Sports do us good in many respects (TS). It goes without saying that taking exercises can build up our physical strength. In collective sports like basketball, volleyball, or football, we will learn the importance of cooperation. While taking part in sports game, we will try our best to win and arouse ourselves the competitive spirit. Sports can also help us relax after a period of exhausting work. However, as the saying goes, "there are two sides to everything", and sports is without exception. We may hurt other players or ourselves if we are not careful enough when participating in sports activities. Whats more, excessive or severe training can do harm to our health.

My participation in sports tells me that sports can make us healthy both physically and psychologically. It is also a good way for people to know each other and can promote friendship between people. So long as we are carefully enough, sports can do us nothing but good.

When autumn comes, I feel so excited, because the sports meeting comes. I

like sports so much. When I was very small, my father took me to watch the

basketball match, in the long time, sports have become part of my life. When I

started to come to school, I join the basketball team, I had the great time to

practice with my friends. Though high school life is very busy and I have to

learn so many subjects, I still keep taking exercise everyday. Sports meeting

time is my favorite time in the semester. I can take part in many activities,

such as basketball and high jump. I am full of energy, I just want to enjoy the

moment of taking exercise. Sports meeting indeed brings students many energy and

make the students become active. They can also exercise their bodies.

运动会终于开始了，同学们都兴奋起来了。大会进行了第一项：出场仪式。同学们个个精神抖擞，喊着响亮的口号穿过国旗台，我们班也不例外，喊着“锻炼身体、增强体质、健康学习、快乐成长 ”的口号，迈着整齐的步伐走过了国旗台。

出场仪式结束后，紧接着就进行比赛了——拔河比赛。我们班选出了10个力气大的女生和10个身材高大魁梧的男生参加比赛。第一轮比赛开始了，我们班和七（一）班对决，选手们个个像小老虎， 磨拳搽掌，时刻准备应战。比赛哨声一响，“加油”声震耳欲聋，我们班的实力太强，轻松地拿下 2局，最终以2：0获胜，同学们都高兴极了，可七（一）班的选手们却哭了，我们不知所措。接下来我们 班和七（三）班进行决胜局的比赛。

这一轮不会那么容易拿下。哨声再一次吹响，我们班的啦啦队大声地喊着：“1、2……加油！1、2……加油！”，选手们都使出全身力气拉着绳子，毫不松懈，比赛气氛异常紧张，观看的同 学个个神情紧张，恨不得上去帮着拉一把。没想到我们班还真有同学上去帮忙了，赢了不算，还得重新开始。这一下选手们就更加紧张了，个个虎视眈眈地看着对方选手，好像在说：“重新开始，没什 么了不起，看我们的，一定会胜利的！”开始了，加油声再一次响起，选手们齐心协力，个个脚底像磐石一样动也不动，双手牢牢握着绳子，憋足了全身力气，在全班同学的共同努力下，我们班终于得 了冠军，选手们的精神很令我感动。

这一项比赛终于结束了，同学们显示出了团结就是力量，大家只有齐心协力，才能共同做好每一件事。

Most people has a sweet home,so have I.I think my home is sweet because it is my best place to have rest or have fun with my friends or my parents.

I can remember clear.Once I came back home late because my teacher didn＇t want me leave until I finished my work.At that time,the weather became colder and the wind became stronger.I was so hungry and cold at that time!I felt I can＇t take it any more,so I ran to my home quickly.When I got my home,I felt much more warmer and happiness than ever before!

两年前，还记得烈日下操场上一群激动的孩子们，他们为什么而激动呢?就是那一次令人兴奋的趣味运动会。

在这次运动会上，我们一共有两个项目，一是50米障碍接力跑，另一个是两人三足接力跑，当我们全年级八个班一起集合到操场时，运动会也随之开始了。

先举行的是50米障碍跑，这就没我什么事了，看其他同学都在尽力的跑着，我们就在一旁加油，这时尴尬的事情发生了，胡红辰同学在跑的时候由于太激动，少跑了一段，就向回返，搞得被拉长了时间。

到了第二项，就该我们男生上场了，找到属于自己的搭档，用绳子将两个人各一只脚绑在一起，这样就组成了两人三足，我与我的好哥们儿陈名卓一组，清楚记得我们是在第五个跑的，看前面的同学激动地要飞起来的劲儿，就能看出他们个个都是蓄势待发，准备在众人面前闪亮开跑，我们在后面的同学一直为他们加油，结果谁曾想到开跑的同学激动地一迈脚就差点栽倒，我本以为大家都会像我和陈明卓一样快速跑起来，可是我怎么都没想到他们竟然用“走”来一决高下，还走得磕磕绊绊。但同学们好像更加兴奋的大喊着：“加油!加油!——”。这一路下来真是不容易……终于到了我们俩上场，接过接力棒。二话不说，就以百分之九十九的默契与速度，一下不跌脚的操作，在震耳欲聋的“加油”声中跑完了一半儿，又来一个漂移，转过身来，不小心碰到了路障，不过没关系，眼疾手快的我顺手扶起来，一秒不耽误，再一次冲向终点，老师也笑了，说了一句：“跑得可真快啊!”同学们也投来羡慕与崇拜的眼光，我当时也是内心相当得意……回到了队伍，看着与我们一起起跑的一班同学，才刚刚走完一半儿，便胜券在握地向后边上场的同学加油……

这场激动人心的运动会终于结束了，但在我的心里却永远的结束不了，他教会了我团结才能获得胜利。
