针对现在的河水污染情况，我想，如果我是市长，我将会采取以下几种办法治理污染。

一、河滩放置垃圾桶。我发现现在河边没有垃圾桶，只有河堤上才有，而人们都有一种懒惰心理，丢一次垃圾要花几分钟，很麻烦，大多数人就干脆把它丢在河里和地上。就近在河滩放置几个垃圾桶，又花不了多少钱，简便易行，解决了人们丢垃圾麻烦的问题。

二、河滩设置管理人员。现在人们不想把垃圾丢进垃圾桶还有一个原因，就是人们发觉河滩没有人员管，可以乱丢垃圾，造成环境污染。安置管理人员强制管理人们的不卫生习惯。

三、加强环境保护的宣传教育。现在人们乱丢垃圾的另一个原因是环保意识差。要在办公室、学校等公共场所进行宣传，提高人们的环保观念。学校也可经常组织学生到河滩捡拾垃圾，增强学生的环保自觉意识。

四、多植树木，防止水土流失。大家知道黄河是怎么来的吗?就是因为它流过的地方有黄沙流失，积少成多，慢慢就成了黄河。如果我们多植树木，就可以防止河岸上泥土流失，以免成为第二条黄河。

一天，坐在窗前的我，正在写作业，其中的一道题吸引了我的注意。虽然我比较懒惰，但对那些灵活、有意思的题目还是比较喜欢的。渐渐地，我沉浸其中，把其它事情忘了个一干二净。不过，尽管我以百倍的努力投入战斗，但依然看不到战果。第一次，失败；第二次，失败；第三次，还是以失败告终。气得我直跺脚，母亲看到我如一头发疯的牛，脸上流露出笑意，并调侃我道：“是什么事情，惹得我家宝贝这么生气呀？”“还能有什么事情，当然是题目啦！”我气急败坏地回应着。之后，妈妈就出去了。空旷的房间里，我独自一人继续奋战。

过了一会儿，门“咔”的一声，妈妈走了过来，把一杯水和一块蛋糕放在我的书桌上，说：“喝一些水和甜品可以缓和你紧张的大脑思维。以后不要因为学习中的点点问题而感到烦恼。世界上还有那么多的问题等着我的宝贝去解决。相信你都能战胜它们。”听了妈妈这些话，我内心的火焰顿时消失得无影无踪。

喝了口水，润了润喉咙，我又开始了与问题的搏斗。经过九九八十一次失败的我，终于成功到达了彼岸。我兴奋地抓起蛋糕，啃了起来，哇噻！这“成功之糕”的味道可比以前吃过的任何一块蛋糕还要甜。或许，是因为心境的不同。

Nowadays, the environmental protection is becoming one of the most important issues in the world. Being one of the members of our society, what shall we do to protect the environment

First, stop using plastic bags, boxes and bottles. Stores should be required to use the bags, boxes and bottles which are made from paper. Secondly, more and more trees and flowers should be planted to keep our surrounding clean. People must be required to plant plants around their houses and work places.

Finally, we must control the pollution by law, according to which, polluted water and air exhausted from factories should be forbidden.

These are some of the measures that we can take to protect our environment and they are not hard tasks for us. Remember, the earth is the only planet we could live at present.

With rapid development of society,the environment is becoming a more and more severe problem.Low carbon,is a new conception of the whole world.We should turned off the light when we dont use it.We can take bus instead of driving car to office.We shouldnt use plastic bag in supermaket as possible as we can.If we do that,we can have a promising future.
