打羽毛球是一项剧烈的运动，头几天胳膊腿会酸疼，只要坚持打下去，症状会慢慢消失，使人感觉浑身是劲，既健身，又取暖。

我喜欢打羽毛球还有另一个原因：颈椎病是教师的职业病，备课改作业时间久了，脖子会酸痛，打羽毛球既要仰脸看球，又要挥动臂击球，颈椎和脊背都得到了运动，脑力劳动和体育运动相结合，有益身心，胜于牵引。
