其次,在制度层面,学校要有高效率的管理制度、教学制度.这些制度好比人体的骨架,起着贯穿和支撑全局的作用.

再次,在精神层面,学校要有先进的、明确的办学理念,这是学校一切教育教学活动的指导思想.

最后,教育是培养人的活动,由教师具体完成.一所学校必须有高水平的教师,所谓高水平包括：扎实的专业知识、过硬的教学能力、良好的道德素养等等.

拥有以上几点,即是我梦想的学校.

我喜欢的节日有很多，有清明节、有端午节、有儿童节、有中秋节，但我最喜欢的就是春节了。

除夕夜，街上“劈劈啪啪”的鞭炮声接连不断，空中闪烁着耀眼的火花，家家户户灯火通明，金黄色、黄绿色的窗户，在忽明忽暗、忽燃忽灭花中，好象同时打开的电视机，在播放精彩的节目。

我站在六楼的阳台上，放眼望去，除夕夜晚的天空格外亮，许多色彩缤纷的烟花在天空中闪亮着，有的时候好像还要把天笼照住似的，常常是这里炸开了，还没等落下就又升起了几个，然后再炸开、再升起……有的烟花以闪电般的速度，十个十个的往上蹿，在空中炸开，倾泻而下，好像在下一场美丽的流星雨，又好似一条大瀑布，还真有点“飞流直下三千尺”的感觉呢!我的心情格外爽朗，这真是“爆竹声声辞旧岁，家家户户迎新春”。

As is well known,books teach us to learn life,truth,science and many other

useful things.They increase our knowledge,broaden our minds and strengthen our

character.In other words,they are our good teachers and wise friends.This is the

reason why our parents always encourage us to read more books.

Reading is a good thing,but we must pay great attention to the choice of

books.It is true that we can derive benefits from good books.However,bad books

will do us more harm than good.

Last but not least， keeping pets makes us more patience。 Animal needs careful cares， and we need bath them， feed them and take them out every day， which is time consuming。 If we have a pet and can do that every day， we will become more patient。

最后，动物会使我们更有耐心。动物需要细心的照料，我们要给它洗澡、喂饭，还要每天带出去遛遛，这都很费时。如果我们有宠物，并每天这样照料它，我们会更有耐心的。

In a word， keeping pets can keep us company， make our world more harmonious and make us more patient， so I think it is a great for us to keep pets。

总的来说，宠物能陪伴我们，让我们的世界更加和谐，并锻炼我们的耐心，所以我认为养宠物对于我们来说是很好的。
