难道这就是竞争？竞争应该是在互相帮助的基础上共同提高，力争上游，而不应采用不光彩的方法，压住别人，突出自己。这是忌妒心理！

前几天，我翻小学作文时，无意中发现了我的一篇日记，原来我那时已经在忌妒人家了。一直发展到现在，妒意以几何级数地增加着。

合作与竞争，不是水火不相容的关系，而是相依相存，你中有我，我中有你的关系。在合作中竞争的内涵有两个方面。一方面，团体的通力合作鼓励各个成员相互竞争；另一方面，成员间相互竞争促进团体竞争力的提高。

竞争中需要合作。竞争本身不是目的，而是达到更高目的的手段。在竞争中，合作的越好，力量就越强，成功的可能性就越大。优秀的竞争者往往是理想的合作者。

所以，无论是竞争还是合作，都要处理好和他人的关系。学会欣赏他人，发现别人的长处，虚心向别人学习，这样才能在竞争中超过别人。也只有这样才能接纳别人，才会获得别人的好感，找到合作伙伴，在合作中成功。要学会理解和谅解别人，对于竞争或者合作过程中的分歧和误会，不能心存怨恨。要站在对方的的位置上考虑，想想别人的难处，缩小分歧，消除误会，以诚待人，帮助他人，求得共同发展。

“在竞争中合作”需要我们行成团队精神--团队内部形成上下一致，相互支持，密切合作，无私奉献的群体精神。团队精神的核心是集体主义，是合作共享，乐于奉献，是个人利益服从团体利益。个人的成功不是最终的成功，团队的成功才是最终的成功！

“竞争”这个词，我们中学生应该不会感到陌生——因为我们时时刻刻都面临着竞争；未拿到第一名而竞争；为评上优秀班干部而竞争；为能考上最佳的高校而竞争……的确，无论是生活上还是学习上，如果失去竞争，世界将黯然失色。然而，在竞争中我们需要合作。

竞争是一个集体、一个民族向前发展和进步的动力。但我们要看到，有些时候过多的强调个人奋斗，而忽略了与他人合作，忽略了如何在竞争中不伤害别人，有些人为了达到自己的目的，不择手段。这无疑是极不可取的。要知道竞争以不伤害别人为前提，竞争以共同提高为原则。

“天下没有不散的宴席”，朋友们在爆竹声和欢笑声中告别了。

大家走后，妈妈又开始忙着收拾碗筷，我也过来帮妈妈的忙。虽然妈妈说不用我，可我还是帮妈妈收拾完才休息。
