在体育王老师的带领下，经过近两年的帆船学习，我取得了帆船技能三级证书，并和同学们代表学校参加了多次帆船比赛。

记得今年参加“区长杯”帆船比赛时，正遇到了大风天。帆船的横杆以迅雷不及掩耳之势，打中了我的鼻梁。我顿时感觉鼻子一阵酸疼，外似烈火灼烧，内如掏骨剥皮，真是疼痛难忍。没过几秒，鼻血就像小血河般流了出来。海上，没有任何急救药品，也没有任何可以帮助自己的人。看到周围的参赛对手，“放弃”的念头转瞬间就打消了，我坚持想着一句话：“不要退缩，只要完成比赛，就能给学校争光添彩”。我当机立断把唯一的一瓶水迅速拿起来，用水冲鼻子。希望这样可以让血管收缩，起到暂时止血的效果。血止住了，我集中精力调控方向，全力以赴全速前进。可惜好景不长，没有一分钟，血又流出来了。我毫不气馁，一只手紧紧抓住舵柄，另一只手拿起水，再次冲洗鼻子。这样来回数次间，我终于冲过了终点。这次比赛，我们取得了团体第六名的成绩。

今年我还参加了斯凯奇马拉松精英赛，取得了第五名。不仅如此，我还参加了2018青岛国际马拉松比赛健康跑，获得第十二名。

体育运动强健了我的体魄，还造就了我顽强拼搏、积极向上的精神，运动让热血沸腾，让我自强不息，不断进取。

今天，晴空万里，阳光明媚，同学们怀着无比高兴，无比激动的心情，兴致勃勃地来到了撒满阳光的广场，因为我们四年级要进行一次达标测试比赛。

来到广场后，同学们都议论纷纷，想：“我们今天会拿第一吗?今天的比赛我们会紧张吗?比赛时，我们会遇到困难吗?”等等一些和比赛有关的问题挂在了同学们嘴边，却被老师听到了，老师告诉我们：“这些问题，将会出现在我们下面的赛场上，得到答案。”

不一会儿，比赛开始了，先由男女同学进行短跳绳比赛，没想到我们班的王芳虽然跳了181个，这三位数，传到了同学们耳边，我们的脸上露出了满意的笑容，也为王芳的“牛”，而感骄傲。接下来是接力棒比赛，先由男同学开始，男同学在寨场上奋斗，我们在一旁为他们“加油”，在最后的那一瞬间我看到他们为成功流下了辛苦的汗水，比赛结束后，男同学得了第二名。我想：我们女同学也不能如此软弱，一定要超过第二名，比赛结束后，哪知道我们得了第三名。最后是男女同学跳大绳比赛，大家说：“我们再也不能为班级丢脸，要为班级争光，我们要团结起来，共同合作”，在跳大绳过程中，我看到了两们甩绳的同学不遗余力的为我们甩起了沉重的大绳，可比赛还是打败了我们获得成功的那一步，我们又失败了。这时，同学们脸上又出现了一丝悲伤。

我们垂头丧气的回到教室后，老师心平气和地告诉我们“同学们，不要灰心，失败是成功之母，没有失败，就不会有成功。”其次，我也知道了虽然我们没有成功，但是我们已经努力了，下次我们还会再接再励，因为“团结就是力量”。

稀里糊涂的，我已经站在了起跑线后面。

“不紧张，不紧张……”嘴上说着，心却没来由地狂跳，那激动劲儿，似是想从我胸腔里蹦出来似的。“出息!”暗骂自己一声。手有些微微颤抖，可能是今儿天气挺凉?

“预备——”一……二……三……也许是太急，数快了吧，按老师的法子默数了三秒后，发令枪并没有响起。是……出了什么事儿?我悄悄瞄了眼两旁，见个个严阵以待的样子，也顾不上去想发令枪为什么慢了，赶忙把视线聚焦到塑胶跑道上，竖起耳朵细细地听，生怕漏了声儿，起跑慢了，可不亏大了!

也许长这么大，对我帮助最大的就是英语村了(English village)了。

英语村是我六年级毕业以后学校组织的一次英语活动。聘请外教来上课，吃住都在学校中，听说还可以在晚上搞搞活动，看看影片，其乐无穷。

于是，我动心了，便成为了英语村中的一名学子。好兴奋!虽说我的自理能力挺差的，不过，我更渴望一些自由，更渴望无拘无束地玩耍。我渴望与外教谈天说地，我渴望学到那纯正的英语……虽说我的英语水平说不上怎么好，但是，毕竟比别人多学了几年的剑桥英语，要是想表达一个意思，想法，那是绝对没问题的。想到自己在英语村中一定会很出色，不由地沾沾自喜。但现在想想，父母的忠告的确是对的：“你不要感觉太好了，离开了父母你会碰到很多困难的。”而我却说了一句：“我不是自我感觉良好，而是自我感觉优秀!”

练习打篮球，开始必须得把投篮练好，就像我一样，如果说你连球都投不进，那么，练突破什么的那岂不更是无稽之谈。虽然打篮球可以锻炼身体。但是，我们茅老师还是不同意我打篮球，因为我经常和一些欠的作业的同学打，这让茅老师很不高兴。

I enjoy summer vacation very much.Becausesummer vacation is the longest vacation of the year. We have more than fifty days to rest. Though it is very hot, we can either go to swim or stay in the air-conditioned room.

In the evening, I like to go shopping with my friends.We can eat many things in summer, such as ice creams, watermelons, grapes, and so on.In summer, I always go on a trip with my parents. Its a good chance for us to visit some nice interesting places.

站在起跑线上，我突然就有了一种莫名的荣誉感，我好像是将要冲锋陷阵与敌厮杀的勇士，突然，“预备”一声吓了我一跳，身体开始发抖，胸腹式呼吸联合进行。“砰!”枪声十分震耳，每个人没有丝毫懈怠，撒腿就跑，可我仍然控制不住心中紧张的心情，还是砰砰直跳，慢慢地，我的世界里仿佛只剩下那条触手可及的红绫，此刻，我的动作越发协调，那只“小鹿”有规律的跳动着，为我打着节拍。我的体力已达到极限，大口大口的喘着粗气，我瞄到站在一旁老师和同学们期待的目光，硬着头皮跑下去，跑着跑着，便喊出声来，用尽全身最后的力气，“啊——”突然，那条红绫子挂在我的胸前，还没反应过来，同学们便跑过来，把我围成一圈，我捧起胸前的红绫子，高兴的只是笑，竟然说不出一句话来......

这便是我第一次正式比赛的经历，现在想想，依然很开心。奔跑，永无止境。我爱跑步，爱它带给我那独占鳌头、一骑轻尘的感觉。
