教师在构建合作小组时，应注意结构的合理性。一是小组人数要合理，一般以4~6人为宜，人数太多不利于学生间的交流和个人才能的充分展示;人数太少也不利于学生间的交流和互助;二是分组应遵循“组间同质，组内异质，优势互补”的原则，即按照学生的知识基础，学习能力，性格特点的差异进行分组，使每个小组都有高、中、低三个层次的学生，这样分组不但有利于学生间的优势互补，相互促进，而且为全班各小组之间的公平竞争打下了基础;三是小组成员应是动态的，可以根据内容的不同互换角色，这不仅使学生有新鲜感，提高合作学习的兴趣，而且可以改变学生在小组中长期形成的地位，即有的学生始终处于控制地位，有的学生始终处于从属地位，给每个学生提供发展的机会。

总之，在提高中学公共英语课堂教学水平方面，小组合作学习教学模式值得广大中学公共英语教师去探索和发展。合作学习以“学生为中心”的教学理念有助于形成积极有效的学习氛围，从而激励学生学习;它有利于激发学生对课堂教学活动的参与欲望，同时能培养学生的学习成就感和团队精神。

My topic today is “ to Be a Confident Person.”

How to protect the environment?

Nowadays, more and more people realize it`s necessary and important to protect the environment. Also,there are some people who don`t pay attention to hygiene and they can`t stop littering the rubbish casually or spitting everywhere all the time.And in addition, there are a few factories often cutting down the trees, discharging chemicals and dirty water and so on.And it causes many problems like the Greenhouse Effect.If they do these day by day and our life will be harder and harder,so we have to stop them. It was cooler than yesterday. One of my father’s friends invited me to eat red bayberries. You must know it is unusual. Because we will climb the hill to eat red bayberries.
