不久，比赛正式开始了。尽管比赛的项目很多，但牵动人心的还属女子400米预、决赛了。初一(1)班，我，也参加了这项项目。

站在跑道上，腿微微地发着抖，心在激烈地跳着。一眼望去，无数的人都看着我。听，是谁，在为我加油、喝彩?哦，原来是我班同学呀!

随着“砰”的一声，比赛开始。我昂首挺胸，专心地跑着。一个，两个，三个……啊，我终于追上了。这时，我显得胸有成竹，其他人也不甘示弱，紧追不舍。快要到终点时，初一(2)班的同学追上来了，眼看要追上了，我心想：凭我的实力，我不能输给她。我竭尽全力，当离终点还有2米时，我突然感到一种不祥的预兆，果然，感觉身体轻飘飘的，已经没有力气了。我实在支撑不住了，倒下了，但就凭同学们的一句“加油”，我就有理由站起来，继续前进。我忍着手山的痛，不顾一切的往前冲，但又失败了，我又倒下了，后一位同学冲过了终点。此时此刻，我心里并不好受，作为初一(1)班的一员，更作为一名运动员，必定要在运动会上展现自己，为班级争光。想到这儿，我赶紧爬起来，一步一步地跑向终点。这时，我心里想的只有班级，只有分数。

最后成绩显示，我得了第三名，为班级的集体分加了5分。

一声声的安慰，只会让我更加难过。带着手上的伤，带着心中的痛，我在别人的搀扶下，一步一步走出了赛场……

但我知道，400米的跑道，400米的角逐，400米的较量，这还不仅是力量的表现，更是毅力的拼搏，获得的不仅是奖牌，更是一种荣誉。

Recently, more and more people stay at home watching TV and surfing the

Internet, which leads to obesity and even get serious illness.

This is no doubt that sport is good for our health. A person who takes

exercises regularly will keep fit. What’s more, exercise can make you

well-behaved and confident. If you usually take exercise with your friends, you

will be close to them. After all, sports can make your life more colorful.

Nothing is more important than doing sports. Its time to take actions to

stay away from the TV and computer and to take part in sport activities.

Every sportsman should have sportsmanship. When defeated, he should GREet his opponent and congratulate him. If he can＇t, on one will care to be his opponent because he lacks basic decorum and the spirit of a good sportsman. A true sportsman has a generous heart, admits to his loss and does not act with vexation. Learning to have sportsmanship is very important. It doesn＇t always matter whether one wins or not. What＇s even more important than results is what you have learned from each competition.

My favourate animal is panda.i think panda is the cutist animal in the

world.It has black and white fur and especially it have black fur around eyes

which looks like wear a pair of sunglasses.

Panda likes banboo shoots and leaves a lot.I saw panda ate apply and cakes

in Zoo before,but I know in nature world they would not eat these things.

Now almost everyone in the world love panda,but only China has panda.

So as a Chinese I feel proud to be born in a country has panda.

2、减肥健美，改善胰岛素抵抗。肥胖常常伴随着高血压、2型糖尿病和血脂异常，都是心血管疾病的危险因素，被称为胰岛素抵抗综合征或X综合征。美国的一项研究证实，身体能量是消耗与发生2型糖尿病之间呈反比，每天用敏捷活泼的步伐行走1小时可使2型糖尿病的发生降低一半，危险最低的是采用有氧运动及健美操练习者。

3、促进心肌灌注，降低男性卒中发病危险。日本京都大学对有医疗保险的心肌梗死、心绞痛、心脏手术后、有冠心病危险因素的67例患者采用了集体运动疗法，运动处方视患者个人状态而定，运动项目包括慢跑、步行、伸展运动、乒乓球、微型网球、郊游、滑雪等，以需氧运动为主。平均随访70个月，经科学测定确认54.8%的患者心肌灌注改善，患者抑郁倾向明显减少。美国哈佛大学Lee的一项新研究也表明，不活动是一个与吸烟或高血压同等重要的卒中危险因素，中等量的运动可使男性卒中发病危险几乎减半。

4、增强骨承受负荷，减缓骨质疏松。1999年第三届国际骨质疏松研讨会上，美国骨科教授Frost介绍了骨质疏松的新概念——在神经系统调控下的肌肉质量(肌肉容积和力量)是决定骨强度(包括骨量及骨结构)的重要因素。澳大利亚的另一研究发现，股四头肌越弱，骨质丢失越多。可见，运动在保持肌肉强度的同时也减缓了骨质脱钙、疏松。

我曾经听过一句名言：运动的作用可以代替药物，但所有的药物都不能代替运动!这是法国的一名医学家——蒂素!说的一句话。我常常坐在小板凳上反反复复的思考着这句话的含义。有一次，妈妈走过来看见我愁眉苦脸的样子，亲切的问：“你怎么了?不开心吗?”当我把我的疑问对妈妈说后，妈妈一下子回答了我的问题：“你这个小笨猪，我给你说说吧!你看，妈妈每天早上都去跑步，身体倍儿棒!既不吃药，又不生病!多好啊!”

妈妈的话我一直记在心里!似乎懂得了蒂素说的真正含义。于是，我跟妈妈一样，爱上了体育运动，一活动就听不下来，寄来人说我像一个运动员!我还专门为我的运动计划做了一个安排表：每天早上，跑两百米田径;做一分钟仰卧起坐;打三十分钟羽毛球。中午，单跳绳十分钟;跳远二分钟。下午，短跑十圈;竞走三十分钟;打一个小时篮球。仅看着安排表，就要把人累垮!但是，我感觉很轻松，很快乐!其中，我最喜欢的就是竞走，我感觉竞走和马拉松一样，都不耗费力气，而且腿脚总是噼里啪啦的跟地面接触，而且我还越走越快，比什么都轻松!

妈妈说我是“矮冬瓜”我特别不高兴，于是，我特地在网上查找了一些如何增高的运动，呀!原来打篮球可以增高，要不，我怎么下午会打一个小时的篮球了?另外，告诉你一个惊天地、泣鬼神的大秘密!我还赚没在网上查了一个增高体操，天天在练习!功夫不负有心人，经过我这么多天的努力训练，我的身高终于有了明显的转变。我在别的同学面前，都是雄赳赳、气昂昂得，显得十分神奇!

现在，我对体育更加喜爱了!一天不锻炼，就心里发慌!我还把列林说的一句名当成了我的体育‘榜样’：在我们劳动人民的国家里，需要千百万身体健壮、意志坚强、勇敢无畏、朝气蓬勃、坚韧不拔的人。
