体育运动有利于身心的健康。今天，我看完了书，就去打篮球了。可是球没打成，却看了一场比赛，这也是我在这个月里看到的最精彩的一场比赛。

我走下了楼正准备去公安局里打球，可是到了球场，我看见警察叔叔们正在开展拔河比赛的活动，我不能打了，只好站在旁边看。

我看他们准备开始拔河了。随着哨声的一声令下，比赛开始了。每队都有一个指挥员，手上都举着一面旗，左边这个队的指挥员手上拿着一面红旗;右边的指挥员拿着绿旗。

警察叔叔们一边用力地拔，一边听着指挥员的指挥：“一、二，加油!”“一、二，加油!”另一队不甘落后，指挥员大声地叫：“一、二，加油!!!”队员们听了口令更加拼命地拔，两队实力难分胜负。看着这一切，两方的啦啦队员又拼命地叫了起来：“大家加油啊!一定要坚持啊!别放弃!”看着拉拉队员嗓子都喊哑了，可是也没有一队胜出。双方始终僵持着，那根粗绳上的红色标志始终也没有移动向哪一方。

指挥员又拼命地喊，可是绳子中间的红线似乎毫无动静。忽然有一队的警察叔叔齐心协力地用劲拉了一下，中间的红绳子终于有了一点动静，只见红线向他们队移去，他们又用力拉了一下，突然裁减吹响了哨子，举起手中的小旗。“耶，我们蠃了!”这方队员们又是跳又是抱十分兴奋，个个脸上充满了笑容，那情景真是无法用语言来表达。

虽然我今天没有打球，但我看了一场十分有意义的拔河比赛。它让我知道了，比赛是残酷的，有蠃也有输。但做什么事都要认真，要团结合作。只有同心协力，才能战胜困难。

My summer vacation of this year was very enjoyable. I went to the countryside to spend my summer holidays. It is very beautiful there.
