运动。运动是健康的来源，可以加强我们的心肺功能;可以帮助我们防止骨质疏松;可以缓和并控制我们的情绪……每天运动三小时，锻炼自己的身体。跳绳、踢毽、短跑、长跑……每天做一项运动，让自己的身体变得更健康。

My Friend-我的朋友

John is the most diligent student in our class. He is one of my friends. As a matter of fact, he gets along with his classmates.
