我是一个热爱运动的人，跳绳、砍包、踢毽子、跑步、羽毛球等等都是我比较喜欢的运动。但我最喜欢的还是跳绳。

跳绳不但可以锻炼身体还可以当游戏来做。它有很多跳法，例如：单摇、双摇、单编、双编、一带一和蹬三轮等等。有的跳法很有趣：蹬三轮跳的时候左右脚交替跳，真像蹬三轮车;有的难度特别高：双编和双摇就需要长时间的练习和专业的指导才能学会;有的难度低：单摇难度低，适合中老年人锻炼身体;还有难度中等的：单编和一带一都不难，很好玩。我尤其喜欢一带一的跳法，要想玩好它就得两个人相互配合、团结一致、节奏统一。在玩的过程中不但给我们带来很多乐趣，还增加了我和伙伴之间的信任，提高了相互的协调能力。所以我非常喜欢这种跳法。

记得2014年4月底我们学校举行的跳绳比赛，现在想起来还是记忆犹新。

那次我参加的是单摇、单编、一带一比赛。那天全校的师生都站在操场上观看比赛。比赛还没有开始，我的心就紧张得怦怦的跳个不停。一带一比赛开始了。那天是我带孙爽一起跳的。轮到我们上场时，一二班的同学和老师沸腾了，都在大声喊：“加油、加油……”，尤其我们班的赵明远同学都快跳起来了。有了同学和老师的鼓励，我的心一下子就平静了下来。开始跳了，我用力地摇着绳，为了统一起跳节奏，我们一起小声地数着：“一二、一二……”。就这样在同学和老师的欢呼声中结束了比赛。我们共跳了135个取得了年级第二名。虽然没有得第一，但是我也很开心。通过这次比赛，让我感受到了运动的乐趣。

The Students Union is going to hold asports meeting next Saturday, April 24th.It will take place in the sports arenafrom 9 a m. until 5 p.m. All freshmen undergraduates are allowed to enter.Competition forms can be found in the entrance hall of the StudentsUnionbuilding. These must be returned by 7 p.m. Thursday evening at the latest. Inthe event of bad weather it will be held inside the sports centre.

我是一位阳光女孩子，女同学们都很崇拜我，因为我是一名三级运动员，在江阴市田径运动会上多次取得了优异的成绩，同学们都亲切地称我为“体育小能手”。

其实，我成为三级运动员的道路是曲折坎坷，一路上洒下了我的汗水与泪水，留下了我奋斗的足迹，因为心中有了一个坚持与执着的目标，所以任何困难都难不到我。

那是三年级时，我被选拔进了学校田径队，从此，无论酷暑严寒，田径场上总能看到我训练的身影。烈日炎炎下的训练，最多的一次绕跑道18圈，那是足足4千米的距离呀，汗水顺着额头一个劲地落下时，心中的委屈也是一个接着一个，抱怨教练的无情训练，抱怨天气的炎热，抱怨自己为什么要做田径运动员……

一个劲的抱怨之后，想放弃退出校田径队看到我有退缩的情绪，教练 陈 老师告诉我说：“人只要有了目标，就一定要去努力，不能半途而废，要相信给自己，相信自己能够达到知己的目标，才能实现更多的目标。”是呀!我最钦佩的张海迪阿姨，通过自己的坚强意志书写了日后的辉煌，用罕见的魄力唤起站立的希望，她个子矮小，却是人们心中的巨人;跑道上的雄鹰刘翔虽然在一小段时间中他的脚受损，但是他并没有放弃他的理想——世界冠军，仍然坚持着，等脚恢复后，又开始了艰苦的训练;桑兰在一次体操比赛中摔了下来，使她成了残疾人，她努力的在与病魔做斗争，最终用自己的顽强毅力打败了病魔，从此，桑兰就走出了痛苦……老师的一番话点燃了我的心灯，我的心头也亮堂起来了。

在以后的训练中，我以老师说过的话、海迪阿姨的故事勉励自己，浑身就充满了力量和克服困难的勇气。

那是一个冬天的早上，天气寒冷，北风呼呼地刮着，我和往常一样去训练。训练中我一个不小心摔了一跤，把膝盖给摔破了，寒风吹在我的膝盖上就像针刺一样，阵阵钻心的痛使我不由地流下了眼泪，放弃的念头袭上心头，就在这时，老师的话在我的耳边响起：“相信自己，就会成功!”海迪阿姨的形象也又一次在我的脑海中闪现，那微笑的双眼正看着，仿佛正对我说：孩子，坚持，坚持，坚持到底就能胜利!顿时，我的力量倍增，训练得更起劲投入了。

Our school is very beautiful. there are many trees and flowers here,so the air here is very clean. 当运动进行曲响起，当广播中听到“请三到六年级马上整队进行方阵跑步”时，同学们装病的装病；不理睬的不理睬；愁眉苦脸的愁眉苦脸……个个脸上都是衰弱的病猫。每天都要跑步，这么累，这么辛苦……惹得我们都怒气冲冲，火冒三丈。要是上午下雨，但天公不作美――雨过天晴，地上的雨珠被太阳公公炙热的身体给烫的蒸发掉了。这更火，本来可以不跑步的，现在又要~！说了我就气！

但随着我们慢慢的长大，慢慢地懂事……一场军训，改变了我们对方阵跑步的态度。这是一次艰苦中饱含着酸、甜、苦、辣的军训旅程；这是一趟我们人生中第一次离开我们依靠的家、离开爸妈怀抱中的自我生存活动。然而这一次，我们学会了站军姿、煮饺子、叠被子……懂得了军人的辛苦，教会了我们吃苦耐劳的好习惯、也就在这次，我们下定了决心要把方阵跑步给跑好！！

回到学校的日子，方阵跑步仍然在继续进行着。但我们不会再抱怨，不会再埋怨……因为，我们心目中有一颗坚持的心在跳动。现在的脚步格外整齐，现在的口号格外响亮，现在的国旗格外的鲜艳，现在的我们永不放弃！！！

方阵跑步，一项增强我们体魄的好帮手。是方阵跑步这把金钥匙打开了我们坚持不懈的大门；是方阵跑步这位医生治好了我们懒惰的坏毛病；更是方阵跑步这位保养师保养着我们健康的身体……阳光体育运动，伴我幸福成长。

The Olympic games are held every four years. The winter Olympics are usually held two years before the summerOlympics. The old Olympic games began around the year 776 B.C. in Greece. After about the year 393 A.D., the Olympic games stopped. The first Olympic games in modern times took place in 1896. 311 competitors took part in the games. In 1992, more than 8000 competitors from over 150 different counties went to Barcelona for the 25th Olympics. There were 250 different sports in the games. In Barcelona, the Chinese team got 16 golden metals of which 12 were won by women.

奥林匹克运动会每四年举行一次，冬季奥运会一般在夏季奥运会的前两年举行。以前的奥运会在公元前776年的希腊举行，差不多在公元393年的时候，奥运会停止了。最初的现代奥运会在1896年举行，311位竞争对手选出一部分去参赛。1992年，150个不同的国家的8000多位竞争对手到巴塞罗那参加第25届奥运会，一共有250个不同的运动项目。在巴塞罗那，中国队得到了16块金牌其中12个是女运动员。

Table tennis is one of the most popular sports in China. It’s my favorite,

too. It’s a good way of exercise, and it’s easy to play. You don’t need many

skills. I often play table tennis after class. Most of my classmates like it. So

we always have partners. But if you want to play well, it’s not so easy. You

must focus on your gesture, your hands and your steps. I want to be better, so I

practice it very often. I have my own teacher to teach me. I work hard on

it.
