Mostly, I went to school to have lessons this week. It was hard but we must experience, wasn’t it? But on Saturday I finished my first learning. And the second learning will begin on Aug 1st. The existing solutions to traffic jam mainly aim at creating metro bus

systems and broadening major roads. Widening the existing roads can solve

traffic snarls on some level. Soaring car ownership compounds the chronic

annoying problem, so we must sharply reduce the heavy reliance on cars and drive

a shift to the mass transportation. It is a cheap and good way. We can create a

system of customized bus routes and highlight the development of subways,

trolleys and light rail. The effective combination of these solutions will

enable the urban areas to possess a smooth traffic.

My mother is an ordinary woman,who is 1.58 meters tall.With kind appearance

and good manners,you will feel that she is very amiable and noble if you meet

her. As far as I concerned,my mother is always helping our neighbours or

strangers,which makes her gain good honors in our villages.Whenever somebody

needs aids,she will give her hands as much as she can.One day I went back home

to see my mother,but she wasnt in.After some inquiring ,I knew that my mother

was looking after a child whose mother had to work.In my mothers oppions,only

when the sorrounding enviornment is harmonious and people in the society help

each other,we can live a happy life and work happily and effectivel.

In the morning of yesterday ,I got up a little earlily.After my breakferst ,I began to stduyed until the moon . I played soccer and computer to rest.In the final of the day ,I spent 30 mins on watching TV berfore finishing my homework.

从次以后，我更喜欢跳绳了，因为它使我懂得了世上无难事只怕有心人总这句话，总之一句话：I like skip。

7月21日，我和妈妈去天河体育中心运动。一进门我就看见一个非常大的广场，那里有一些人在骑单车，有的在跳绳，还有的在跑步。广场两旁有许多树木，树下有许多运动器材。

于是我就走过去运动，我先爬上天梯，我双手紧握天梯把手，交替换行。它可以促进肩部、臂部的灵活性，增强上肢、上身肌肉力量。我爬过后，就荡起了双人晃板器。先双手紧握扶手，下身轻轻的摇摆，可以活动腰部，像扭屁股一样。这项运动能增强心肺功能和协调能力；改善血液循环和消化系统机能，改善腰椎，髋关节功能性障碍，对肌肉萎缩等有康复作用。

接着我就是去玩漫步机，我抓住杆子，踩着踏板，像走路一样晃着脚。这项运动可以增强心肺功能及下肢、腰部肌肉力量；改善下肢柔韧性和协调能力；提高下肢各关节稳定性。该项运动对腰肌劳损、髋关节酸痛、下肢活动障碍、肌肉无力、肌肉萎缩等有康复作用。

当我累了，就坐在按摩推揉器上休息，一个小圆筒在背上推挤，帮你搓背，感到很舒服，它可以帮你的背放松。

还有许多运动器械，有：双杠、太极揉推器、联动健身车、健步扭腰桥单杠、弹振压脚器等等。

Sports do us good in many respects (TS). It goes without saying that taking exercises can build up our physical strength. While taking part in sports game, we will try our best to win and arouse ourselves the competitive spirit. Sports can also help us relax after a period of exhausting work. Sports lovers here always look forward to the month of August or September because of the Inter School Sports-meeting.These occasions used to be very colorful and attractive.Just like the previous years,this year’s sports-meeting was enjoyable.

It was held in the Thong Nhat Stadium in Ho Chi Minh city.The stadium was cheerfully decorated for that purpose.The bitumen tracks were neatly marked with white paint.The sports officials were in their official badges and the whole day they were busy with preparations.At about 2 p.m.that day,there was a march past by athletes in their respective school colors and flags.The chief Education Officer took the salute.With the singing of the Nation Anthem and the hoisting of the National Flag,he declared the meeting open.

There were many interesting events.There were also separate events for boys and girls.The competitors were tense and serious.They were in excellent physical fitness.Some new records were set in the 100,200 and 400 meter races.The hurdles and relays were some of the interesting track events.The girls’ events added some color and mirth to the spectators.Of the girls’ items,the tug-of-war was a never ending source of merriment.Throughout the events,our school band was in attendance.

After the meeting was over,the Chief Education Officer gave the trophies and certificates to the winners.He complimented the athletes on their performance.The Secretary of the Inter School Sports Council thanked the distinguished guests for their presence.With the singing of the Nation Anthem,the meeting came to a grand close.

Jane liked sports. Her school sports meeting would be held on May 4. She had entered for(报名参加) the high jump and the long jump races, and the other girls in her class were sure she would win both.
