四年级的时候，我又遇到了姜笑光老师。她不仅注重我们的学习，还十分关心我们的身体。那年冬天，我三天两头地感冒，上课经常因为咳嗽而呕吐。姜老师看到了，语重心长地对我说：“昂然啊，光学习好不行，还要注意锻炼身体”。后来，在平时的千米跑中，老师让我在外圈跟着走。渐渐地我开始能坚持跑下来了，天长日久，我的身体强壮了很多，跑操对我来说再也不是什么难事了。
