二、组织

在课题组领导具体组织下，高二年级10个班级全部明确任务，由各班语文老师负责具体组织实施。

三、方法

总的指导思想，规范与开放性相结合，规范与本班学生实际情况相结合，规范与创新相结合。

实施方法：

1.沙龙形式，师生探讨例作，在讨论中明白作文的要求及相关的写作理论；

2.先让几个班先做作文，形成学生下水作文，然后研究存在的问题，以利其余各班做好作文；

3.强调绿色作文，反对虚情假意的编造；注重情境下作文，达到直抒性灵的目的；

4.语言，结构，写作技巧等备有专项资料，用以指导学生训练，训练中既注重局部，更注重整体；

5.大力做好科学的评析工作，教师、学生都应写出评析体会备有实录，特别是解剖麻雀，务必得到一文的写作真谛；

6.班与班之间可以大范围交流，推出作文之星加以表扬，打破作文封闭界限，坚决走开放性的路子；

7.邀请文艺界名家来校讲学交流，使学生能够在实践基础上，得到一点点化、一点感悟，最终内化为自己的东西；

8.教师积极撰写下水作文，积极参与学生感兴趣的话题讨论，实践中把握写作规律以及学生思想动态；

9.开展各种评选活动，对外推荐佳作，激励小作者迎难而上，以一流的意识写好作文。

四、评估手段

1、组建评估小组，由备课组长任评委会负责人，统筹安排；学生作文按语言、结构、思想、创新等诸元逐项考核；

2、用各类征文竞赛、考场作文的成绩作为系列指标来衡量作文教学的优劣及学生整体水平。

[高二下学期作文指导教学计划

Goodafternoon， teachers! My name is XuLulu. I`m 11. I come from Class1 Grade 5 of TongPu No.2 Primary School. There are 4 people in my family. My father is tall. My mother is pretty.My sister has a long hair. And I`m a good student. However， my home is near the school， I often get up early. Because I must work hard. after school， I like playing computer games and reading books. I`d like to eat apples. They are sweet and healthy. And I like Tuesday best. We have English， music， computer and P.E. on Tuesdays. My math teacher is Miss Huang. Her class is so much fun. So my favourite class is math. And I like Chinese and English， too. This is me. 今天，妈妈把我训斥了一番，她说这个学期对我太放松，至使期末没考好，寒假表现也不好，还说我越来越退步了等。

妈妈说得的确没错，我太放松了，明天就要开学了，但我一点也没准备好。整个寒假，我只想着有空了就玩电脑，连写作业的时候都想着电脑。在期中考试后，我还骄傲地说：“我考这么好，都是老妈没管我！”可是，我太骄傲了，期末考试就没考好。当时知道分数时，我心里还想：我不应该考这么差呀。觉得很羞愧。后来就不以为然了。

寒假里，我整天想着玩了，今天我估算了一下，我每天玩电脑的时间有好几个小时，而学习的时间只有一个小时。要开学了，我必须改正缺点，因此，我制定了一个新学期计划表，告诉自己下学期该怎么做。计划如下：

1、星期一至星期五不能玩电脑，星期五想玩必须是作业写完后；

2、每天中午听读大山外语，晚上听读学校的英语；

3、每天走路上学、放学，每天四趟（除天气不好外）；

4、今天的事情今天完成，不能拖到明天；

5、能在学校完成作业就完成。

我一定按照这张表去做，争取做个自觉的孩子。
