我喜欢冬季，因为只有冬季，能使树木出现不一样的风格，从春天、夏天在到秋天，叶子都一直变多、变色，但“冬季”却能让树木成为光秃秃的一片。我喜欢在冬季与家人一同去陪弟弟练足球，不仅让我的身体变暖和，也给弟弟多一次练习的机会呢！还有还有，在冬季时，不知道你有没有发现，蚊子顿时少了很多，总算能让我静下心来好好写功课了，这也是冬季的一大好处唷！最后一个理由也是我最喜爱的原因了，全家一起出动去买火锅料，在员来熙熙攘攘的大卖场，一下子到了冬季，人少了许多，结帐都不必排队排个大老远，真是不错，在冬季，全家人一起围着圆桌，互相帮对方把冷飕飕的风给抵挡起来了，这种感觉也只有冬季感受的到 了，和家人一起围炉，如此这般热融融的气氛，是除了“冬季”之外，任何一季都品尝不到的好滋味。

反正不管怎么说，当然冬季也有它的缺点，像是有冷到令人鼻水直流的寒流等，都会使我们想躲在被窝里不要出来，但偶尔这样，也不是件坏事吧！总而言之，春夏秋冬我都喜欢，每一季都有它的特色，其中，冬季是很特别的一个喔！但是每经过一趟“冬之旅”，都让我有不同的感受。

合作与竞争不是不能共存的对立面，就像钙离子和羟基离子，可以巧妙地结合在一起，不分开。当然，不是绝对的，氢氧化钙微溶，过多了就会中和生成沉淀;而竞争和合作过了忍耐度也不能同时存在，比如加多宝和王老吉，就是现实例子。

但确实，他们不是水火不相容的，曾经这两家合作得那么好，以至于合用一个名字——王老吉，一起销售，一起封装，明面上合作得那么好。但利益的不平衡，却使合办合同最终破裂。加多宝广告在陈述事实——我是王老吉，但我不能说。

利益确实是人人都想要，但有了就想要更多，使人不团结的祸根。合作是为了得到更多更大的利益，竞争则是比谁得到的利益更多，其实两个看来挺像的。

不过双赢是最理想的。双赢是21世纪才出现的词，比克隆似乎还晚一些，但已渗透到各个领域内了。比如星巴克，曾经它并不有名，但通过和一些大型餐厅合作，以便在餐厅内部销售咖啡，最终，被大众认可，成为了世界上最大的咖啡连锁店——没有之一。

合作，让星巴克成功了。虽然这还有一点，就是这自动为它自己找了竞争对手，虽然这个对手很难被超过。

竞争与合作，都使人成功。

当然，有些时候似乎只有竞争，比如，刘翔和博尔特，总是在跑步时离得那么近，一起竞争冠军——这个一般情况都只有一个的位置。那是一种荣誉。但事实上，看起来是竞争，但里面暗含着合作——就像大雁的风力分配。

竞争和合作，往往都是一起出现的，而且有时甚至密不可分。

所以，我们要正视竞争，更要敢于合作，这样，我们才能更轻松地通向成功的彼岸。

我们应该做到在合作中竞争，在竞争中合作。

物竞天择，适者生存。大自然将这个法则照映在所有生物的心理。如果有一些违背这个法则的事情出现，那么，就会有生物为此付出惨重的代价。在几亿年以前，长颈鹿的脖子并没有像现在这么长。那时，树木很茂盛他们并不需要长长的脖子就可以很轻松地吃到树叶。然而，很多树慢慢消失了。长颈鹿开始死亡。后来，长颈鹿为了吃到高处的树叶开始慢慢变长。而那些脖子较短的长颈鹿就死掉了。这就是竞争，只有适应自然的生物才能很好的顺应自然，更好的生活下来。而那些违逆自然的生物也就慢慢消失在自然之中了。

在一次商业展览中，有一家卖冰淇淋的小铺和一家卖烧饼的摊子在一起摆摊。正值正午，这时正是卖冰淇淋的小铺最火的时候。老板很是着急，因为他发现他们的铺子里的塑料碗没有了。这时，旁边的卖烧饼的老板将他的烧饼卷成筒递给他。他说：“把它放到这里吧。”老板照做，最后，这种冰淇淋热销全球。它就是蛋卷冰淇淋。这种合作让他们双方互赢，所以合作也有合作的好处。
