说到跳沙坑有人会说：“跳沙坑有什么好的，跳的满脚沙”。这些我都知道，还有些人跳沙坑时吃了不少沙子呢!不过你要往它的好处想想呀。我喜欢的原因不是因为我跳得最远，而是因为跳的过程有“四感”。第一感，是在助跑地时候，有一种任意、自由驰骋的感觉。第二感，是在跳跃地时候，有一种腾空、飞翔的感觉。第三感，是在落地地时候，有一种脚踏实地的感觉。虽然会进些沙子，但是当看到自己有进步的跳远成绩时，又会产生第四感，一种喜悦、骄傲、自豪感。

其实一开始我不喜欢跳沙坑，怀疑自己实力有限，感觉跳远有一大堆缺点。又太热啦，又会进沙子啦……但有一次运动会，跳沙坑的运动员少了一个，于是不知情的同学就把我给推荐了上去。我连忙拒绝，谁知老师还以为我谦虚呢，硬是把我的名字填进了运动员表中。唉!没办法，我只好硬着头皮接下了这个任务。

在比赛场，我双腿发软：“怎么办，怎么办!没关系，我冲呀!”最后跳了个2、43米。还好，我自己挺满意的。第二跳时我便没那么紧张了。结果在接近踏板时算错了步子，只跳了1、64米。当时我们英语老师和班主任正在一旁“看戏”，见我只跳了1、64米，英语老师立马说：“不会吧!有没有看错?是2、64米吧?”“没错啊!你看1、64米嘛。”哎呀，丢死人了!我恨不得找条地缝钻进去。班主任给了我一个鼓励的眼神。于是我下定决心，一定要争回面子!你猜怎么啦?我跳了2、85米!虽然没拿到名次，但我非常满意。从今以后，我努力发现它的优点，跳沙坑成了我最喜欢的一项体育运动!

like sports so much. When I was very small, my father took me to watch the

basketball match, in the long time, sports have become part of my life. When I

started to come to school, I join the basketball team, I had the great time to

practice with my friends. Though high school life is very busy and I have to

learn so many subjects, I still keep taking exercise everyday. Sports meeting

time is my favorite time in the semester. I can take part in many activities,

such as basketball and high jump. I am full of energy, I just want to enjoy the

moment of taking exercise. Sports meeting indeed brings students many energy and

make the students become active. They can also exercise their bodies.

Looking at the Great Wall, it is the brightest star in human history. In the earth, we can see the continuous Great Wall winding in the mountains; In the long history of history, we can see the time of the Great Wall. In the eyes of the Chinese, the Great Wall is a soldier who defends his country. In the eyes of foreigners, the Great Wall is a mysterious Oriental dragon.

Looking at the Great Wall, we seem to be back in the qin dynasty. The Olympic games are held every four years. The winter Olympics are usually held two years before the summerOlympics. The old Olympic games began around the year 776 B.C. in Greece. After about the year 393 A.D., the Olympic games stopped. The first Olympic games in modern times took place in 1896. 311 competitors took part in the games. In 1992, more than 8000 competitors from over 150 different counties went to Barcelona for the 25th Olympics. There were 250 different sports in the games. In Barcelona, the Chinese team got 16 golden metals of which 12 were won by women.

爸爸是个超级篮球迷，从我记事起，每个六、日的早晨，我和妈妈都是被电视里球赛的解说声吵醒的，在这样的环境下长大的我，怎能不迷上篮球呢？每当我听到姚明、麦迪、乔丹等巨星的名字，在电视上看到他们潇洒的身影，我就心潮澎湃。

上个礼拜天，在我的再三恳求下，爸爸终于答应教我打蓝球。早晨的天空阴沉沉的，不时有几朵乌云飘过，我跟爸爸趋车来到了云大的篮球场。爸爸指了指蓝筐，“投几个，熟悉一下球性”这有何难？小菜一碟！我模仿明星们的摸样，起跑，跳跃。投蓝——没中。再来——又没中。我偷偷地环顾四周，生怕别人看见我的糗样，还好，没人注意。我定了一下神，使出吃奶的力气，“嗖”这次干脆连蓝筐也没碰着。我的自信心受到了极大的挫败。爸爸走上前拍了拍我的肩膀，“学篮球，得从基本功练起。”

于是，爸爸教了我拍球，带球两个基本动作。雪越下越大时而刮来几阵狂风，把地上一层雪推向天空，展示她们优美的舞姿。麦迪，姚明等巨星在球场上飞驰的模样在我脑中挥之不去“他们也是这样苦吗？”我一边练，一边问自己“该回家了。”爸爸的呼唤传来后，我立刻抱起球，向爸爸跑去。迎着大雪，我俩回家去了。

雪更大了，雪花不时飞在我冰冷的身上，但我的心却是热的。我终于明白，那些巨星并不是我想的那样不识人间烟火，而是在背后用汗水与失败迎接着辉煌的黎明。我深深懂得要想人前显贵，就得背后受罪，只有吃得苦中苦，才能成为人上人！。
