跑步前的准备是紧张的，在每一次迈开步子的时候，将全身的疲惫都抛在一边;跑步的过程是快乐的，这是跑步最吸引人的特质;跑步的结束是充盈的，享受每一滴汗水从额头到脸颊，这种感觉是惬意的，阳光的......

有一次，我去参加跑步比赛，可在400米得预赛中，我两腿像灌了铅一样艰难的移到起跑线上。一声响我们都像离弦的箭一样冲了出去，在我耳旁的风呼呼地吹着，果然不出我所料，还没跑完200米，我就精疲力竭了。直喘着气，肚子也开始疼了，身后的同学也一个连一个超过了我，我心想：不行，当最后一名多丢人啊!我就像热锅上的蚂蚁一般，可是身子就是不听使唤，反而越跑越慢了。

终于，就剩下最后100米了，我心里默默地喊着：我要坚持!我要坚持!我闭着眼睛奋力冲刺，超过了几个人，到了终点，和蔼可亲的老师走过来对我说：“好样的!”

我微微的笑了，我从来没有这么如释重负，也没有这么快乐过，虽然没有得到名次，但我也很自豪，因为我学会了坚持，懂得了超越自我，我现在才觉得，跑步也是这么的快乐。

友谊与关爱，快乐和奋斗，斗志和毅力，一切都在跑步的过程中表现着.延续着.传承着。

我爱跑步，我要一直爱下去!

我曾经听过一句名言：运动的作用可以代替药物，但所有的药物都不能代替运动!这是法国的一名医学家——蒂素!说的一句话。我常常坐在小板凳上反反复复的思考着这句话的含义。有一次，妈妈走过来看见我愁眉苦脸的样子，亲切的问：“你怎么了?不开心吗?”当我把我的疑问对妈妈说后，妈妈一下子回答了我的问题：“你这个小笨猪，我给你说说吧!你看，妈妈每天早上都去跑步，身体倍儿棒!既不吃药，又不生病!多好啊!”

妈妈的话我一直记在心里!似乎懂得了蒂素说的真正含义。于是，我跟妈妈一样，爱上了体育运动，一活动就听不下来，寄来人说我像一个运动员!我还专门为我的运动计划做了一个安排表：每天早上，跑两百米田径;做一分钟仰卧起坐;打三十分钟羽毛球。中午，单跳绳十分钟;跳远二分钟。下午，短跑十圈;竞走三十分钟;打一个小时篮球。仅看着安排表，就要把人累垮!但是，我感觉很轻松，很快乐!其中，我最喜欢的就是竞走，我感觉竞走和马拉松一样，都不耗费力气，而且腿脚总是噼里啪啦的跟地面接触，而且我还越走越快，比什么都轻松!

妈妈说我是“矮冬瓜”我特别不高兴，于是，我特地在网上查找了一些如何增高的运动，呀!原来打篮球可以增高，要不，我怎么下午会打一个小时的篮球了?另外，告诉你一个惊天地、泣鬼神的大秘密!我还赚没在网上查了一个增高体操，天天在练习!功夫不负有心人，经过我这么多天的努力训练，我的身高终于有了明显的转变。我在别的同学面前，都是雄赳赳、气昂昂得，显得十分神奇!

现在，我对体育更加喜爱了!一天不锻炼，就心里发慌!我还把列林说的一句名当成了我的体育‘榜样’：在我们劳动人民的国家里，需要千百万身体健壮、意志坚强、勇敢无畏、朝气蓬勃、坚韧不拔的人。

同学们，你们一定要学我一样，多锻炼哦!锻炼对身体有好处的!

All over the world people enjoy sports. Sports help to keep people healthy and happy, and to live longer.

Sports change with the seasons. People play different games in winter and summer. Swimming is fun in warm weather, but skating is good in winter.

Some sports are so interesting that people everywhere go in for them. Football, for example, has spread around the world. Swimming is popular in all countries near the sea or in those with many rivers. Some sports or games go back thousands of years, like running or jumping. Chinese wushu, for example, has a very long history. But basketball and volleyball are rather new. People are inventing new sports or games all the time. Water skiing is one of the newest in the family of sports.

People from different countries may not be able to understand each other, but after a game together they often become good friends. Sports help to train a persons character. One learns to fight hard but fight fair, to win without pride and to lose with grace.
