阳春三月，发生了一起河水污染事件，让美丽的沱江河成为了一条哭泣之河。从2月16日到3月2日川化二厂向沱江河排放纯氨氮2000吨，河水发出恶臭，氨氮指标超标40～50倍，上游河段达到100倍，这可是惊人的数字呵，会致人怪病甚至患上癌症的，已造成了大规模死鱼，死鱼达50万公斤，沱江生态受到严重破坏，直接经济损失上亿元，致使简阳、资阳、内江百万居民停饮自来水。这是全国近年来最大的水污染事件。因为时间持续到3月2日，被称为“302”事故。现在时间虽然已过去一年多，排污工厂受到了处罚，工厂排污得到遏制，但河边污染水源的情况并未停止。河滩上到处都有烟头、纸屑、果皮、塑料袋等各种垃圾在污染河水。

针对现在的河水污染情况，我想，如果我是市长，我将会采取以下几种办法治理污染。

一、河滩放置垃圾桶。我发现现在河边没有垃圾桶，只有河堤上才有，而人们都有一种懒惰心理，丢一次垃圾要花几分钟，很麻烦，大多数人就干脆把它丢在河里和地上。就近在河滩放置几个垃圾桶，又花不了多少钱，简便易行，解决了人们丢垃圾麻烦的问题。

二、河滩设置管理人员。现在人们不想把垃圾丢进垃圾桶还有一个原因，就是人们发觉河滩没有人员管，可以乱丢垃圾，造成环境污染。安置管理人员强制管理人们的不卫生习惯。

三、加强环境保护的宣传教育。现在人们乱丢垃圾的另一个原因是环保意识差。要在办公室、学校等公共场所进行宣传，提高人们的环保观念。学校也可经常组织学生到河滩捡拾垃圾，增强学生的环保自觉意识。

四、多植树木，防止水土流失。大家知道黄河是怎么来的吗?就是因为它流过的地方有黄沙流失，积少成多，慢慢就成了黄河。如果我们多植树木，就可以防止河岸上泥土流失，以免成为第二条黄河。

能按这样做，我相信一年内沱江河将成为最干净的河。

瑞安，是一个和谐美丽的大家园。热闹的街道，琳琅满目的商品；充满乐趣的乐园，洋溢着孩子们嘻嘻哈哈的打闹声；荡漾温情的家里，一家人坐在桌边有说有笑……但是，就在这个幸福美满的大家园中，却有一个十分严重的现象——污染环境！

草拼上随处可见的果皮纸屑，公路上大大小小的痰，恶臭的塘河，汽车的尾气……这些无一不是污染环境的行为。

人类是懒惰的。往前走几步，或许就是一个垃圾桶，却仍然要把垃圾扔到地上去；明明可以把痰包在纸巾里，再扔掉，却执意要吐到地上去……种种行为，让我们美丽的大家园——瑞安，变得伤痕累累，狰狞可怕，不再美丽壮观，和蔼可亲。

人类，难道还不觉悟吗？

那唐河来说，在几十年前，她还是一条清澈见底的母亲河，让人们在她的怀里钓鱼、洗澡、游泳，犹如一位慈祥的母亲，慈爱的望着自己的孩子。

但是，如今的母亲河是怎样的呢？肮脏、乌黑 、恶臭……人们不愿意再用塘河里的水，不敢下水游泳，更不敢吃塘河里的鱼……

母亲河在哭泣，哭泣人类为什么要这样对待她，难道人类就是这样忘恩负义、恩将仇报吗?她不懂，她做错了什么？

不，这位慈爱的母亲没有做错。导致这一切的，是人类的懒惰，那种毫无保护环境意识的心理。懒到把垃圾扔进塘河，懒到把工厂里的废水直接排到塘河里，懒到……

母亲河，一位养育我们子子孙孙的人类母亲，却亲手被自己的孩子糟蹋的千疮百孔。

人类，难道不感到悲愤、自愧吗？

对于保护环境，我想提几个建议：

1、节约资源：节水为荣，随时关上水龙头，千万不能浪费我们的水资源。

2、分类回收：不乱丢弃废电池、废塑料等垃圾、废物。

3、重复使用：尽量少使用一次性用品，多使用耐用品。如，不使用一次性性塑料和餐盒，减少白色污染。

4、爱护树木：植树造林，爱护我们身边的每一寸绿地身、每一株花草、每一片树木。

5.保护塘河：让所有的市民共同参与到保护塘河地行动中去，让我们美丽的温瑞塘河不再哭泣。

大家好，我叫“白色污染”。因为我干的坏事太多，所以每个人都不喜欢我，可谓是臭名昭著，但这不能完全怨我。

听说我还没出世时，这个世界是一尘不染的，我多谢那些不爱护环境的人，因为有了他们，才有了现在的我，他们是我的生身父母。

我刚诞生时，到处都很脏。空气因为我的出世变得怪味扑鼻，河流因为我的降临变得浑浊不堪，草木因为我的出现变得枯萎凋零。随着废渣、废液、废气和日常生活垃圾的蔓延，我的手下逐渐增多，且个个身手不凡，如一节废电池，可以污染一方水土;一个塑料袋需要几百年的降解。生活水平提高了，人们环保意识却日益淡薄了，这使我越来越健壮，在垃圾漫天飞的环境里生活，我真逍遥自在啊!我正是长身体的时候，可要多吸收些“营养”。看，那个人又丢了一堆垃圾，哈!他真好。

现在，我已是举世闻名的“大明星”了，全世界都在关注我。但有一点让我深感不安，人们已意识到自己生活环境的恶劣，还成立了什么环保局，想通过各种方法除掉我。

人类净化环境、保护环境的举措使我的日子越来越不好过。一天，我正在街上散步，一个红领巾捡起我丢进了垃圾筒，真可恶。我好不容易才逃出来，真准备在一座城市里大展身手的时候，几个清洁工把我逮了个正着。唉，真倒霉，我已无一个安宁之日。怎么办?再这样下去，我可能就会无立足之地，生命不保了，但我不会罢休的，要抗争，除非以后人人都时刻自觉地爱护环境，使我无存身之处，否则我随时随地都会出现的。

在一些国家，资本家或生产单位的经济人为了追求高额利润，任意向自然界排放各种有害物质，严重污染环境，特别是大气和水源的污染，造成社会公害，引起许多疾病，使广大人民的健康和生命受到严重威胁。

对水源的污染有多种，其中“水俣病”就是举世闻名的日本公害之一。

“水俣病”于1953年首先在日本九州熊本县水俣镇发生，当时由于病因不明，故称之为水俣病。

1950年在水俣湾附近渔村中，发现一些猫步态不稳，抽筋麻痹，最后跳入水中溺死，当地人谓之“自杀猫”。

1953年水俣镇发现一个生怪病的人，开始只是口齿不清，步态不稳，面部痴呆，近而耳聋眼瞎，全身麻木，最后神经失常，一会酣睡，一会兴奋异常，身体弯弓，高叫而死。

1956年在这个地区又发现五十多人患有同样症状的病。

经过对病的调查和研究，在1962年才确定水俣病的发生是由于汞的环境污染，特别是常期食用被污染的鱼和贝类引起的甲基汞慢性中毒。

这是从水俣镇的工厂排放的氯化甲基汞污染海域，使鱼和贝类中毒造成的。

继水俣镇之后1963年，日本新泻县又有大批自杀猫、自杀狗出现。

1973年在有明海南部沿岸的有明町等地又发生了水俣病。

据报导这三次发病人数共计900多人，实际上在日本受害人数远远超过这个数字，仅水俣镇受害居民已有一万人左右。

汞俗称水银，它广泛应用于许多工业部门。

汞及其化合物都是有害物质，尤其是汞的烷基化合物的毒性更大。

汞及其化合物可以通过呼吸或消化系统进入人体污染环境的事例作文。

无机汞进入人身体后，含汞浓度最高的是肾脏和肝脏。

有机汞在人脑中蓄积最为显著，其次是肝和肾

汞中毒后的临床症状即如“水俣病”症状。

造成水污染的工业公害除汞外，还有酚、氰类、铬、砷及某些重金属盐等物质。

这些物质从工厂及科研单位排放出来，造成了严重的水污染。

从而对人类造成的危害在国内外都时有发生。

因此在发展国民经济，加快四个现代化的进程中，一定要注意保护人类赖以生存的环境，防止污染，使人类在优美、舒适的环境中生存发展。
