不过话说回来，我也支持建地铁，因为这方便了我们今后的交通，所以修建地铁也是一件好事！

我每天早上都会经过滕王阁旁的抚河桥，抚河以往是很清澈的，可是不知道为什么，近期抚河的水开始变得浑浊不清，河面上总是漂浮着白色垃圾，到了夏天，河面上甚至会出现死鱼，发出一阵阵臭味。

现在人们的生活条件也好了起来，家家户户都有汽车，虽然这并不算什么坏事，但是如果每天都有这么多车开出去，该造成多大的空间污染啊！

在公园和一些闹市区，总是可以看见许多老人家带着自家的小猫小狗出来溜达，虽然这没什么大碍，但是宠物的主人大多数都不会去收拾自家宠物的排泄物，就让它臭气熏天地在路上，而且许多人也习惯性地将垃圾随手一扔，扔的人多了，垃圾也就越来越多，风一吹，垃圾就满天飞。

所以，市长叔叔，为了让南昌市的居民有更好的环境，我想提一些建议：

1、限制每户买汽车的辆数，超过了就必须纳税，这样一来，便可以很好的控制汽车的数量，每天排放的尾气就减少了很多。

2、应在河上投放垃圾打捞船，这样就方便了打捞水中垃圾的工人处理垃圾。这样河水又能恢复美丽的容颜了。

3、多找一些志愿者在公园或其他场所进行监督，对乱扔垃圾的市民进行劝阻。
