在寒假期间，我想也是各位家长的农闲时间，我希望家长给我们的孩子更多的关爱，而不是溺爱;给孩子更多的精神鼓励，而不是物质奖励。我建议家长在教育孩子时注意以下几点：

1、在教育上讲究方式方法，态度不能粗暴，语言不能过激。家长要尽量抽时间与孩子们在一起，经常与孩子沟通，学会平等地与孩子一起看待他们成长中遇到的问题。

2、由于孩子的个体差异，免不了成绩有好有坏，孩子由于不肯学习，导致成绩差，我们就应该适当的批评，如果孩子很尽力了，成绩却不怎么理想，我们更应该给他信心，而不是一味的给他泼冷水，这样反而会使孩子对学习产生反感的情绪。希望各位家长多听听孩子的心声，不要一味地去斥责孩子，帮助他们分析存在的问题，寻找对策，那样孩子才不至于产生逆反心理，才愿意和你交流。

帮助孩子树立自信，也就等于帮助孩子找到了成功的钥匙。

3、我们要让学生明白：一个懂得规矩，并且自觉的遵守规矩的人，才能够时刻按照规矩办事，才能够使自己进步。当受到老师批评时，要让孩子分析：老师为什么批评你，自己有哪些不对的地方?任何时候严格要求都对学生有利，老师的批评教育是对孩子负责，表扬是爱，批评更是一种爱。要相信：老师不会偏爱任何一个学生，老师会把学生视自己的孩子一样对待，甚至师爱已经超过了母爱。

5、请您细腻的讲题放慢速度，您讲题很不细知道您的脑袋快。可是你总不能写个式子然后直接写答案把。是，您明白了，可是我们反映真的没那么快

6、请您不要摆造型啦吸引我们的眼神了，您喜欢左手插兜来回走，知道我们为什么不做题吗?都看你摆造型啦!

7、希望您讲课先讲知识点，您讲新课有个特点出道题让我们自己做，把我们全难住，然后再讲新课的知识点。我想说的事请您先讲知识点再让我们做题吧。
