一.英语小组合作学习在教学中的回顾。

课程改革在教学中的实践已经六年了。回顾前几年的英语课堂教学中，小组合作学习形式化，缺乏时效性，班里只有三分之二的小组能够按照教师的要求开展活动，有三分之一的小组应付了事，课堂气氛不活跃。学生不敢开口说英语。学生没有通过在小组合作学习中，达到提高语言运用能力的目的。小组合作学习没有达到实效性。随着不断学习新课标理念，不断地教学实践摸索以及我们英语组对英语课堂教学互动模式的课题研究，近两年对小组合作学习的意义和重要性有了较深刻的认识，对以前的小组合作学习存在的问题，也找到了原因：

教师对新课标合作学习的理念没有领会。没有理解小组合作学习的真正意义。

教师对处理教材的各个环节缺乏清晰的认识，不能整体把握教材。

教师对语境的设计缺乏真实性，激趣性。

教师没有细化小组合作学习的规则，缺乏实效性。

教师设计的小组合作活动形式比较单一。不能激起学生小组活动的兴趣，学生没有充分体会到成功的感受。

通过小组合作学习在课堂和课外的教学实践 ，笔者发现小组合作学习要遵循一定的原则，在课内和课外采用多种形式实施小组合作学习，有助于提高学生运用英语的能力。

二.实施小组合作学习的原则

(一)、语境设计具有真实性。

课标倡导任务型教学模式。让学生在教师的指导下，通过感知，体验，实践，参与和合作的方式，实现任务的目标—即达到运用语言的能力。一节课的语境设置要根据教材的内容为主线和所达到的目标为终极目标。设计出与教材有关，又符合学生的实际情况的真实语境，激发学生交际的欲望。使学生在真实的语境中很自然地运用语言。

(二)、语境设计具有激趣性

英语课程的任务是：激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣，使学生树立自信心，养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效的学习策略，发展自主学习的能力和合作精神。因此教师在语言输出环节中，应设计出使学生非常感兴趣的活动。充分调动学生参与活动的积极性，使学生学习气氛高涨起来。使学生在活动中愉快地用英语进行交际。

(三).细化规则具有时效性

1、小组活动不能拘于形式

小组活动的人数的确立应依据教学内容和输出活动的设计，人数可2人，3人，4人等，没有固定模式。不能为活动而活动。应根据活动的具体内容而定。

2、小组成员应有明确的分工

无论是2人，4人还是6等人的小组活动，每个人都有明确的分工，使每个人都能参与英语教学活动

3、小组活动具有可操作性

教师应用简洁的语言明确规定活动的具体任务确保学生能够便于操作，使学生清楚自己干什么，保证合作学习的实效性。

三、小组合作学习的实施过程

(一)课堂小组合作学习形式

在课堂教学中，要充分发挥教师的主导作用和突出学生的主体作用。根据教材内容设计出形式多样的小组合作方式。

1. 图片交流

利用文中的插图或从网上下载与课文有关的图片，设计两人小组谈论图片的活动，直观、形象、生动。在讲十一册17课时，我设计的前两个输出活动就是根据图片，两人小组谈论第三人称和第一人称会和不会哪些运动项目。由于图片直观形象，易于学生交流。

2. 角色表演

教师教完新授课后，给学生一个话题，就这一话题发挥想象，通过创设情景，自编对话，进行角色表演。例如编购物、问路、看病、打电话对话。这些场景符合实际情况，贴近学生生活，学生们都很感兴趣。因此，他们都能积极参与表演，互相配合，承担各种角色。许多原来对英语学习兴趣不大，信心不足的学生都能积极参加角色表演活动并且表现得很好，一定程度上提高了他们学习英语的兴趣。

3、小组调查

教材内容非常丰富，我们可以根据教材的内容，设计调查形式的小组互动，使学生参与活动中，运用语言知识。如十一册的19课设计调查学生小组最喜欢的运动情况的活动，以便为开展校本课程做准备的活动。所设的活动是学生感兴趣的，又贴近他们的日常生活的调查活动。学生参与活动的热情很高涨。

4、话题讨论

试验课改教材是以贴近学生实际的话题为中心。让学生围绕一个话题，用所学的语言知识谈论这个话题，使学生用英语学会做事，提高学生运用英语的能力。在讲十五册17课感叹句时，可设计成让学生4人小组用感叹句互相谈论学英语的感受，每人至少谈论一点并选一名组长在全班汇报，小组之间互相合作，互相学习。既开阔了学生的思维，又培养了合作精神。

5、激趣互动

1)游戏

英语教学中， 根据教材内容， 使用游戏方法，能使课堂变得轻松有趣。 使学生在玩中学。 尤其在初一英语教学阶段，正是激发兴趣时期。可根据教材内容的不同，设计不同的游戏活动。在讲11册Lesson 5 家庭成员关系时， 我设计了不同层次的游戏活动。 我先带着全班做以Bob 为中心， 我指图片任何一个人、两个人， 全班立即说出和Bob的关系; 第二层游戏是让一个学生用汉语说出人物关系，全班学生看屏幕上的图片， 全班说出英文。第三层游戏是让一个学生用英文描述人物关系， 让全班猜Who’s she /he? 学生的知识，并不都在课堂中获取;学生的能力也并不都在课堂内培养。所以，课外合作学习也必定是课内合作学习所不可或缺的延伸和补充。

1、 小组朗读，背诵或复述积分

为了调动全班学英语的积极性，培养学生的语感。我采用小组得分评比法。我先把全班按好，中，差 ，分成六人一小组。全班分成五个组。我规定每个单元的4课书和

expnsion，根据每课的内容不同，要求学生两人背诵对话，朗读课文、背诵课文、复述课文。并不是所有的学生家里都有录音机等学习辅助设备，也不是所有的学生都有自觉学习的习惯，所以，就有相当部分学生不能独立完成老师布置的课文的朗读、背诵或复述的作业。合作小组的作用就尤为重要。通过发挥小组中学优生的作用，利用自习课或课余时间，让他们给学习有困难的学生当小老师，帮助学困生解决。两周一评比，而且把评选结果在班里公布。哪个小组都怕在落在别的组的后面，都帮助本组较差的同学。较差的同学也怕拖本组的后腿，也在努力地学习。学习气氛空前高涨。

2、 小组合作共同完成学习档案。

为了提高学生学英语的兴趣，训练学生的写作能力和培养学生想象能力和创新能力，我帮助学生建立学习档案。 我从初一开始每学完一个单元， 要求学生完成与话题相关的短文。虽然采用积分法，但有些个别差的同学还是完不成。因此我根据教材内容的不同，尝试小组合作共同完成学习档案。在第十二册Unit 8 Seasons and Clothes.小组合作共同完成本单元的话题作文。要求每组学生介绍我国或其它国家的5个地区的天气情况。并给出所适合的运动和着装的建议。用A4打印或手抄。并注明每人在本组所做的具体工作。只有全部组员参与本组的话题作文的设计工作，才有资格参与评选。时间是一周。同学们都各尽所能，有的同学设计版面，有的画画，有的写稿，有的改稿，组员都积极参与了本组的共同设计工作。培养了学生的合作意识。想象能力和创新能力，学生参与活动的热情空前高涨。

四、小组合作学习成果展示

教师要给学生提供展示才华的机会，使学生体验成功。我班在去年的颐和园情景教学中，学生分组用英语介绍颐和园的景点中，表现出色，受到学校的好评。在今年购物节情景教学中，我班的小组获得学校第一名。在今年的圣诞节和外教联欢会中，我班表演了

《Can I help you 》小品和合唱英文歌曲《 Jingle Bells 》并带着道具边唱边表演，我班的多数学生参与了圣诞节知识的竞赛中，学生积极主动地参加，当他们得到外教给的糖果和有关圣诞礼物时，非常兴奋。为了提高小组合作学习兴趣和竞争意识，我班举行了英语新年会。每组至少出一个节目，然后进行评比。获得前两名的小组进行奖励。学生们的积极性非常高，在课下积极准备，都想争第一。在元旦联会中，有的小组表演课本剧，有的小组.有的小组出谜语，让其他组猜。还有的组玩单词、词组接龙竞赛。其中表演课本剧《At the restaurant》和演唱《Pretty boy 》这两组分别获一名和第二名。我们年级还举行了合作小组学习档案评比。我班有两组被选上。还有两名同学参加了CCTV 英语希望杯大赛，这两名同学都通过了预赛，并参加了初赛。

实践证明，英语小组合作学习是一种很好的学习方式。英语小组合作学习对学生英语能力的提高，对教师英语教学的促进作用是不容质疑的。在活动中，学生是主角，既可以是参与者，还可以是活动的具体组织者和设计者。教师仅是活动的创设者，只起着对活动的促进和辅导的作用。让学生在活动中自己发现问题，解决问题，积极想象，深入探究，勇于创新[实践，同时教师在活动中激励评价学生，鼓励语言、最终达到自主学习，自我纠错，自我评价的目的，以达到从学会到会学的转变。

路漫漫，其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。我将不断学习新课标理念，不断地实践和反思。本着在学习中反思，在反思中改进的原则，不断提高教学水平。

This holiday is my best busy holiday for I am learning English, computer

Competition is common in every field of life. For example, the Olympic Games is the most famous competition in the world. In the four hundred meter swimming race, the swimmers plunge into the water at the signal. Each swings his or her arms and legs and tries his or her best to be the first. Also there is the competition for jobs, for promotion, for customers, and so on. We can say, in a certain sense, competition stimulates peoples interest in work and helps society to go forword.

We often find that competition goes hand in trend with cooperation. Take, for example, a volley ball match. The members of the team cooperate with each other. One serves the ball, Then another passes the ball to a certain height for a still other to hit it over the net while the other members try to block it on its return. It requires good tearn work to win the game.

While we advocate competition, we cannot forget cooperation. Human beings are social beings. No one can exist alone in the society. If you want to play the game well, you have to play with others. You cannot play single-handed and win. You have to cooperate with your playmates, who may make the social ladder for you to climb to the top. From cooperation we get mutual help and understanding. With cooperation the world is progressing at peace and in harmony.

When I got home, it was very dark. Why? There is no electric. Every year in

Beijing, there is lack of electric to supply. Because there are a lot of

factories. And it is very cold in winter. So the government decided: supply

electric to resident and the factories must stop working. My house is in the

manufacturing district. I was unlucky. It was very cold. So my father use the

electric making machine to make electric. Oh! What a unlucky winter!

当我回到家，这是非常黑暗。为什么呢?没有电。每年在北京，还有就是缺少电力供应。因为有很多工厂。这是非常寒冷的冬天。因此，政府决定：供应电对居民和工厂必须停止工作。我的房子是在生产区。我是不幸的。这是非常寒冷。所以，我的父亲用途电制造的机器使电。哦!什么是倒霉的冬天!

The annual Lantern Festival arrived, and I came to my grandmas house with a

happy mood.

晚饭过后，我们又到屋外放烟花，爸爸抱出一个很大的烟花，放在院子中间，一点火，噼里啪啦，只见火光冲天，烟花变成了一个个金黄色的小圆球，飞向四面八方，真漂亮，我和姐姐激动的又蹦又跳。

今年的正月十五我过得真快乐呀!

In recent years, competition has become more and more important in our life. Competition fills with learning, business and sport. Competition has been an indispensable thing that is full of in modern society.

As a student who will become the main force in the future, we must have competition spirit. Competition makes us work hard and improve work effect, if firms are not competitive they should not survive, so do people. Competition is important to an athlete, too. Competition can be motivation that make we do something better.

But the other important thing is how to improve our competition spirit. In my opinion, we should learn more knowledge and know more other things which can expand our field of vision. Taking part in contest and competition are effective ways. To firms, they should product more goods in limited time and expense little stuff, in a word, reduce the costing.

We had English final exam yesterday. I feelvery sad now because I think I didn’t do well in the exam. Firstly, just amoment ago I realized that my composition in the exam stayed from the point,because I misunderstood the meaning of Green Campus. I thought Green Campus isonly the color of the campus. So I totally got away from the point. Inaddition, time was not enough for me. Eventually, I wrote some answers on theanswer sheet without thinking. Thus I’m afraid I can’t pass the exam. I am nowvery anxious.

今天早晨，本来我睡得好好的。可是突然间，有两个莫名其妙的小家伙，无端端地钻进我的睡梦中来，而我则在一边，听着它们叽叽喳喳，无休无止地争吵：“合作比竞争谁更重要。”

合作说：“当然是我们重要，因为一个人力量小，只能做小事情;许多人合起来力量大，可以做大事情。大家为了同一个目标，齐心协力做事，所以我更重要。”

竞争也不甘落后反驳道：“谁说你重要，你也只不过靠我们竞争家族依赖罢。你没听说过一个故事吗?有一种珍奇的鳗鱼，它的生命非常脆弱，只要一离开深海区，不到半天就会死亡;但是有一位老渔民，他捕回来的鳗鱼总是活蹦乱跳的，为什么呢?原来，老渔民有一个秘诀，就是在满仓的鳗鱼中放几条狗鱼，狗鱼是鳗鱼的天敌，这样一来，船舱里的鳗鱼就被狗鱼激活了。这个故事说明：一个人如果没有竞争对手，就会失去生命的活力。怎么样，你无话可说了吧!”

合作妩媚一笑，微不足道的说：“你真无知，我问你，大家为什么合作比较容易把事情做好?一是因为人多力量大;二是因为合作可以发挥每个人的长处;三在学习上，合作能让我们战胜困难，在赛场上，合作让我们赢得荣誉，在集体生活中，合作让我们更开心。并且从古到今有很多谚语：“人心齐，泰山移”、“三个臭皮匠，顶个诸葛亮”、“ 一个篱笆三个桩，一个好汉三个帮。”想成就一番大事，必须靠大家的共同努力。”……

竞争无言以对，只好羞涩地低下头赞同合作的说法，无形中它们成了形影不离的好哥们。

同学们，难道合作真的比竞争重要吗?

我也有两个例子：一个班集体非常团结，在拔河比赛场上，团结的力量大无比，竟然没有对手。另一个则相反，一个班集体人人都争强好胜，个个都有自己的想法，个个都想凭借自己的力量，每一场拔河比赛都全军覆没。

从这两个例子告诉我们：合作和竞争同等重要。在我们的生活中，竞争与合作无处不在，竞争，可以促进发展，合作更有利于取长补短，形成合力;在合作之中竞争，在竞争之中合作。我们要在竞争中学会欣赏、学会合作，才能营造和谐的学习、生活和工作环境，形成和谐的人际关系，建设和谐美好的社会。

所以，合作与竞争是不矛盾的，它们是相辅相成的，相互协调的，相互促进的。
