colleagues. There always appears this kind of situation in social life, so it’s

important to understand how to settle it. Finally he teaches us that

communication techniques not only reflect in normal talk but also within body

languages.

In each part of the book, the author takes a large number of examples in

daily life to confirm his points. These examples in daily life are easy to

understand and accept.

After reading the book, I find many shortages of my communication skills. I

used to lack of patience when I talk to others, even got mad at them. This was

impolite and might destroy relationships between my friends and me. Therefore I

would try my best to improve myself and be welcome.

这周我一定要好好复习，我计划前几天复习语文，因为语文是最弱的一个科目，然后再看数学书上老师给我们讲过的一些知识，最后再背一背英语课文，把所有的知识点掌握的熟熟的。如果考不好，就会接受“女子单打”，并且哪都去不了，只能呆在家里。但是我非常的自信，反正这一个星期就两字——看书。

我躺在床上，翻开一本四百多页的作文书津津有味的看了起来。作文书一页两页的被我翻动着，不知不觉到了晚上9点了，正当我看的入迷的时候，妈妈推开门，温柔的说：“太晚了，应该睡觉了。”我说：“没事，我把作文书看完再去睡觉。”于是，我又如痴如醉的看了起来……时间一天一天的过去了，到了考试那天，妈妈给我准备了一根油条和两个鸡蛋，象征着考试要考100分。吃完中饭，我背着书包兴致勃勃的去上学了。

我知道各科老师对我有着很大的期望的，可是我辜负了老师们对我的期望，没进入年组前50名，对于这点我有着无尽的歉意。但是犯了错就要勤于改正首先我要改正阅读不仔细的毛病，把一些不该丢的分挽救回来，然后再把答题不认真的毛病改正，这个毛病会影响各科成绩，少则一、两分多则五、六分如果这些分都加上怎么说也能进年组2、30名，这样我也高兴父母也乐呵，老师也欣慰，最后我还要加强语、数、外、政治、历史等7科的习题强化，通过考试我明白了人外有人、天外有天，平日里普通的试题感不到什么差别，而真正考试中我同桌把我远远落下。所以，我一定要加倍努力，从这次考试中汲取教训、经验，化失败为力量，为下一次考试做好基础，这次考试幸好不是中考，我还手有机会的，争取不让对我有期望的人不失望。也希望各位老师不要对我失去信心。

今天真是我的灾难日，呜——期中考试来了。我迈着忐忑不安的步子，慢慢走进教室。哎呀，我实在太紧张了。于是，一向不爱看语文书的我，竟也拿起语文书复习了起来。

考数学时，我的一根睫毛突然掉了下来。我听说掉下来的睫毛可以用来许愿，而且愿望一定会实现。于是，我小声地捧着睫毛自言自语：“希望这堂考试能考个一百分！”英语考试时，我的睫毛又掉了，于是我又许了同样的愿。

下午，我一直在复习语文，心里却很不安，因为我每次的语文考试成绩都不太理想。令人糟糕的是，语文考试的时候，我的睫毛居然没有掉！

考试结束后，我一心想着我的愿望是否真的能够实现。至于数学和英语的考试成绩，我实在不好意思跟你们分享。但是我的语文竟然出乎意料地考了90。5分，我心里一下子便高兴了起来，我心想：我比王雅婷还超出几分呢！

经过这次考试，我明白了：万事都要靠自己，求别人不如求自己，自己才是自己最好的帮手。以后，我一定要努力，向第一名前进！幸亏考语文的时候该死的睫毛没有掉，不然我仍然不会懂得这么重要的道理。

在这次的期中考试中，我所任教的班级均分是72.1分，不算理想。本次考试，试卷是由市教研室提供的，涵盖了上半学期的全部知识，有力地考察了学生的知识与技能，是一张较好的试卷。

通过对卷面的分析，可以看出上一阶段教学中的得失，现分析如下。肯定的方面。基础知识大部分掌握较好，有一定的信息处理能力;对物理学中的人文历史有正确的了解;物理实验器材的使用方法掌握较好。分析下来，在平时的教学中强抓基础及非常关注知识的生成过程密不可分。

存在的问题。从卷面得分率最低的18题可看出，学生在对物理中单位换算的能力还是比较薄弱;再从得分率相对低一点的第7、9、13、16、25分析，这几题的得分率在0.6左右，而这几题有个共同的特点就是，在“判断下列说法错误或正确”，学生失分，说明对一些知识的理解还存在理解不透彻的问题;物理计算题向来是学生容易失分的地方，我所带班级学生没有出现放弃解题的情况，失分主要是不能准确的运用物理学科特有的解答过程进行解答，突出表现在有原始公式即有依据但没有变形公式，个别人仍用小学的算术题的形式解答，由于缺少说理依据而失分;最后的探究题，又再次暴露出学生的语言表述能力的不足，有不少同学意思差不多，但表述很不严密，前言不搭后语，还有不能正确的审题，最后要求用“测量的物理量”表示，而学生没搞清“测量量”的意义，把计算整理的量即过程量代入，导致失分。总体分析下来，存在的问题概括为两点：1、基础知识不扎实，导致理解偏差。2、科学的表述能力欠缺，导致表述质量不高。

面对暴露出来的问题，接下来将在下面几个方面改进。

1、在强抓基础知识的同时，注意适时改变方法，加强相近知识之间的辨析，并通过一些测试及时反馈学生的掌握情况。

2、规范语言表述。通过教师课堂师范，在学生口头回答，作业书面表达等各个环节，加强训练。

3、继续加强物理科学方法的渗透。
