After a long cold winter when I have rarely been out on my bike, the weather has finally turned warmer and even sunny occasionally. Yesterday I had a surprise call from Tom suggesting we turn out for a short ride. This being my intention anyway I gladly agreed and we met up at Jiedaokou Station at about ten o’clock.

As Tom has a permanent Sunday Lunch appointment at 12-30pm we opted to make a round trip to Hannan . The weather was cloudy but dry and as we were both a bit out of condition after a long winter lay off we took the easy option of taking the train to Shiyan to get us on top of the ridge with an easy start for the trip.

A long coast down to Jiangtan and straight on to Mount End saw us climbing up to Zhongshan Park. The climb got stiffer but still Tom kept on riding. Gritting my teeth I followed on and crested the hill, Then the usual Essex switchback with an enforced short walk for both of us part way along saw us at Tawny common. Round the common we went, to the Mole Trap, an erstwhile rough old country pub now tarted up for the motorists. I don’t go in there any more, so we sat on the adjacent public seat for a while and a short natter.

Time enough to break away, Tom to his lunch appointment, me for home by way of theYellow Crane Tower and Changjiang Bridge. See you in a while, crocodile! I arrived home about 2 o’clock. Just in time for my own Sunday lunch .

So it does because all of us have growing pains and also growing gains in our

lives.

Growing up is not a very enjoyable time. It means I have to work hard in

studying and in family. There’s always so much homework given by teachers and so

many arguments between the parents and me. The time is fair, but it seems it

gives pains three quarters and only one quarter to gains.

But gains give me power and confidence. Successes and friendship make me

happy and enjoyable. We played with snow in the winter that seldom snows, we

flew kites in the night that usually belongs to homework, we ate several ice

creams that almost made us cold. We picked up leaven that no longer high up!

Although pains are always more than gains, I believe both of them make my

life more colorful.

I am studying in a middle school now, it is my second year. If you ask me

what my occupation is, I will answer you that my occupation is student. I have

of them, I enjoy being a student. For me, I don’t have to worry about the money

issue, I can go to play with my friends, the most important thing is, I like

造成这种结果的原因是多方面的，但最重要的有下面几方面：

1.对学生要求不够严格;部分学生偷懒。

2.没能充分调动学生的积极性;提高课堂教学效率。

3. 典型题讲解不够，训练不到位。

4.平时检查督促力度不够。

在今后的教学中，

1、继续抓好双基知识的训练，打牢基本功。

2、引导学生梳理知识，掌握语法规则，逐步引导学生灵活运用英语知识的能力。

3、培养学生上课时的听课习惯，要求学生全神贯注，要和老师同步思考出现的问题。

4、讲课时，尽量使用简明、准确、形象、生动的语言，坚持用英语教学，让学生用英语来想英语。

5、在平时要通过阅读，培养学生阅读多种文体的能力，如何从文章中获取信息的能力和运用英语解决实际问题的能力。在训练中要注意方法的多样化和灵活性，同时，启发他们学会运用多种不同的方法来表达同样的思想，逐步培养良好的英语语感。

6、设计全面、高校的课外作业，并进一步培养学生良好的书写习惯，做到整洁、规范，正确地书写;每周写一篇作文。

7、在教学过程中， 还需加大学习力度，积极研究探索教学方法并及时改变，就一定能提高整体英语水平。

今天，我的三门功课都考完了，成绩也出来了。上午10点左右，数学试卷刚刚批出来，韩老师就把我叫到办公室，生气地对我说：你感觉你考得好吗？满不满90分？我说：90分是不满了，因为我错了一道应用题和好几个填空题！老师没说什么，只是把我的试卷拿给我看。老实说，我看了这张试卷，真的很伤心，因为全班有二十几个同学考了九十多分，我才87.5分。我仔细看了看试卷，我错了几个填空题、一个选择题、一个计算题，还有一个应用题！特别是那道应用错得真冤，老师说，思路完全正确，就是第一步13—9=2，让我失去了宝贵的五分。总结原因如下：

1、平时没有养成细致认真的习惯，考试的时候答题粗心大意、马马虎虎，导致很多题目会做却被扣分甚至没有做对。

2、上课没有认真听讲，很多重要的知识点都忽略过去了，有时错的题也没有改，导致一错再错，不知道正确的

3、完成作业不认真，有时甚至对付，一些背的作业完成不到位，不熟，只能将就背下来，过几天就会忘，不扎实

4、请完家长后虽然有一点效果，但在很多地方还是不能有效的管住自己，还是有走神不认真的时候

从今天开始，我不能再这样了，因为其他同学都在进步，我这样的学习终会被淘汰。再说，我这种学习状态既对不起老师对我的重视，又对不起家长对我的操劳。

我决心：

平时锻炼自己，强迫自己养成细致认真的习惯；把课堂学习放在学习的中心地位，将闲是闲非抛到脑后。在上课时认真听老师讲课，争取做到课上不走神，课下好好复习，作业认真完成，概念张口就来，将老师课堂上讲的知识全部吸收，有课余时间多做课外题，遇到不会的地方虚心向老师 同学请教，不把有疑问的题一拖再拖，恶性循环 。从而提高数学成绩。

I had a joyful summer vacation。 During the holidays， I traveled with my families。 We went to Beijing and stayed there for four days。 We lived in the hotel。 It is very beautiful。 We visited to the Tiananmen Square， the Imperial Palace， the Summer Palace and the Old Summer Palace。 We also went to the Great Wall。 The weather was very hot， but we were exciting。 I like Beijing very much。 I hope I can go there again。

Recently, I have been reading a book named Communication Arts. In this

book, the author Doctor Li introduces many methods to communicate with others

successfully and tells readers why everyone should be a polite person. My

favorite sentence in this book is “Everyone has potential, and everyone can

determine your own future by developing positive psychological, mastering

communication arts and showing your personality charm. In that way, you can have

a wonderful life!”

During whole sections, this book tells us human should live in a large

group, since people can’t solve all problems by their own. For that matter,

human beings should learn a series of manners to deal with any situation which

might happen wherever and whenever. After that, Doctor Li makes a point that

people need to realize how to resolve disagreements between friends, families or

colleagues. There always appears this kind of situation in social life, so it’s

important to understand how to settle it. Finally he teaches us that

communication techniques not only reflect in normal talk but also within body

languages.

In each part of the book, the author takes a large number of examples in

daily life to confirm his points. These examples in daily life are easy to

understand and accept.

After reading the book, I find many shortages of my communication skills. I

used to lack of patience when I talk to others, even got mad at them. This was

impolite and might destroy relationships between my friends and me. Therefore I

would try my best to improve myself and be welcome.

期末考试结束后，面对四个班的成绩，我喜忧参半：喜的是个班成绩比较均衡，优秀率都在百分之八十以上，及格率百分之九十九。忧的是我所教的四个班中的学困生比其他班多几个。感觉自己在平时的转化学困生工作中下了不少功夫，为什么没有进展呢?我静下心来好好反思自己的工作，总结经验与不足，为下学期的工作做一下铺垫：

一、教学经验

1。精心备课，不打无准备之仗。每节课上课前，我除了精心编写教案、学案外，还上网搜集各种英语课本知识相关的小视频，小动画，制作精美使用的课件，尽量用多种手段吸引学生的注意。事实证明精心，好上课的材料是提高课堂效率的有效策略。

2.严宽结合，狠抓课堂常规。我一直坚持对学生充满爱的教育，但绝不是无条件无原则的爱。尤其是在抓班级教学常规工作中，我更是注重严宽结合，当学生注意力集中时，我就抓紧讲解基础知识。当学生表现疲惫不专心时，我就放慢速度，运用课堂口令帮助学生集中精力。如：我要求学生坐端正会说：one-two-three学生就说：A-B-C并坐好。我要求学生认真听会说：Listen!学生要说：I will listen!总之，恰当的口令语是保证课堂顺利进行的重要条件之一。

3.以鼓励为主，关注学困生。我感觉教师的鼓励是学生奋进的催化剂，尤其针对学困生。平时我总是多给学困生表现的机会，及时肯定他们的进步，坚持给他们写鼓励性评语，让他们时时尝到成功的甜头。一学期下来，个班的学困生明显减少，并且普遍增强自信心，发挥出较强的主观能动性，激发出前所未有的兴趣和热情，英语成绩持续上升，在这次期末考试中脱颖而出。对于纪律不好的学生，我也是坚持多表扬少批评的原则，只要他们一有好的表现，我就会在全班同学面前大加表扬，强化他们已经形成的好习惯。确保班上每一个孩子都能参与到课堂教学的有效互动中，提高了课堂教学效率，在这次期末考试中四个班的成绩名列前茅。

二、不足之处：

1.对待学困生缺少耐心，没有关注好每一个学困生，为他们制定恰当的补习计划和措施。

2.经常犯急躁情绪，没有很好的反思自己的课堂教学而怪罪学生不会学习。

今后我会在原有成绩的基础上继续努力，潜心学习，积极探索更加有效地教学策略，关注每一个学生，为他们的终生学习奠定坚实的基础!

由于学校的安排，黄玉兰老师不在担任我们班的语文老师职位了。与她在一起时的点滴汇聚起来足以水滴石穿。她中等身高，时常戴白渔夫帽围橙围巾，她还是一个博学，喜欢读书，热爱一切的人。吾爱吾师。

第一次见黄老师，是在我小学毕业时的山东研学中。那时候我和她一起爬泰山，一路上，她一直都在讲述着泰山中的每一个文化历史，唐诗宋词还有这一首首诗背后迁客骚人的故事。从山顶到山脚，我们走了多久她就讲了多久，来来往往的人很多，我的视线一直聚焦在黄老师身上，汗珠打湿了她的头发还有她脖子上的围巾，而她的眼睛一直注视着每一个刻出诗词的石壁上，慢慢地展开她的讲述。

时间往后推移到八月底，我成为了一名初中生。万万没想到，黄老师成为了我的语文老师。当我看到她来看我们军训的时候，她穿着一身粉色长裙，手上拿着几本书。过了一会，黄老师开始低头翻阅着手上的书。没错，黄老师喜欢读书。

因为黄老师喜欢阅读，所以课上她经常分享许多事例，大量的诗词给我们。所以每次上课，她的手上总是捧着许多资料还有一些书，她总是推荐她读过的好书给我：“爱琦，那本《数理化，通俗演义》超好看，你可以让你妈妈给你买啊”、“爱琦，《狼图腾》……”黄老师的阅读爱好带动了我，在学习语文的过程中我渐渐阅读了《狼图腾》，《重返狼群》，《千年一叹》……在阅读过程中，我慢慢在写作上体现出自己的思想，慢慢理解许多在小学理解不了的事情……

一直到上初中语文课前，我一直都以为初中时期的语文课是课堂上只有老师和电风扇的声音，是空气中都弥漫着枯燥的气息的课堂。但是，语文课却是那么的有趣。黄老师上课时，讲到关键之处，她就会激动地提高音量，挥动手臂，脖子上的围巾也随之翩翩起舞。这时候的她眼睛瞪大，从里面散发出来的光驱动着黄老师讲述。一讲起来就发狠了，忘情了，没命了，像一匹凶猛的脱缰野马，谁也拦不住，萦绕在我们耳边的是旋转的话语，掉落在讲台书桌上的是一个个欢快的字词。

疫情网课期间，黄老师布置了别具一格的随笔作业，记录下我们在疫情期间的所见所闻所感还有我们学习的动态，有记录有思考，这提高了我的思辨思维。印象最深的是——在一次随笔作业是要求写：读《钟南山寄语大中小学生》有感，我的随笔通过读写背为线索阐述了我学习语文的历程还有观点，一向对写作有自己独到见解的黄老师肯定并鼓励了我。除此之外，黄老师还发了许多__所写的文章，关于国家时事热点的文章，关于古代诗人的一生经历。从曹操到贾岛，从宋代到当代。这都为我们写作提供了大量素材也提高了我们的语文涵养。

黄老师还喜欢喝茶。每次上课，都能看到黄老师拿着一个棕色圆柱杯，时不时抿几口，还会和我们聊她的茶叶，“我的家里还有10年前买的茶叶啊!茶叶收得久了也好喝。”她立即指一下杯子，“你们知道吗，这里面的茶叶就是我几年前买的。”黄老师咂咂嘴，露出笑容:“改天我请你们来我办公室品品茶啊!我的这些可都是好茶!”

茶能扫掉人的疲劳，黄老师也能扫掉我的烦恼。

初一下学期时，有一段时间我的语文周测成绩不太理想。在一次统计周测语文成绩的时候，我因为考的不理想而烦恼，黄老师为我讲解试卷并告诉我一些解题方法。最后，她鼓励我：“爱琦，你要有信心啊，你的语文基础很好，注意方法还有持续积累就可以了啊，你可以做到的!”;还有初二的时候，因为段考的结果，我非常难过，黄老师鼓励我多阅读，多摘抄，多把自己常错的题记录下来总结方法……

总而言之，就一句话—不上心。如果当时认识到可能会出错，当时就应该把它上了错题本，就可以预防这样的事情再次发生，可我当时可能是感觉那个分数已经够满意，无需过多注意那些小细节，可是殊不知，小细节也可能是天上和地下的分界线。现在我又一次尝到发苦头，我要吸取教训，争取下一次杜绝这种低级的错误。

注意小细节，是简单又困难的事，是简单明了而又错综复杂的一件事。细节可能只有一分，但在中考这个战场上，一分可能就让你与梦想错过了。注意到细节，说它简单，只需要看一眼，很可能就是习惯性地看一眼，错误就及时得到了纠正;说它困难，是注意不到，哪怕考前再提醒自已也看不见。细节就像成心和你躲猫猫一般，细心的人一眼就能看见它的藏身之处，而粗心的人则仿佛在黑暗里摸索一般，不知道该如何去注意它。

这次的期中考试再次暴露出我的不足与弱点。
