我最喜欢的体育运动莫过于踢毽子了。

我最喜欢的体育运动是踢毽子儿。我喜欢踢毽子，是在半年前我和我表姐的一次踢毽子比赛。

Sports lovers here always look forward to the month of August or September because of the Inter School Sports-meeting.These occasions used to be very colorful and attractive.Just like the previous years,this year’s sports-meeting was enjoyable.

要想学会跳绳非常容易，只要看准时机跳过去就可以了。我为了和同学在大课间玩跳绳，拼命的学，开始我没有抓好时机，把自己绊倒了，腿也青一块，紫一块好痛呀！练习了三两个星期，真想放弃，可又想起妈妈和我说的一句话：别人能做的，你也可以的，你只不过缺少的是耐心。每当我想放弃时，我头脑中就会出现妈妈说的这句话。从此我就开始脚踏实地去学习。

在暑假，我终于学会跳绳，虽然不是很厉害，可以跳三四下，为了让我跳的更厉害，李雅境去我家教我，她说：“其实跳绳比你想象的还容易。”听了她的话，我想了一下，跳了一会，嘿，别说还真容易，抓好技巧后我给自己定目标，一天１１下。就这样天天练，我的跳绳技术比李雅境好多啦。

从次以后，我更喜欢跳绳了，因为它使我懂得了世上无难事只怕有心人总这句话，总之一句话：I like skip。

When autumn comes, I feel so excited, because the sports meeting comes. I

like sports so much. When I was very small, my father took me to watch the

started to come to school, I join the basketball team, I had the great time to

practice with my friends. Though high school life is very busy and I have to

learn so many subjects, I still keep taking exercise everyday. Sports meeting

time is my favorite time in the semester. I can take part in many activities,

such as basketball and high jump. I am full of energy, I just want to enjoy the

moment of taking exercise. Sports meeting indeed brings students many energy and

make the students become active. They can also exercise their bodies.

First, for us studying abroad can experience a variety of culture, which is helpful for broadening students horizons and makes us know about society and the world. Second, going abroad is beneficial for us to foster our perseverance and the ability to live independently. Also,it is an excellent exercise that can train our spirit bearing hardships. Studying abroad also has some shortcomings.Above all ,Chinese students may be difficult to adapt to the new environment of study and life. Having been lived in China for 20 years, we may feel discomfortable to foreign learning methods and ways of life and even disgusted. It will affect our study for a long time in a foreign country.

In addition, studying abroad will cost a lot of money for living and tuition. Some students gain academic success, so they receive academic scholarships. However, most peers abroad cannot obtain the scholarships. The expenses on living and tuition will be great burdens for students families.

On the conclusion,studying overseas will afford students more benefits than adverse effects.If they could imbue themselves with intelligence and patience,I am sure that most students will be able to sidestep the drawbacks as well as take advantage of all merits of studying abroad.Only in this way, can they have a meaningful time and will achieve a better goal!

One of the most memorable time I travel is to go to Ocean Park in shenzhen. As soon as I went in I jumped with joy, wow, a towering building, how so like a private house, I began to doubt. The house was full of praise for me.

We went to the aquarium, there is a ferocious shark, the lovely dolphins, timid sea turtles, Marine animals! 我最难忘的一次旅游就是去深圳海洋公园。我一进去就高兴得跳了起来，哇，一座高大的房屋,怎么这么像私人住宅,我开始疑问了。我对这间房屋赞不绝口。

我们来到海洋馆，里面有凶猛的鲨鱼、可爱的海豚、胆小的海龟，海洋动物真多!让我目不睱接，走着走着来到了海洋剧场，海豚表演、海狮表演，最精彩的是小丑跳水，滑稽、可爱的小丑，从跳水台上跳到水里，全身湿透了，有一个小丑跳着跳着掉到了水里，有的把救生圈丢到了另一个小丑的头上，......。

我们又来到海边游泳，海水一浪接一浪地扑到我身上，啊!真舒服!海水把海边的沙冲走了，脚踩在沙滩上，软绵绵的，感觉真好!

我们在海边捡了很多贝壳，形状各不相同，有大的、有小的、有三角形的、有栯圆形的，颜色多种多样，美丽极了!

吃过晚饭后，我们又到沙滩捉螃蟹，发现了一只小小的螃蟹，我迅速的用手把它捉住了。啊!真的是大收获，我们一共捉到六只螃蟹。 我们就高高兴兴地回到酒店了。

这次旅游使我学到了很多知识，也是我最高兴的一次。

But the 15th of the first month, which normally is called the Lantern Festival, means the official end of the Spring Festival in many parts of the country.
