我们的身体最重要的就是健康，而健康就与体育运动密切相关，多做运动，能强身健体，有益身心。所以，我喜欢体育运动。我喜欢的体育运动是跑步，它是体育运动最简单而有最有成效的一项运动。我喜欢慢跑，因为我不想错过，沿途中有很多美丽的风景，有能发触人的好奇心的人和事。如果慢跑，我就能把它们当多一段美好的回忆，而不会擦肩而过。

每天早晨，太阳初升的时候，当落叶飘飘悠悠地从树上掉下来，当阳光透过叶缝的那一刻，我爱慢跑，一边感受大自然的恩赐，一边享受运动的无限快乐。套样辛苦了一天，正准备下山时，当树叶不再飘忽，不再飘忽，而落叶满地的时候，我爱慢跑。一边看着太阳公公留下那橘红的弧线，一边眺着远初那碧绿的田园风光。在体育课上，我爱慢跑。因为我想跑在后头，看着看着同学门的背影，我想把他们留在我的眼里，留在我的心里，也留在我的回忆里。大家从五湖四海集在一个班里，也算是缘分，我不想错过这么美好的记忆。

今年是奥运年，是体育运动的象征，我爱满跑，我喜欢体育运动，因为他是我们健康的象征和灵魂的真缔。希望每个人都有一项自己喜爱的体育运动。

根据所给的四幅图画，以“Mikes Test Paper”为题，按顺序写一篇不少于80字的短文。内容必须符合题意。

迈克英语学得不好。昨天，参加了英语考试。他又没考及格。他不敢告诉他妈妈他得了低分。在他回家的路上，天下起了大雨。于是他有了个主意。为什么不把卷子当伞用呢?他就把卷子顶在头上开始往家跑。当他到家时，卷子全湿了，几乎被雨淋成了碎片。当他妈妈问他分数时，迈克尴尬地笑了笑，把试卷递给妈妈看。

Mike is bad at English. Yesterday, he had an English test. He failed again. He dared not tell his mother the low marks. On his way home, it rained heavily. So he got a good idea. 我最喜爱的一项体育运动是踢毽子。你别看它像是现代刚流行的运动，其实，同学们，你们知道吗?踢毽子在很久以前就已经有了。

踢毽子起源于我国汉代，到了隋唐时期已经很盛行了。据《高僧传·佛陀禅师转》记载，有一个叫跋陀的人要到洛阳去，在路上时遇到了12岁的慧光在天街井栏上反踢毽子，连续踢了五百次，围观的群众们都赞叹不已。其实到了唐宋时期，踢毽子的花样和技巧也已经有了非常大的进步。到清朝末期之前，踢毽子已经达到了鼎盛的时期，踢毽子的人越来越多。踢毽子已经被人们和养花鸟、放风筝、下棋、等游戏相提并论。更有一些人以会踢毽子而自荣，特别是青年、少年或者是儿童的参加踢毽子的游戏或比赛更为普遍。当时的民间就有流传着这样的童谣：“一个键儿，踢两半儿，打花鼓儿，绕花线儿，里踢外踢，八仙过海，九十九，一百。”

踢毽子呢，首先要手拿毽子，找好一个角度，要找适合自己，自己认为舒服的角度，然后单手将毽子抛到半空中，记住不要抛的太高，然后用任意一只脚在毽子快要落到腰部的时候来把毽子用脚接住，再踢向上去，也不要踢得太高，这样才算一个，然后依次类推，看看你能踢多少个。如果在这个基础上，再加一些花样，如：后踢、腕踢、抬腿踢、侧腿踢等等，就叫作花样踢毽。我国各地的踢毽子的风格不同，名称也不近相同。一般来说，尖子的羽毛小，底拖较重，踢起的毽子上下飞舞，速度比较快，它的踢法特点是刚劲，动作要求小巧，掌握起来比较难一些。

近年来，人们将我国古老的民间踢毽子游戏演变成了一种对抗性强的体育运动—毽球。踢毽子已经不再是一项有益于人身心的游戏了，而是被人们当做养生之道，踢毽子这项运动已经被人们开展得非常广泛。这项运动在各都市成立了毽球协会，有的地区还设有分会。尤其是在丹东市更为普及人们已经把踢毽子作为生活中不可缺少的一部分了。踢毽子已经不仅仅是只能在公园里进行的活动了，无论是在美丽的鸭绿江畔，或者是在雄伟的锦江山下，到处都有踢毽球的广大爱好者。早晨踢，午休时踢;街边踢，小区里踢;小到稚嫩儿童，老道近百岁的老人，只要一闲下来，就会两两三三的聚在一起，踢上几脚。每当到了晚上借着街道五彩花灯的光环，就会看到到处都有一只只彩毽在空中飞舞，一年四季从不间断。因此，丹东市被国家体育总局命名为“毽球城”，还承办过几届全国毽球锦标赛。毽球不仅成年人愿意玩，而且也受到我们这些小学生的欢迎，并且在我们的校园里也发展的非常之迅速。在2009年的8月8日“全民健身日”，沈阳市毽球协会派出5000人的庞大阵容，在奥体中心主体育场举行的400人的毽球表演，奥体外场也有1000人同时进行毽球表演。他们还组织了3000人的拉拉队、助威团，让广大群众都参与到全民健身活动中来。目前，沈阳的许多中小学都专门开展了毽球课，一些大学也将毽球作为体育课的必修课程，这些学校的毽球水平也都较高。

寒假的一天，妈妈下班回家。一进门就兴冲冲地喊：“月月，猜妈妈给你带来什么?”“肯定是好吃的。”我不假思索地回答。“不对。”说着，妈妈从背后拿出一个小盒子递给我。我好奇地接过盒子，迫不及待地打开一看，原来是一只活泼机灵的小鸟。我小心翼翼地捧起它，仔细端详着。

这应该是一只刚刚会飞的小鸟，嘴角的嫩黄还未褪去。一身灰褐色的羽毛丰满整洁，一双圆溜溜的小眼睛乌黑光亮，惊恐地四下张望。

一不小心，小鸟从我手里挣脱开来，朝着窗户飞去，想要飞出去吧?没想到一头撞到窗玻璃，落在窗台上，可它仍然不甘心似的，扑楞着翅膀想要飞起来。我不禁可怜起小鸟来，我想，小鸟应该生活在大自然的怀抱里，自由自在地飞翔。于是，我对妈妈说：“妈妈，咱们把小鸟放了吧!看不到爸爸妈妈，小鸟多着急害怕呀。”妈妈惊疑地看着我，然后用欣赏的口吻说：“我的儿子长大了。小鸟已经给你了，你说了算。”我高兴地谢过妈妈，捧着小鸟飞快地跑下楼去。

来到楼下的空地上，我轻轻地松开双手，小鸟“噌”地飞向天空，很快地飞远了。我仿佛看见小鸟飞回了鸟群，依偎在鸟爸爸和鸟妈妈的身边，诉说着今天的经历，故事里有一位善良的少年……

因为人的记忆力有选择啊，有的人天生对语言天生敏感，所以记得就快，有的人对历史敏感，记忆历史就比别人快。所以人的记忆力不能一概而论，这是我多年学习的经验，和个人理解。

第一，你不要把英语单词当成中文的象形文字来记，中文的记忆有形象关系，但是单词时无意义的字母排序，背得时候一定要理解英语的发音规律，先要记没个单词的发音，有的发音如tioneror什么的你一定发现了几个字母组合法特定的音，按发音记！

有时候宁肯先记发音！

因为有时候，你甚至能根据发音，你自己就能写出来，何必要背。其实英语的字母单词，不是很规律的，不想拼音的，但还是有一定的规律。

其实背英语单词，不能死记是真的，但是一定要持之以恒，首先要有心理准备，要有自信。

你背英语单词的时候可以边默读便用笔在一张纸上写，就是随便写一些，主要是加深印象。

我的习惯是第一次背时先写5遍/单词，隔天写3遍/单词。过一段时间再重复。这样记虽然慢，但是很扎实。

而且还要注意，背单词应该背词典，就是你背一个词的形式，比如名词，最好翻阅词典，把其他的形式也给背过。这样看起来，似乎比较费脑子，实际上我认为，这样无形中很快，因为你背单词就是要用在阅读上，这样背的话既实用又能无形中体会出英语的变形规律，以后就会背的很快乐。

英语背单词，实际取决于你已经背的单词量。
