在。

其次，成文的演练需要先说话后作文。说话是口语交际的一种形式，学生在课堂上向全体学生介绍自己制作的“作品”就是一种“有声语言”的文本；它与教师的询问、评价语言形式对话；其他学生即使没有参与对话，但思维在“对话”。先说话后作文，就是强调把口语表达和文字表达结合起来。把一件事说明白了，才可能写明白；人对事物的感知总是从简单到复杂，说话比较简单，写成文章就比较复杂；说总比写快，先动口说，说的内容有偏差，“改口”比改文章容易；说得好现场就能获得好评，感受成就感的周期短，反馈及时；先说就能把作文思路先演练一通，写的时候心里就有底。作文则是书面语言的文本、有声语言文本在先，书面语言文本在后，有利于“我手写我口”，形成语言生活化、朴实、自然的风格。这也是一种“语文综合活动”。

再次，从“动手做”获得写作内容，从“动口说”获得写作演练，接下来自然要涉及到写作技巧。如果教师在学生没有获得写作内容之前就一股脑地把写作技巧告诉学生，学生很快就能得到这些知识，但是，因为没有亲身实践，没有发现，没有尝试主动解决问题，只能被动接受这些知识，那么这些知识就很难转化为能力。

在此基础上，可以把这种先个别后一般的程序认知能力进行迁移。当说明对象不需要亲手制作，而是一个具体事物，则通过观察调查等实践活动，把从前的自我设计与选材、制作转换为别人的设计、选材、制作。虽然不是自己的操作，可是自己操作过，明白其中缘故，自然说的清楚明白。甚至可以把这种能力迁移到不是具体事物，而是抽象事理的说明对象上来。有了对说明对象特征的认识，又要进一步让别人明白，就必须按照一定的顺序，使用一定的手段进行说明。这些就是写作技巧的策略性知识。从逻辑上讲，这是归纳推理，是由一般到个别的推理；许多程序性的知识不能直接转化为能力，换句话说，就是写作只是不能直接转化为写作能力。许多教师通过先讲解写作知识，再根据这些知识进行写作训练，导致学生无法写出好文章。其实，如此教学，教师自己也不能根据自己的讲解的写作只是写出令自己满意的文章，又何必强求学生。但是，写作技巧知识如果是在亲身实践中悟出的，这种知识就会内化为自己的积淀，存储在自己的大脑中，自动支配自己的相关写作活动。

这是从感性认识上升到理性认识的关键一步，是由形象具体的个性化操作上升到抽象知识的关键一步，这样获得的程序性知识是加上了个体亲身感受的、一旦拥有便终身不忘的知识，是在实践的基础上形成了技能后概括出来的“真知”。

总之，说明文的写作，我的经验就是引导学生首先获得关于说明对象的知识，再进行口语演练，最后形成文字；在作文讲评的时候引导学生针对自己成文的过程进行反思归纳，形成关于技巧的程序性知识，从而使学生具有亲身感受、亲自发现的特点，使学生思维水平得以提升，并形成主动发现问题、解决问题的习惯。

初中化学的课改方向是“从生活走向化学，从化学走向社会”，下面我就化学教学工作，谈一点自已的看法。

一、首先教师要控制住大局，虽然是探究型的开放性化学课，是把主动权还给学生的课，但也应该是井然有

序的课堂教学，而不是一乱糟糟的课，课堂纪律无法控制，学生各搞各的像一个市场，初中学生的自制能力本来就很弱，现在还把很多时间给他看，给他讲，给他做。如果作为一个科任教师，压不住课堂的话，不但上这个课没有什么效果，而且让他们有一种感觉就是上化学课就是可以玩、就是可以说闲话、就是可以开小差、就是可以闹翻天的时间。这就与我们的目标越走越远了。我们的目的只是让他们轻轻松松的学习，调动他们的积极性，让他们学会知识，培养能力，了解社会。

二、其次教师要把提问题的权力还给学生。最传统的授课方式是老师讲足一节课，学生只是在下面被动地接受，之后改变了很多，变成了老师以“提问启发式”上课，学生终于有发言的机会，现在的课程改革则进了一步，让学生自已提出疑问，再想办法解决。有人说过，提出问题有时比解决问题更重要。别人提出来的问题，你不一定有兴趣帮他解决，但自已提出来的问题你肯定会有兴趣、而且会想方设法来解决，人在生活中是这样，在学习知识上也是这样。我觉得化学课上应鼓励他们提问题，各种奇里古怪的大自然问题生活生产中的问题都行，平时上课也是这样，有相关的他们想知道的的问题让他们提出来，而不是我提。当然，相应地，老师一定要多看书，多了解相关的知识，才能使自已立于不败之地，同时使他们被你的知识所折服。

三、再次，老师要敢干把解决问题的权力还给学生。现在是一个信息时代，得到信息的方式是多种多样的，一个现代的人不是看谁记住了多少知识，毕竟能记住的只是一小部分，而是谁能用最短的时间把最有用的知识搜集出来。有些他们自已能够解决的问题你不一定要帮他解决，因为他们最需要的，不仅仅是结果，而是过程。他们可以在解决问题的过程中，学会基本的枝能，基本的动手能力一般的解决问题的能力，体会到这个过程的乐趣感受到成功的喜悦，这说远点甚至对他的生活产生很大的影响，在学校里培养他的独立解决问题能力尤其重要。

一、转换思维，确立英语在各学科中的重要地位

首先老师必须帮助学生确立这样的观点：英语是主课，不是豆芽课。在小学阶段，不论是老师，学生，还是家长，可能都看重语文，数学的学习。在小学的英语教学中，老师主要是以游戏为主，关键是学校和教育部门对英语的评估不如语文数学那样重视。所以学生普遍认为语文，数学很重要，英语是豆芽课，学英语就跟玩似的。到了中学，仍然主攻语数、理化，依然把英语当副科。一个学生亲口跟我说：我一直都以为初中英语跟小学一样，是豆芽课。我心痛不已。在入学之初，班主任和英语老师都应反复强调英语这一学科的重要性，让学生引起重视，才能为以后认真学习作好心理准备。

其次要纠正的一个观点是英语无用的观点。我们的老一辈是喊着：“学好数理化，走遍天下都不怕”;“我是中国人，不必学外文”的口号完成学业的。时至二十一世纪，虽然中国已改革开放多年，学英语之风已吹遍大江南北，但在我们这样的小地方，那些口号遗留下来的观点仍然存在。学生们仍然死抱数理化，对英语极其忽略。因为他们认为自己将来用不上英语的，既进不了外企，又成不了CEO，就更别说出国了。所以英语在毕业之后是基本无用的。殊不知，正是这一观点制约了他们的发展，如果他们学好了英语，其余各科也很优秀的话，他们是可以很好发展的，他们一定能走出小城，走向外面的大世界，实现他们更高的社会价值。所以老师应该讲道理，摆事实让学生明白学好英语的重要性。

二、背单词从科学方法入手，避免走弯路

很多初一新生按字母顺序背单词，有些老师也确实这么教的，比如自行车，bike,老师就领着学生念：B-I-K-E，bike。学生自然就学会了这样背单词，即使后来老师介绍了更科学的方法，学生却难改已经养成的习惯，这种方法就一直用到初三，乃至更高的年级。

初一单词量不算很多，本身课程比较轻松，有足够的时间，还能应付。到了高年级，单词量增加，课业加重。学生再也顾不上单词了，即使花了很多时间，单词还是记不住，这就影响了听说，阅读。成绩下降，兴趣降低，学习跟不上了，最终只好放弃学习英语。

老师应在学生开始学英语时就教学生科学背单词的方法，避免学生走弯路。我在了解了马承老师字母，音素，音标的三位一体教学法后，就教学生根据音标背单词。当对字母，音标熟悉到一定程度，只要会说那个单词，就基本上会拼写这个单词。看着生词也能准确的读出来，学生不必花大量时间在单词上。

老师还可以利用学生小学语文课上学的拼音，把汉语拼音和字母，音标建立适当的联系，有利于学生快速记住英语音标的读法和写法，能更快入门。

另外，有些学生一背单词，就翻到书后面的单词表，逐个记忆。其实这种单纯记忆单词是很容易遗忘的。我们老师应该引导学生多读课文，在课文中背单词。这样记下来的单词才能活用，也有利于培养学生的语感。

三、明确中英文化差异

任何一个民族都有其独特的文化和思维方式以及语言的构成方式。西方人的思维、习惯是有别于咱们中国人的，英语语言也是有别于汉语的。英语老师都明白这一点。但老师却没重视这种差异给学生学习带来的困惑。没有及时告诉学生这些差异，这就容易导致学生用中国人的思维方式去理解英语中的一些现象，而且百思不得其解。

我认为初一新生一入学就该明白这一点，学会接纳认同其他民族的文化，了解他们的思维方式，树立文化差异意识，避免用汉语套英语，用汉语的顺序说英语句子，用中国人的习惯去衡量西方人，造成很多考试中的失误和面对西方人时的尴尬。

因此，英语老师在教学中要注意文化的问题，在语言中教文化，在文化中教语言，使二者互相促进。文化的学习既是外语学习的目的，也是外语学习的手段。如果英语教学一旦提升到文化的高度，就会富有情趣。比如：西方人不喜欢“13”这个数字;在中国人眼里，红色是喜庆的，而在西方人眼里则是危险的标志。比如东西方人对赞美的回答，比如中国人和英国人在闲聊方面的话题选择等等都与文化有关。

四、养成大声阅读的习惯，杜绝哑巴英语

很多学生进校时精力充沛，兴趣浓厚，读英语很卖力，日子一长，兴趣没了，声音小了，到了二，三年级，就成默读了。有老师抱怨：早读课比晚自习还安静!

习惯成自然。老师让学生一开始就养成大声阅读的习惯，并随时观察，发现学生有读不出的时候要想办法。我曾在班上给学生讲李阳老师拿着喇叭带领一群人在长城上喊英语的故事，我也带领学生在早上喊读英语，经过几次练习，也颇有成效。

同时我在课堂上也要求学生大声说英语。一个有趣的活动是让教室里相隔甚远的两个同学随意问答，这也可以改变学生因害羞，害怕而不大声说英语的状况。

还有就是避免学文盲英语，有的小孩子读书，嘴里喊得响亮，眼睛没看到书上，即使知道怎么说，却写不出来，或者写别字，这种学法是必须要纠正的。

五、学会做笔记，好记性不如烂笔头

小学老师总告诉孩子们，把这记在这里，把那记在那里。中学老师不会这样告诉学生，这就要学生知道怎样做笔记。而且英语知识点相对零散，课堂上很容易理解和记住，却由于不是系统的，所以极容易遗忘，学生必须时时记笔记，经常复习。有些学生开始没养成记笔记的习惯，后来明明知道那是该写的东西，却懒得动手。考试时到处找别人的笔记来背，其效果当然不理想。

所以学英语之初，就要学生准备笔记本，要求他们作笔记，老师还可以不定期检查，以督促学生记笔记。

在初学英语时，老师应指导学生怎么做笔记并形成习惯，比如：课文里的短语，重要句子，就直接在短语，句子下划线。一些词，句的转换，就直接把替代的词句写在该词句旁边，这样可以在课堂上节约时间。而一些词语辨析，重点句型及例句，大块的语法，比如时态等就得写在笔记本上，省得在书上见缝插针，复习时不好找。另外，学生应在笔记本上写明单元，课题等，以方便查找。

学生要有一套自己的做笔记的符号，老师也可以介绍一些。比如：短语就划直横线，重点句型划波浪线，重点介词，连词等就把该词划圈。这样学生在读课文时就可以重点注意这些有符号的词句，在读书的同时，也可以把这些知识点顺便过一遍，比单独复习省时省力多了。

我有一个学生，她的笔记本上每页都在右边留三分之一或四分之一的空白，每次大考小考复习相关单元时，老师补充的东西就记在这些空白处，真是聪明之至!

六、注重听说读写四项基本技能，培养英语思维习惯英语作文怎样学好汉语

英语不仅是一个学科，更重要的是它是一门语言，是人们借以交流的工具，会听，会说，会读，会写才算掌握了英语。因此老师首先要培养学生听说读写的意识和技能，让学生意识到光靠做题是学不好英语的。通过做题可以得高分，但最终将影响英语能力的提高。

课堂上，老师首先教会学生基本的课堂用语，问候语。课后老师可以主动用简单的英语和学生打招呼。老师把目标语言呈现后要少讲解，多操练。操练的方式也是多种多样的，可以两人对话，可以小组对话，还可以实行男女生之间的对话。老师可以自己编一些简单有趣的句子写在黑板上，让学生读。也可以设置情景，让学生编对话。这些活动不仅可以提高学生听说读写的能力，也能提高学生学习兴趣。

老师一开始教新生时就要避免学生“心译”。初一课本上的单词多半是实物和表示实际动作行为的词，老师教单词时最好出示实物或用简笔画，不用或少用汉字，并且应要求学生学记单词时头脑中出现实物本身的形状，而不是汉字。这样才有利于培养学生的英语思维。

当然英语老师要首先用英语教，课堂上尽量避免使用汉语，必要时可以辅以手势等身体语言。然后要求学生坚持在课堂上认真听英语，用英语想，用英语说，去掉“心译”的过程，形成英语思维的习惯。养成了英语思维习惯，将大大提高学生学英语的速度和进程。

七、预习和复习是学好英语的保障

初学英语，字母和音标符号对于孩子们来说是无意义的音节和符号，很难理解记忆，要靠死记硬背，是极容易遗忘的。所以复习就显得尤为必要，老师必须强调复习预习，安排时间，教授方法，这样才可以保证自己的教学顺利进行下去。而且养成了这样的好习惯，也有利于今后的学习。

一般来说，老师应在下课之前留两分钟让学生复习，指导学生回忆当堂课的主要内容，在学完之后一小时内复习，效果相当好，可以记住内容的百分之九十左右。在下节课开始的时侯再用三四分钟检查学生记忆情况，掌握学生学习状况，及时对所教知识进行复习巩固，会起到很好的教学效果。

老师要让学生有意识地对所学东西分阶段复习。把一天的内容复习一次，在周末把一周的内容进行一下梳理总结，在学月考试时再详细复习。如此反复，学生头脑中的知识是相当牢固的，所学知识就从短时记忆转换成了长时记忆，就不易遗忘了。用所学单词、短语、句型来描述自己身边的人、事是很好的复习单词、句子的方法，对课文可以采取复述的方式，也能收到很好的效果。

对于预习来说，教师指导学生用框架式预习比较好，容易形成系统的知识结构，易于梳理。比如说，在第一节课，老师应让学生浏览全书，了解大概的知识结构，有些什么版块，便于学生以后把学到的具体的知识放进相应的知识板块中。也让学生心理上有所准备。在下课或一周结束时要告诉学生，将要学习什么内容，以便学生有目的的去预习。

单词的预习就是提前去拼读，课文的预习就是先试着去阅读，理解课文中的词句，课文大意。深难句和不明白的地方要做记号，以便上课时认真仔细听讲。

八、激发学生兴趣，随时关注学生需要

学生其实是学校和老师的服务对象，当我们的服务对象有什么正确合理的需要时，我们要千方百计地满足他们。学生的需要不仅是科学文化知识的需要，还包括鼓励，被认可，成就感，帮助，鞭笞等的需要。学生的劳动需要得到认可，要让学生有成就感。当我们发现学生的哪怕一个小小的进步，我们要及时给予鼓励，当我们发现学生学习存在问题时，我们也有责任及时给予指出并帮助他们解决问题。这样，可以更长久地保持学生学习的积极性，避免过早地出现两极分化，放弃学习英语的情况的产生。

九、克服困难，树立理想

初一英语尽管简单，对于学生们来说，还是存在相当的困难。遗忘，枯燥是最大的问题。老师要让学生明白：困难肯定是存在的，但要有克服困难的勇气和决心，每次都努力翻越一个一个的坎，过了一坎，就前进了一步。同时老师要让学生树立远大的理想。为理想而学习英语，不轻言放弃，才会有恒久的动力。

老师要多观察学生，分析学生的作业情况。当学生有困难时，老师要及时发现并给予帮助。在出现较大困难时，老师要和学生讨论，谈心，帮助学生找出解决问题的方法，并和学生一起制订一份可行性计划，并督促学生按时完成。学生只有看见了自己的进步，才更有信心学好英语。

对于学生来说，知识的缺漏容易补救，科学方法和习惯的养成比较难。老师光介绍方法是不行的，还要给予学生必要的，经常的，一定时间的训练，才能取得好的效果。

十、学会使用词典，培养自学能力

大科学家达尔文说：关于方法的知识是最有用的知识。当今的学生在学校不仅要学习文化知识，更重要的是掌握获得知识的方法，以便可以及时更新自己的知识，保证终身的学习和提高。所以老师要在教学的过程中培养学生的自学能力。

在教了字母，音标之后，应该鼓励学生自己拼读，预习单词和课文，不知道意思的单词自己去查词典。初中阶段建议学生使用双语词典，要让学生有意识地去看英文注解。

培养学生自己总结知识的能力，自己总结已经学过的句型，短语。鼓励学生造出自己的句子，用英语表达自己的思想。

现在学英语的渠道很多，学生可以自己选择简单有趣的读物，磁带，光碟，或在网上下载简单的听力，还可以通过网络结交到笔友，在英语网站上学英语。只要正确选择使用这些东西，都可以提高英语，并且会让学英语变得越来越轻松。

“A-B-C-D-E-F-G……”英语歌又响起来了，我知道，又到了我大显身手的时候了——教妹妹学英语。

你知道我妹妹为什么要学英语吗？都是因为那个爱攀比的老妈。一天下午，我看妈妈回家时抱了一大摞英语绘本和卡片，我感到十分好奇，便问：“妈，这些给我学有些幼稚了吧？”妈妈立刻还了我一个大白眼：“我说这是给你买的了吗？这是给你妹学的。人家儿子四岁，英语口才已经达到了四年级的水平，再不买就来不及了！还有，从今天起，你就是妹妹的英语老师！”我很想反抗，可能是为我自己，也可能是为了妹妹，但我知道妈妈的脾气，只好极不情愿地答应了。当起了妹妹的第一位英语老师。

首先，我要教妹妹读26个英文字母。也不知什么原因，妹妹读得挺好，进度出奇的顺利，可能是因为妈妈一直给她听字母歌的缘故吧。

妈妈过来晾衣服了，也顺便把单子卡片拿了过来，让我教会前三个，就可以下课了。单词可比字母难教多了，我顺手翻了一下单词卡，前三张分别是“fish”、“apple”和“Pear”。我先教妹妹读一遍，可是妹妹根本就不会读。我只好把一个单词读上好几遍，让妹妹学着我的口型去念，当我把“fish”读到第136遍时，妹妹终于会读了！我十分高兴，不停地嘟囔着：“苍天啊，大地啊，我妹终于会读了！”但我又转念一想：总不能每个单词都得读100多遍吧？不然，这些单词卡要教到猴年马月啊！我急中生智想出了一个好办法。

我立刻从冰箱拿出一个红彤彤的苹果和一个黄澄澄的鸭梨，把它们洗干净，切成小正方体，装进盘子，挤了一些沙拉酱，叉上几根牙签，再以迅雷不及掩耳之势的速度端进书房。对妹妹说：“这些水果是用“apple”和“pear”做的，你要是会读“apple”和“pear”，你就可以吃掉它们。”没想到这一招还真灵，妹妹不一会儿就会读了，我激动地宣布：“下课！”再不下课我就要疯了，妹妹则津津有味地吃着水果沙拉，美滋滋的。

我教妹妹学英语后，才知道我们的老师有多辛苦，教妹妹英语的日子还很长，而我才上了第一节课就快疯了。唉，我太难了！
