第一，发挥推动和引领全党学习的排头兵作用，持续深化对总书记系列讲话精神的学习。党校是党的学习基地，只有我们自己首先学明白了、学扎实了，才能引领和推动广大党员干部的学习。这就要原原本本地学，老老实实地学，认认真真地学，联系群众地学，精心研读、学以致用，避免浅尝辄止、脱离实际。还要反复对照、仔细揣摩，从整体上把握好总书记的重要思想，真正做到学有所得、学有所悟，努力把学习成果转化为推动工作的实际成效。
