The contests and races of track and field events were exciting.The runners of 100 metre race dashed to the terminal point.The winner took the lead only by a small fraction of second.A boy athlete gave a javelin a lorceful throw.It shot across the sky and arrived at a point far ahead of the former record.A girl athlete,in a long distance race,stumbled over the foot of another athlete and fell down.She rose to her feet,clenched her teeth,and continued her running.The most attractive is the relay race that was so intense that all spectators cheered,hailed and applaused.

The sports meet was over.Our athletes not only gained a good harvest of prizes,but also strengthened their body and tempered their will.

There are many sports stars in the world. Do you know which is my favourite sport star? My favourite star is Yi Jianlian.

Yi Jianlian is a good basketballer. He is born in Heshan, Guangdong. He is 2.12 meters tall and 113 kilos. He is taller than many people, and he is hangsome and kind. He works hard in the match and in the training. So his coach and team friends all like him.

Yi Jianlian began his career quite early. When he was fifteen years old, he came into CBA. In 2002, he got the first gold medal——Asia Youth championship’s champion. After that, he helped Guangdong team win 3 gold medals from 2003 to 2006 CBA championships. And he von the CBA MVP from 2005 to 2006. In 2006 Asian Games, he got 16.6 points and 10.3 rebounds. He was the greatest basketball player in PRC, in 2006, I think.

On June 28th, 2007, Yi Jianlian came into NBA! All the Chinese people were excited. Because he is the fourth Chinese basketballer who came into NBA. All the people hope he can become better and better..

在秋季运动会4X100米接力赛的赛场上，参赛的选手，整齐的排列在赛道的起跑线上。“都——!”的一声哨响，运动员们飞快地从起跑线上向前飞奔，他们你追我赶地向着终点冲去。“加油!加油!”我一边高兴地随着同学们一起呼喊，一边紧张地期待着我们班选手参赛时，那激动人心的时刻。

“哎!快看啊!我们班的人上场了!”一位女同学大声地叫嚷着。映入我眼帘的是代表我们班参赛的四名精兵强将，只见他们身着运动装，怀着必胜的信心，精神抖擞地走到了各自的起跑线上。

第一棒起跑线上，站着的是我们班的“飞毛腿”王迪。此时的王迪已经做好了充分的准备，只见他脸绷得紧紧的，目光正视前方，竖起耳朵等待着裁判员老师起跑的哨声。“嘟——!”几乎是和哨声同时，王迪紧紧地握着接力棒，一个跳跃式的起跑动作，开始了他的第一棒比赛的使命，他飞快地向着第二棒的起点奔跑。真不愧拥有飞毛腿的称号，他奔跑时基本上看不到两条腿相互交替的过程，看似如飞一般，把其他参赛的选手甩在了后边。“加油!加油!”在大家的鼓励声中，他顺利地把接力棒交给了第二棒的高忆文。高忆文也不示弱，抓住接力棒，扭头就冲着第三棒的同学快速跑去······

就在第三棒同学比赛的中途，一名跑速飞快的对手超过了我们。这时，我的心仿佛是悬在嗓子边上，一张口就要蹦出来一样，我似乎比参赛的选手还要紧张。只见我们班第四棒的压轴大将“老长腿”刘逸阳抢过接力棒，大垮步地向着最终的终点冲去。我刚才的紧张仿佛化作了一种动力，我激动地大声呼喊：“刘逸阳，加油!刘逸阳，加油!”经过老将刘逸阳竭尽全力的努力，她终于第一个冲过了终点那诱人的红线上。

此时，我悬着的心，终于落了下来。幸亏有这员大将，我们班才扭败为胜。总之，他们四个人在整体配合默契的前提下，各自发挥着自己的优势，使我们班这个团结友爱的团队，最终取得了比赛的胜利。

比赛结束了，全班同学把为班级争得荣誉的四个功臣围了起来，同学们赞美着、欢呼着，大家愉快地分享着胜利的喜悦。
