一节好课不是老师一味的讲，学生一味的听，而应是有静有动，动静相结合的，小学设管内的天性是好动的，要让他们端端正正的坐着听四十分钟，是很难办到的。即使做到了也收不到良好的教学效果。同时还可能压抑了他们的个性，影响了他们的学习兴趣，此外，心理研究表明，小学生的注意力稳定性较差。最好的也只能保持30分钟，况且长时的有意注意容易使人感到枯燥乏味，投入程度也不会高，如果在教学中结合教师的讲解，适当地安排一些游戏，为孩子们提供一个动的舞台，把他们的思维和身体从疲劳、紧张中解放出来，使他们涣散的注意被吸引过来，在轻松愉快的气氛中完成学习任务。例如，在学习人身体部位名称时，刚开始学生们觉得新鲜，兴趣很浓，热情还很高，但随着单词加多，听讲和读的时间加长，他们感到很疲乏，觉得没意思了，注意力也不能很好地集中了。这时，我适时地加入了“听口令，做动作”的游戏，一听说要做游戏，孩子们立刻变得活跃起来，注意力又集中了，在随后“touch your head” “stamp your feet” “wave your arm”的口令中，他们一会摸头，一会跺脚，一会挥胳膊，忙得不亦乐乎，最终在笑声中记住了个部位的名称。

二、 创设情景，加深记忆

三、 训练口语，发展思维

英语的学习不仅仅是记忆、理解、书写，还要能够说出来，能够正确流利地说出来。这是重点也难点。对于初学英语的人来说，更是难上加难。他们往往心理紧张，没有自信，不敢开口。更别说在课后生活中运用了。要攻破这个拦路虎，首先必须给学生一个没有压力的轻松环境，消除内心的紧张与害怕，同时，鼓励他们进行语言交流，在运用语言与其他人互相讲话时，学习的内容会丰富起来，游戏就恰恰能够做到这些。游戏给了学生接近生活，轻松愉快的环境，带给他们描述、表达、说明的欲望，在不知不觉中训练了口语，这些都比学生自己读教材重复教师的话有价值得多。

语言与思维之间存在密切的关系，游戏在联系课本词汇的同时，促使学生准确地表达思想感情，把他们所学的语言词汇合理地组织，适当地安排，准确地表达，这个过程，丰富了他们的词汇，丰富了他们的的感性经验，推动了思维的灵活性、逻辑性的发展。

此外，游戏给了学生想象和思考的空间，激发了他们的想象力和思考能力。如在教学“friendship”时，为了让他们深刻理解记忆这个单词的含义，我采用了画图的游戏，就是把这个单词的意思用画图表示出来。因为“friendship”的概念是抽象的，没有实物可以比拟，这样就不能照猫画虎了。只能凭借自己的脑子去思考去想象。有的学生想象了一个有关友谊的故事，画了一幅漫画，有的想到了恩格斯和马克思的友谊，画了两幅肖像；有的想到了一句古诗“桃花潭水深千尺，不及汪伦送我情”，并且惟妙惟肖地画了出来，以次来体现“friendship”的含义这样，学生们充分发挥了他们的想象和思考的能力，深刻地理解了单词的意义，思维能力也得到了进一步发展。

四、 培养情感，发展能力

在教学中，有趣的游戏活动，可以养成学生热爱生活，开朗乐观的生活态度，能够让学生有机会感受生活的多姿多彩，有机会展现自己的生命活力和丰富想象力，创造力，从而树立自信心和自豪感。在游戏活动中，学生与他人合作交流，使其体验到团结、友爱、互助、荣誉感、责任感，进取心等积极的情感。比如，在角色扮演的游戏中，使其学习表达各种社会角色的情感，在画画游戏中进一步发展了他们的美感，此外，游戏中还存在一个如何协调的问题，如何制定游戏规则和如何违反规则进行处罚的问题，学生们需要自主地讨论和解决这个问题。这个过程中他们的组织能力、协调能力等都得以锻炼，同时这队学生的独立性、正义感都有潜移默化的作用。

以上是游戏在小学英语教学中四方面的作用，除此之外，还有其他作用，这根据游戏形式、内容的不同而异，当然，并不是所有游戏都能起到了这些作用。这就要求我们在教学中精心选择、组织，恰当安排，以使其取得最佳效果。

这是偶尔在网上看到的某一小学勉励孩子们的一首小诗。该校的理念是：让学生学会学习，让孩子每天像整理家务一样整理自己的学业。

此次活动的时间虽然不长，为了不让我的感触悄悄溜走，我也试着去问自己，我确实需要去理一理我对本次活动的思考与反思。

此次活动的主题是文本重构。先由新联小学的莫艳芬老师上一节汇报课，内容是PEP教材五年级下册Unit 4的 What are you doing?的对话课，随后，张凝老师为我们作了点评，并就文本重构为我们作了精彩而实用的讲座。

本次教研活动，让我感叹最深的是：教师能走多远，学生就能走多远！在平时的对话教学中，我们应该为学生创设一个又一个贴近生活，真实有趣的情境。只有有效的情境创设，才能让学生有重大突破的可能，由老师逼着说转化为情境使然，乐意说。也只有基于文本基础的情境创设才是有效的，才可以优化语言的输出。在充分考虑教学各环节的设计下，让学生的语言是有意义的，让学生的语言是有情感的。由此可见，创造语境乃是英语对话教学的一大核心，如何创造有效的语言情境也是我们面临的一大难题。只重情境再造，而忽略的文本重构，往往会造成教材文本情境的浪费。而张凝老师的讲座，清晰地向我们验证了：教师有多远，学生就能走多远！

反思一：如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出

在英语教学中，要优化语言输出必定离不开优质的语言输入。这种输入必须基于教学目标，合理创设语言情境，才可以让学生更好地接受。而听了张凝老师的讲座，引发了我的诸多思考，如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出，我们需要做到以下三点：一是给学生搭建一个基于文本的语言支架。二是给学生提供基于学情得语料。可以根据学生的兴趣爱好进行补充，可以激活学生的旧知，可以参考学生的生活经验，还可以从学生的心灵体验出发……三是教师要给学生展示各色各样的范本。最简单的莫过于诵读示范了，还可以进行表演示范和体态语的示范。总之，在创设情境时，要多关注学生的心灵，倾听学生的心声，学生需要的，适合学生的才是最好的。

反思三：如何做最好的自己？

课堂上，我必须有一个清晰的自我定位。如果连自己都无法认清自己在课堂上的地位，还怎么去教学生呢？如果自己都感到迷惑了，感到痛苦了，那么很有可能把学生也弄迷惑了，害惨了。教师不仅仅是教案的执行者，更要做一个明白人？

在平时，要极力做一名反思型教师。反思是一种美德，学会自我反思是一个老师的必备素质。两千多年前的孔夫子的就我们教导“吾日三醒吾身”，可见不断反思，才能逐渐进步。

最后引用李开复博士的一句话：“有勇气来改变可以改变的事情，有胸怀来接受不可改变的事情，有智慧来分辨两者的不同”，做最好的自己，做快乐的自己，相信自己一定可以成功！

我既佩服又羡慕他们。我想如果我也学会武术，见到坏人就不怕了。这次国庆对我来说非常快乐，虽然我们没有游山玩水，但能看到如此美丽的烟花和精彩的表演，也心满意足了。

The first thing I did was I made a plan for my study. I assigned my

homework equally according to the holidays so that I can finish all of them in

time. And during my winter vacation, we welcome the most important festival in

At that night, our family came together and had a big meal. Of course we

challenges.

We have asked some people about what they think of having classes in holidays. Some teachers who think we shouldn’t have classes in holidays hold the idea that teachers and students are tired and students should have more time and space to do their own things. While Parents think students should have classes in holidays. They think learning more knowledge is better.

But 60% of students who disagree with it think that they should have some relaxation. On the contrary, other students hold the idea that they can learn more if they have classes in holidays.

I think it’s not very good to have classes in holidays. We should plan our holidays by ourselves. After all, it’s more helpful to combine learning and rest.

假期的第一天，我跟爸爸妈妈、妹妹还有我的同伴一大早就从上海乘坐飞机前往美丽的日本东京。在日本我们一起去看了忍野八海、富士山，还在富士山的宾馆上泡了温泉。不过去地震体验馆是我在日本旅行中最快乐的一件事。下午吃过午饭，我们坐着大巴前往地震体验馆，就在富士山旁边。下了车，我们都很兴奋，高高兴兴走进地震体验馆的大门。首先，我们看到了一个大屏幕，下面有一个像蹦极一样的东西，我们在上面跳，屏幕上就可以显示我们跳跃的震感是几级地震，奇妙级了。然后我们走进了地震体验馆的内部，里面有两个房间，我和我的同伴一起坐进其中的一间房间，电视上向我们讲述了日本一年会有几次地震，还讲述了他们可以如何预测地震的级数并采取有效的措施。大屏幕上显示：让我们一起来感受地震的过程吧。顿时，我心跳加速，感到十分紧张。大屏幕显示三级地震时，房间突然震动起来；接着是五级地震，房间震得更厉害了；最后是七级地震，我感受到房间震动得就像快要坍塌的样子。那时候，我很紧张，手心冒汗，但是我知道这只是在体验而已，也并没有十分恐慌。突然，房间静止了，我们从房间里走出来，在外面谈论着地震中的感受。这时候，我的同伴叫我再来体验一次。这次可跟上次不一样了，我们是站着体验的。房间还是跟上次一样，突然，房间又震动了起来，我们站在中间摇摇晃晃。五级地震来临了，我感受到不扶扶手就快要摔倒了。七级地震的时候，震得更厉害了，我紧握扶手，非常害怕，感觉自己就要被地震吞没一样。

后来地震停止后，我和我的爸爸来到玻璃迷宫。我们就一直摸呀摸呀，还差点把玻璃当成了路，因为反光得太像了。五分钟之后，我们走出了迷宫，也走出了地震体验馆。

虽然在地震体验馆的时间不长，但是我真切地感受到了地震的可怕以及学会在地震的时候保护好自己的重要性！啊，这次去日本收获真多！

Spring

Zhangzhou is located in the temple are full of historical imprints of older neighbourhoods by west road, it was built in the song dynasty, about one thousand years ago, is a state-level cultural relics protection units. Zhangzhou zhu xi in this lecture not only has the southern song dynasty, the temple, zheng chenggong Huang Daozhou here of sacrifice to Confucius and Confucius seed is used to living here. Therefore, the temple has been celebrated in zhangzhou.

During the Spring Festival this year, I traveled to zhangzhou to visit the temple, worship Confucius film. Through by road that has written "DE with heaven and earth, ancient and modern" big memorial arch, step into the temple, the first thing you encounter is a statue standing in the tall statue in the middle of the square face kindly, a twinkle in his eyes, this is the Confucius is regarded as "the saint", the ancient great thinker, educator and litterateur in China. He founded the earliest schools - school in our country. Confucius is the outstanding representative of Chinese traditional culture, his thought of China even the world had a profound impact. With admiration of Confucius, I stand in front of the statue, deeply bowed.

Around the statue, you step up, reach the majestic dacheng hall, before the house stood six tall pillars of panlong, carver is exquisite, vivid. Enter the temple, the Confucius statue sits in the middle of, as if is to inculcate his disciples. Cave before putting several, case, stand on both sides of the copper horse, kirin, do manual work is delicate, elegant. The hall is of primitive simplicity and easy.

Out of the dacheng hall, stroll around the temple, the environment elegant, flowers fragrance. On both sides of the wing by many generations of preserved inscriptions, stone carvings, shows the long history of zhangzhou Confucian temple and the prominent position. Come to visit and worship came in an endless stream, says more about the peoples respect to Confucius

After visiting the temple, I am proud of China have the master such a notorious teachers, proud of with excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation, is also more inspired me to inherit and carry forward the Chinese nation excellent traditional culture of determination!

Before I go to sleep, I like to listen to soft music, it can help me relax

and have a good dream. My mother tells me that before I was born, she listens

the soft music all the time, so I must be affected by her. Soft music is my

favorite music, it is classic and helps me to feel better when I am not in the

mood.
