记得在十天前，我照常放学坐车回家，回家后，我照例开始写作业，先写做语文作业，做了大概一个多小时，做完后开始写数学作业，只见数学作业上一道接着一道的计算题，我看罢，头晕眼睛花，然后跑到客厅看了一眼爸爸，只见他躺在沙发上睡觉，我便有了小九九。我偷偷摸摸地拿走了放在桌子上的计算机，拿上计算机我便闪回了书桌按起了计算机，很快算完了所有的题，我本想完璧归赵的，但是妈妈突然打开了家门，我生怕妈妈发现，所以便以迅雷不及掩耳之势藏进了书包，然后起身，抖了抖精神高兴的走出了书房。

本想爸爸妈妈是不会发现的，可在那星期周末，我拿出综合语文练习本给妈妈听写，可我忘了上次用完计算机竟夹在综合练习本中，被妈妈发现，我一开始诬陷妈妈，可发现不管用，于是我又死不认账，可还是没有奏效，于是我终于承认了。

经过这件事，我知道了爸爸妈妈心绝对被我伤透了，也就是经过这一件事，我才知道诚信不仅是每个人都应该具备的，还是为你的前途增加景色，增加活力与动力的优秀品质之一。

有人说：“合作与竞争就像一对双生的花朵，他们互相依赖又互相矛盾。”那么，作为我们应该如何做呢?我们应该做到在合作中竞争，在竞争中合作。

大自然将这个法则照映在所有生物的心理。在几亿年以前，长颈鹿的脖子并没有像现在这么长。那时，树木很茂盛他们并不需要长长的脖子就可以很轻松地吃到树叶。然而，很多树慢慢消失了。长颈鹿开始死亡。后来，长颈鹿为了吃到高处的树叶开始慢慢变长。而那些脖子较短的长颈鹿就死掉了。这就是竞争，只有适应自然的生物才能很好的顺应自然，更好的生活下来。而那些违逆自然的生物也就慢慢消失在自然之中了。

你知道蛋卷冰激凌吗?据资料记载：在一次商业展览中，有一家卖冰淇淋的小铺和一家卖烧饼的摊子在一起摆摊。正值正午，这时正是卖冰淇淋的小铺最火的时候。老板很是着急，因为他发现他们的铺子里的塑料碗没有了。就在这时，旁边的卖烧饼的老板将他的烧饼卷成筒递给他。他说：“把它放到这里吧。”老板照做，最后，这种冰淇淋热销全球。它就是蛋卷冰淇淋。这种合作让他们双方互赢，所以合作也有合作的好处。

学会合作，也要学会竞争。只有那样，才能让我们抓住机会，迎接挑战。同学们让我们正确处理同学之间的竞争与合作，创设一个和谐愉快的班级氛围吧!

俗话说："一个篱笆三个桩，一个好汉三个帮。”我们的生活难免会有竞争，但竞争中如果没有合作我们就不可能做好一件事。所以证明：竞争中有合作，合作中有竞争。

竞争是什么?就是人之间的相互比较，胜者为王，败者为寇。合作是什么?即人之间的相互配合，共同做好一件事。

如今电视上那些光彩照人的明星，其实相互之间也在激烈的竞争着，只是为了应付媒体而没有表现出来而已。但是，如果想要拍成好的电影或电视剧，明星们少不了合作，如果谁都只是自私的想方设法让自己出名，到头来只会适得其反。

有一句话，好像是这样说的：“要在保证自己能够生存的条件下，去帮助别人的生存。”当然，这里的“生存”并不单指个人的职业竞争，也包括生活，学习等方面。我们要知道，在生活中，只顾自己一味的拼命努力，也不一定会取得好的成果，我们只有彼此相互依靠，相互合作，相互学习，才能共同向前迈进。

相信大家一定认识一种植物，以高大粗壮而著名，那就是有“世界上最高树”之称的“望天树”。最长可达80多米，在一望无际的热带雨林中尤为显眼。它粗壮的根一部分露出了地面，其他部分深深的扎在地下，周围的植物都因为缺少养分无法与它竞争而相继死去。但是直到有一天，一个强大的竞争者降落在它树杈的缝隙处时，一场恶战便拉开了序幕。

那个强大的竞争者就是有“植物杀手”之称的无花果树，他寄生在其他高大植物的树杈中，树干向树的根部延伸，但它会紧紧的缠住它所寄生的植物，直到植物因生长受到限制枯萎而死。一些植物都因为太自私的努力吸收养分而变得越来越粗壮以至于很快就因受到无花果树的限制而缠死。

幸运的是望天树它作出了一个正确的选择，它没有和它拼命争夺养分，反而收敛了自己，与对手共同分享养分。它还努力地是自己的叶片缩小，让无花果树早日享受到眼光沐浴。当然，无花果树很满足，也就不再刻意的去缠绕望天树。就这样过了一天又一天，它们没有出现你死我亡的迹象，它们一直相互的合作和竞争着共同的生存下去。

竞争中不能没有合作，合作中没有竞争人就无法进步，竞争与合作是相铺相成的他们之间的关系是不可分割的。我们只有同时具备这两点，才可以达到自己的目标并达到“双赢”的效果!

People always say that we are lacking of the eyes of realizing the beauty in life. I can’t agree with it anymore. Last week, I woke up very early in the morning, so I decided to take a walk. The street was very quiet and there were many old people dancing in the square. Without many cars, I realized the city looked so clean and beautiful. Some coffee shops decorates so well, which attrated my eyes. The city was coverd by the green trees, which made it a green city. I liked this feeling so much. At this moment, I found the city was so lovely, I just ingored its beauty usually.

人们总是说我们缺乏发现实现生活中的美丽的眼睛。我十分同意。上周,我早上很早就醒了,所以我决定出去散步。街上很安静,有很多老人在广场上跳舞。街上没有了很多小车,我意识到这个城市看起来那么干净和漂亮。一些咖啡店装修很好,吸引了我的眼球。这座城市被绿色的树木覆盖着,这是一个绿化放的城市。我很喜欢这种感觉。这时,我发现这个城市是如此的可爱,平常我忽略了它的美。

Serious Floods

The Yangzte River is the longest river in China. And its important and helpful to us Chinese. But these days the Yangtze River is bringing us serious floods.

Many villages were destroyed by floods. The floods made hundreds of millions of people lose their homes, relatives and friends. Many children cant go to school as usual .Now the foods have drawn the attention of the whole world. People from abroad have offered their help too. In China, millions of soldiers are busy fighting against the floods. They are working very hard. Many of them have lost their lives in their attempt to save the villagers.

Though we cant help them to fight against floods, we should help them to rebuild their homeland. We can present them our pocketmoney and clothes. I believe most of the people will return to their homeland in the near future.

严重的水灾

长江是中国最长的河流。它对我们中国人十分重要。但现在长江给我们带来了严重的水灾。

许多村庄被洪水冲毁于。洪水使成千上万的人失去了家园，亲戚和朋友。许多孩子不能与平常——样去学校了。现在洪水引起了全球的注意。国外的人也给予了援助。在中国，上百万的战士忙于与洪水搏斗。他们努力工作，许多人在救村民时献出了自己的生命。

尽管我们不能帮助他们抗洪，但我们可以帮他们重建家园。我们可以捐出零花钱和衣服。我相信在不久的将来大多数人会回到家乡。

When we are very small, we dream to be the great person in the future, such as the scientist, the policeman and so on. It is good for the children to own the big dream, so that they will study hard and fight for their future. But the fact is that not all the person can become the great person, most people are doing the ordinary jobs. In my opinion, ordinary is beautiful, too. Though they are not doing the fine jobs, they find their own place and make a contribution to the world. Take the cleaner for example. They wake up early and do the cleaning work. People dare not to do the job because it is so dirty, but the cleaners decorate the city with their hard work. The cleaners are the ordinary people while doing the great job.

在我们很小的时候，梦想将来成为伟大的人，比如科学家，警察等等。孩子有伟大的梦想是好的，这样他们就会努力学习，为他们的将来奋斗。但是事实上，并不是所有的人都能成为伟大的人，大部分人都是做着普通的工作。在我看来，平凡也是美丽的。虽然他们没有做着体面的工作，但是他们找到了自己的位置，为社会做贡献。就拿清洁工来说。他们早早起来做清洁。人们不敢做这份工作，因为脏，但是清洁工通过努力工作去装饰了这个城市。清洁工虽然普通，但是他们却做着伟大的工作。

欢乐的笑声充斥着，几乎所有人都回到了这个温暖的家，只差大姑姑他们而已。我等着等着，等到饭也煮好了，椅子也排好了，一切都准备就绪时，我问妈妈：“大姑姑呢？他们没有要回来吗？”

最近一星期内，我们城市里出现了“异常情况”——雾霾。雾霾严重影响了居民的生活。在我上学时，周围灰蒙蒙，什么也看不清。这个星期六，爸爸送我去上古筝课，快到了，当时我没有看到周围的高楼大厦，还以为爸爸开错路哩!

一般雾都是跟纯牛奶一样，是乳白色的，而霾是灰色的，还有点儿呛鼻。我对雾，霾并不了解，所以我今天特意上网查了一下。哦，原来是这样啊，雾是有大量悬浮在近地面空气中的微小水滴或冰晶组成的气溶胶系统，是近地面层空气中水汽凝结的产物。雾的存在会降低空气透明度，使能见度恶化，如果目标物的水平能见度降低到1000米以内，就将悬浮在近地面空气中水汽凝结物的天气现像称为雾。

霾也称灰霾，空气中的灰尘，硫酸，硝酸，有机碳氢化合物等粒子使大气混浊，视野模糊并导致能见度恶化。随着空气质量的恶化，阴霾天气现象出现增多，危害加重。近期我国不少地区把阴霾天气现象并入雾一起作为灾害性天气预警预报。统称为“雾霾天气”。

雾霾能使人“旧病复发”，因为雾霾里包含细菌，灰尘和病毒等污染物，再加上人为地工业废气，汽车尾气等，严重影响人们的身体健康。现在，我们班里的一些同学得了重感冒，做什么事都无精打采，一副病怏怏的样子。所以大家一定要保护已经千疮百孔的地球啊，保护环境，从我做起，让蓝天白云永远陪伴着我们!

在当今这个社会里，到处都充满了竞争。竞争似乎已经成了我们生活中不可缺少的一部分。但是，只凭借一个人的竞争，好象有点一卵击石的感觉吧？所以，在这种情况下，也就产生了另一种关系———合作。

伟大的思想家马克思，他潜心研究推翻资本主义，使人类进去一个更理想的社会，但着仅他一个人是不够的，另一个叫拂里德里希。恩格斯得人帮助他和他一起研究这种理论，并且称之为“科学社会主义”。他们的这种成功不就是合作而完成的吗？如果是一个人，或就没有如此大得逞就。

一个美国成功人士说过：“没有永远的朋友，也没有永远的敌人。”着句话说的没错。秒年个个很要好的朋友，很可能在某些因素下成为敌人，毕竟金钱，名利的诱惑是很大的，我们不能保证人都能对朋友忠诚。更有可能，着只是外表的朋友。敌人也是一样的，我们么有永远的敌人，就像棉队中考，考场上，我们都是竞争的对手，谁也不会因为什么关系而放弃自己的学业。但是，在平常学习中，我们一起学习，互相帮助，着就是朋友是合作，我们没有选择的余地。生活在这个社会里，生下来就要竞争，只有强者才能生存，着也告诉我们一个道理，忽然做给了我们内充分的准备，竞争给了我们表现的机会。我们要合作也要竟镇，要成为双赢的群体，只有这样，我们才能声错，才有竞争的资格。

竞争与合作看似很遥远，其实它们是紧密项链的，我们要在竞争中寻求合作，在合作中竞争。人不是万能的，如果兔子背着乌龟跑，乌龟背兔子过河，那这个成果就不仅仅是乌龟兔子任何一个成绩这样简单了。也就是说，我们要把自己的短处与别人的长处相结合，别人的短处用自己的优势去弥补，着样，我们就真的做到了双赢！

Every time I go to her home to play with barbie dolls, she is the most beautiful for me, I admire her spirit of comity, because I cant do that, I think she is a thoughtful, considerate and sensible man.

我的好朋友是张雅淳。她的眼睛又大又圆、明亮有神，就像黑珍珠，头发乌黑亮丽，好似天上的星子，皮肤又白又嫩，有如小婴儿，令人喜爱。

雅淳的个性很乐观，有快乐的事时，就会和我分享，心情不愉快时，我也会和她一起分忧。她的身体很柔软，劈腿时很容易就可以下腰，让大家非常羡慕，在体育科目的表现上总是让人刮目相看，不仅如此，连日常生活都礼让别人，处处为别人着想，犹如一位和蔼可亲的小天使，赢得大家的喜爱。

记得我们第一次读幼儿园时，她总是紧紧牵着我的手，带着我到处走来走去，那时候，我觉得彼此好像亲姐妹，我留下深刻的印象。每一次我去她家玩芭比娃娃，她都把最漂亮的留给我，我好佩服她的礼让精神，因为我做不到，我觉得她是一个善解人意、体贴懂事的人。

我很高兴有这么好的朋友，我希望我们永远保持温馨的友谊，成为童年最好的回忆。
