今天是星期五，是我学习跳舞的日子，郑老师生病了，临时换了叶老师给我们上课。叶老师教我们劈叉，有很多小朋友劈不下去，只有没几个人能完成，我和妹妹越越都能完成劈叉。叶老师说劈不下去没关系，下节课我们一定会进步的，因为这是我们第一次学劈叉。

我已经在少年宫学了3年的舞蹈了。学舞蹈是很痛苦的。我们班有些小朋友学了一半就离开了不学了。在练习抱腿翻叉时，有的小朋友痛得哇哇大哭。我一次也没哭过，我每次都能忍住。老师表扬我很勇敢，妈妈也说我是个坚强的小姑娘。

我很喜欢跳舞，所以我从读小班就开始练习了，现在我已经读小学了，我还要坚持练下去。
