星期三的早晨，阳光灿烂。我们带着笑容，来到热闹的操场上，在这里，将举行我们学校一年一度的春季运动会。

早上先是运动会开幕式，走在前面的是鼓号队大哥哥大姐姐们，后面跟着一帮大姐姐，她们跳的是丝带舞，然后是啦啦队的表演，再后面是大哥哥大姐姐挥舞着彩旗，最后是各班的运动员代表入场，我们班代表队由16名同学组成，由高炀果果在前面举着“二年级六班代表队”的牌子。这次运动会，还有一个“二年级七班代表队”，他们是胡王校区的同学们。

我们二年级有三项比赛，第一项是30米迎面接力、第二项是赶珠接力、第三项是背对背夹球， 我三项比赛都参加了。

先进行的是30米迎面接力，老师先组织我们在教学楼底下排练，我们排练的时候大家表现的都很好，可是正式比赛的时候，出了一点的小差错，龚林儿和袁晨毓掉棒了，我们没有取得第一名。

下午进行的是赶珠接力。开始几个人滚得可好了，我希望自己也能做好，但我由于太紧张，滚的不是很快，后面的同学滚的越来越好，最后我们班在那个小组比赛中取得了第一名。

第二天早上，老师叫背对背夹球的去排练，我赶快去找我的搭档高子馨，我和高子馨去年背对背夹球比赛就在一起搭档，我俩配合得很好，顺利地完成了比赛，我俩为全队提高了成绩，最后我们班总体表现很棒，在这项比赛中取得了好成绩，我真高兴！

通过这次的运动会，使我明白成绩的取得，不是一个人的功劳，而是大家共同努力的结果。就像老师给我们班里的口号那样：团结协作、努力拼搏。

我是一个热爱运动的人，跳绳、砍包、踢毽子、跑步、羽毛球等等都是我比较喜欢的运动。但我最喜欢的还是跳绳。

我喜欢骑自行车上学，因为我可以通过骑车保持健康。自行车在北京依然很流行，一些外国人也买自行车骑。但是越来越多的人买汽车，因为他们认为汽车比自行车快。汽车的尾气污染了空气，浪费了能源。我认为自行车比汽车好。

Chinese new year is a chinese traditional festival. We also call it the spring festival. It is on lunar january 1st.

On new years eve, all the people sit around the desk and have a big family dinner. There are some vegetables, some fish, some meat, some fruits and some drink like juice, coke, pepsi and some nice wine. Overall, this is a good and delicious dinner. After dinner, we always watch tv new year progammes. We have a wonderful evening on new years eve.

On the first day of the spring festival, most of people get up early and say “happy new year” to each other. for breakfast, people often eat dumplings and baozi. After breakfast, people often make many delicious foods, and children often play cards, computer games and fireworks. On the second and third day, we visit friends and relatives.

Everyone is busy on chinese new year, and everyone is happy, too.

春节是中国的传统节日。我们也称它为春节。它是在农历1月1日。

在新年前夕,所有人围坐在桌子上,有一个大的家庭晚餐。有一些蔬菜,一些鱼,一些肉,一些水果和一些喝果汁、可口可乐、百事可乐和一些不错的葡萄酒。总的来说,这是一个很好的和美味的晚餐。晚饭后,我们总是看电视节目。我们有一个美好的晚上在新年前夕。

在春节的第一天,大部分的人早起,说“新年快乐”。早餐,人们经常吃饺子和包子。早餐后,人们常常做出许多美味的食物,和孩子经常打牌,电脑游戏和烟火。第二和第三天,我们拜访亲戚、朋友。

在中国新年每个人都很忙,每个人都是快乐的,也是。

说到运动，很多人可能对此在熟悉不过了，但是真正了解运动，能够做到多运动的同学有多少呢？

那么今天我就要给大家来说一说这运动的好处。从小的来说，运动能使人强健体魄。

那就举游泳的例子来说吧。

游泳的好处就有很多，专家表示：人在水中运动时，各器官都参与其中，耗能多，血液循环也随之加快，以供给运动器官更多的营养物质。血液速度的加快，会增加心脏的负荷，使其跳动频率加快，收缩强而有力。经常游泳的人，心脏功能极好。

也就是说，游泳能够增强人的心肌功能。而且，游泳还能够增强抵抗力，加强肺部功能，护肤，要的是游泳能够减肥和健美体形。

我国伟大的领袖毛泽东小时候就特别喜欢这一项运动！据说：毛泽东在上学时，除了外出求学之外，每天都会去附近的池塘或河里游泳！在解放后，他也依然有这样的习惯！他最后的一次横渡长江，是他在73岁的时候。由此可见，仅游泳这一项运动就可以带给人这么多的好处！可见运动对人十分有益！

从大的来说，运动对国家的建设有是有决定性的作用！大家假设一下，如果我国的军人在入伍前都是一个个不接触过运动的人！身体素质甚至连平民都不如！那又如何称为军人？那又如何保卫祖国？那我们有如何能安稳的站在这儿呢？同学们啊！听到了这儿大家是否有一点什么感悟了呢？

其实，我今天站在这儿，为大家讲了一点知识，是希望大家能够多运动，强身健体，更是希望大家能够成为一个德智体美共同发展的学生！在不远的将来为祖国为社会做出属于自己的一点贡献！
