在此，我呼吁大家爱护我们的家——地球，我们只有一个地球，你不爱护她她怎么爱护你呢？所以，让我们共同协力去把我们的家装扮得更美丽富饶吧！并且每个人都勤俭节约、要讲礼貌、讲卫生，这样一来，整个地球都会更美丽，更洁净的！我相信，大家听了我的呼吁后一定会一致行动起来，让我们共同把家变得更美，不是吗？

Responsible travel is very well expressed in the famous travelers saying: Take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints, kill nothing but time. Travelling is every one’s way of getting away from the hustle and bustle of life and sometimes, because we are so engrossed in our desire to enjoy and have fun, we tend to forget that the we only have one earth to live on and that we are all responsible for it. Very often, we are not conscious enough to realize that one little candy wrapper that we threw outside the bus while travelling could one day contribute to the blocking of the drainage system and could cause flooding in the area; we are not aware enough of the fact that the litter we throw away carelessly might one day turn the place into a trash dump; we are not considerate enough to see the tree we attempt to climb might be over 500 years old and can hardly bear our weight.

I think we should understand that travelling should not be seen as something that is human-centered.

It should be understood that when we travel, we should feel honored that we could still see and enjoy the beauty of the world.

We, as a human being, should be responsible for the few of the remaining beautiful places in this planet. Being responsible doesn’t necessarily mean that we are required to do something grand for the environment. It’s those little things that matter the most. If everybody starts doing those little things, I bet it could change the world.

It is undeniable that the worsening environment has become the biggest concern of the present-day world. Land resources are dwindling because of water loss and soil erosion. Waste gases poison the air we breathe. The rivers and lakes are polluted by waste dumped in them from factories. It is probably no exaggeration to say that deterioration of the quality of the environment threatens the existence of mankind itself.

Some people are of the opinion that the environmental problem is the price we have to pay for economic development. But I do not think that this argument is valid. After all, what is the point of economic growth if peoples lives are adversely alfected by worsening environmental pollution ?

不可否认环境恶化已成为当今世界最大的问题。土地资源在不断减少,因为水土流失。废气污染着我们呼吸的空气。河流和湖泊被工厂的 倒出来的废弃物所污染。这可以毫不夸张地说,环境质量的恶化威胁着人类的生存。

有些人认为环境问题是我们因为经济发展而必须要付出的代价。但我不认为这种观点是有效的。毕竟,经济增长的重点是什么?如果人们的生活环境被日益恶化、被严重污染了，那还有什么意义?

“内塑动力”是指一个人的努力工作必须要靠内在的动力来驱动。一般来讲，收入、福利待遇等物质方面的需求通常是最基本的、较低层次的需求，没有或太少不行，但有了或多了也未必能产生更强的工作动机。随着中央八项规定以及反腐败态势的持续推进，公务员收入以及福利待遇将更加规范和透明，借助权力资源获取的灰色或黑色收入的空间被大大压缩，而通过正常工资调整机制保持收入稳步增长的态势正在逐步形成。人们对公务员收入的预期会越来越明朗，因此公务员的物质激励将会维持在一个较为稳定的强度，公务员的职业竞争力将会维持在一个相对合理的水平。

目前的主要问题是，除了物质激励以外，公务员努力工作的内在动力还靠什么?实事求是地讲，目前在我国公务员身上，工作层面和精神层面的激励作用仍未得到充分的展现。尤其在近几年，政府官员腐败问题的大量披露，百姓“仇富”“仇官”心理的蔓延，加之官场中确实存在着较为严重的官僚主义、懒政怠政等问题，使公务员这一职业群体的整体形象受到严重损害，很难像其他职业群体一样获得社会的认可和美誉。公务员似乎难以通过自己的努力工作找到职业归属感，似乎除了当官，自身的人生价值难以得到真正的体现。尽管长期以来我们非常重视官员思想品德方面的宣传和教育，强调公务员的奉献精神，但从现实情况看，似乎标准拔得太高，过于理想化和空泛化，难以入心、入脑，落不了地。

因此，解决官员不作为问题，必须要从多个角度、多个渠道挖掘公务员的激励资源，通过建立有效多元的激励机制共同塑造官员努力工作的内在动力。除了要考虑工资收入等基本的物质激励外，我们目前更欠缺的是公务员职业精神的塑造。各行各业的从业人员都需要培养自己的职业精神，都有义务遵从该职业所要求的基本职业道德规范，做公务员当然就要讲“官德”，应该坚守为人民服务理念，要有献身公益事业的精神，要做到诚实守信，不能变“仆人”为“主人”等等。唯有如此，每一个职业的从业人员才有权利通过正当履职获取社会的认可和尊重，这种认可和尊重才会转化为自身努力工作的内在动力。当然，在此基础上进一步加强公务员群体的理想信念教育、提升政府官员尤其是高官的道德标准，也是非常必要的。

Dad said the river but he was a child often play place, now people here to hurry past, wu hold its mouth. The river when you are sad all the day.

The earth is our home, a good environment is the premise of our happy life. In order to our survival homeland to sweet and comfortable, I put forward three Suggestions:

The industrial wastewater emissions dont, best can recycle after unified handling.

Second life garbage recycling, in order to reuse. Called on people to care for the environment, and in some poor hygiene area eye-catching warning label.

Three to supervision and control of air pollution, especially for those emissions exceed the chimney rectification within a time limit.

Around us there are many people environmental protection consciousness, I hope more people join the ranks of environmental protection, let the home environment is becoming more and more good.

我的老家是一个美丽的小村庄,听爸爸说，原来的老家村前村后、房前屋后到处都是树，一年四季郁郁葱葱，村东头有条小河，河水清澈晶莹，鱼翔浅底，天空湛蓝深远。

村里住着百十户人家，日子过得都还舒适，可是不知从什么时候开始，环境开始恶化了。先来说说我们的小河，她现在简直成了污水河了，岸边有家造纸厂在往河里排放废水，河面上泛着一层白白的泡沫，臭气熏天，昔日的水草和鱼儿不见了，鲜花倒影的河面不见了。爸爸说河边可是他小时候经常玩耍的地方，现在过往这里的人行色匆匆、捂嘴掩鼻。小河终日愁眉不展。

地球是我们的家园，美好的环境更是我们开心生活的前提。为了我们生存的家园能够温馨舒适，我提出三条建议：

一工业污水不要随意排放，最好能够统一处理后循环使用。

二生活垃圾要分类回收，以便再利用。号召人们爱护环境，并在一些卫生状况较差的区域贴上醒目的警示标志。

三对空气污染进行监督和治理，尤其是要对那些排量超标的烟囱限期整改。

在我们身边还有许多人环保意识淡薄，真希望有更多人加入到环保行列当中，让家乡的环境变得越来越好。

我的老家回江苏的，奶奶家旁边有一条小溪，那里有芦苇，有的时候，还会看到很多蜂鸟。就在我们今年回老家的时候，小溪的水，被污染了。

我看到芦苇都没有了，小溪的地下都是易拉罐、酒瓶、碎玻璃。我看到了，我很惊讶，我就问爸爸：“爸爸为什么会这样？”“因为有人乱扔垃圾，破坏了大自然啊。”爸爸说完，我就回房间了。

我上网查了很多的资料，我觉得有一些很有用，就让爸爸打印下来了。

水的重要性：水是生命的源泉，是生命存在与经济发展的必要条件，同样是构成人体组织的重要部分。水在人体内的含量达70%，其余30%左右为固体营养物（蛋白质、碳水化合物、脂质、矿物质、维生素等）。人体60%的水在细胞内，40%在流体内（血、消化液、唾液、胆液、泪水、汗液、肠液、胃液）。

明代李时珍在本草纲目中著到：“药补不如食补，食补不如水补”，水不愧为百药之王。由有害化学物质造成水的使用价值降低或丧失，污染环境。污水中的酸、碱、氧化剂，以及铜、镉、汞、砷等化合物，苯、二氯乙烷、乙二醇等有机毒物，会毒死水生生物，影响饮用水源、风景区景观。污水中的有机物被微生物分解时消耗水中的氧，影响水生生物的生命，水中溶解氧耗尽后，有机物进行厌氧分解，产生硫化氢、硫醇等难闻气体，使水质进一步恶化。

看到这些，我们一定要好好的保护地球，这样，才不会给我们带来自然灾害。
