海鸥，大家并不陌生的一种生物。它喜欢在浩瀚大海之上自由翱翔，它的双翼强烈的向后打着，越升越高，越升越高，直到高过其它的海鸥，然后滑翔一个个华丽的弧圈。它不断的表演着，好像知道一架摄影机正对准它，记录它的优雅。海鸥之间不存在分享与礼貌的概念，只有嫉妒和凶猛的竞争。如果你在一只海鸥腿上系上一根红丝带，使它显得与众不同，你就等于判了它的死刑，其他的海鸥会用嘴和爪子猛烈的攻击它，使它皮开肉绽，鲜血直流，直到它倒在地上血肉模糊一团。而大雁，却乎相反。它就是人类社会的榜样。你曾想过大雁为什么要排成“v”字形的雁阵吗?处于“v”字形尖端的大雁任务最为艰巨，需要承受最大的空气阻力，因此领头的大雁每隔几分钟就要轮换，这样的雁群就可以长时间的飞行而无需休息。雁阵尾部的两个位置最为轻松，强壮的大雁就让年幼，病弱以及衰老的大雁占据这些省力的位置。雁阵不停的鸣叫，这是强壮的大雁在鼓励落后的同伴。如果哪只大雁因为疲劳或生病而掉队，雁群也不会遗弃它，他们会派一只健康的大雁，陪伴落队的同伴一直等到它能够飞行。

我们既要抓住机遇，敢于竞争，又要遵守竞争规则，讲究道德，反对不正当竞争。参与竞争，就要在规则允许的范围内靠实力取胜，不能不择手段，不讲道德。这是一个只有合作才能取得成功的时代。我们每个人的智慧和力量都是有限的，任何人想要成功都离不开他人的帮助。任何天马行空，独来独往的“江湖独行侠”行为，在这个高度组织化、协约化的社会中将不再有一席之地。

Last years Spring Festival is special. My uncle and my aunt came back from

Shanghai. My family were very happy to spend the Spring Festival with them. And

it was the most exciting festival of all the festivals.

On New Years Eve，my father and my uncle talked about their work together.

My mum did some cooking with my aunt. Grandparents and I watched the New Year TV

programmes. At about six o’clock， we had a special family dinner. We all thought

the dumplings were delicious.

On the first day of the New Year， we visited our relatives. In the

afternoon，we went shopping in Jiefang Road. My uncle bought some Jays CDs. He

likes Jay’s music very much. There were so many people on the road. It was more

alive than any other time of a year.

On the second and the third days，we spent a wonderful weekend in the

country. There were much bigger trees than in the city. And the animals were

more beautiful than in the city. We all enjoyed ourselves.

我的春节

去年的春节是特别的。我的叔叔和我的阿姨从上海回来。我的家人都很高兴与他们共度春节。,这是最令人兴奋的节日的节日。

在新年前夕，我父亲和我叔叔一起谈论他们的`工作。我妈妈和我阿姨做了一些烹饪。祖父母和我看到新年的电视节目。大约6点钟，我们有一个特殊的家庭聚餐。我们都认为饺子是美味的。

在新年的第一天，我们参观了我们的亲戚。在下午，我们去购物在解放路。我叔叔买了一些周杰伦的cd。他非常喜欢周杰伦的音乐。有那么多人在路上。这是活着比其他任何一年的时间。

在第二和第三天，我们在乡下度过了愉快的周末。有更大的树比城市。和动物比在城市更美丽。我们都玩得很开心。

有人说：合作与竞争是一对双生的花朵，他们互相依赖又互相矛盾。”那么，作为我们应该如何做呢?

我们应该做到在合作中竞争，在竞争中合作。

物竞天择，适者生存。大自然将这个法则照映在所有生物的心理。如果有一些违背这个法则的事情出现，那么，就会有生物为此付出惨重的代价。在几亿年以前，长颈鹿的脖子并没有像现在这么长。那时，树木很茂盛他们并不需要长长的脖子就可以很轻松地吃到树叶。然而，很多树慢慢消失了。长颈鹿开始死亡。后来，长颈鹿为了吃到高处的树叶开始慢慢变长。而那些脖子较短的长颈鹿就死掉了。这就是竞争，只有适应自然的生物才能很好的顺应自然，更好的生活下来。而那些违逆自然的生物也就慢慢消失在自然之中了。

在一次商业展览中，有一家卖冰淇淋的小铺和一家卖烧饼的摊子在一起摆摊。正值正午，这时正是卖冰淇淋的小铺最火的时候。老板很是着急，因为他发现他们的铺子里的塑料碗没有了。这时，旁边的卖烧饼的老板将他的烧饼卷成筒递给他。他说：“把它放到这里吧。”老板照做，最后，这种冰淇淋热销全球。它就是蛋卷冰淇淋。这种合作让他们双方互赢，所以合作也有合作的好处。

学会合作，也要学会竞争。只有那样，才能让我们抓住机会，迎接挑战。

第二篇：竞争与合作

竞争中需要合作，这句话说的一点儿也不错，只有学会了合作，才能够在事业上取得成功，只有学会了合作，才能得到自己想要，所期望的结果.合作在简单不过的词语了，对于有些人来说，合作就如同说话一样，张嘴就说，而对于有些人来说，合作在他们的生活中起着很重要的作用。

我国航天所有的成功，"神六"的发射，正是因为有了人与人之间的合作，才取得了如此大的进步，如果人与人之间不相互合作，那样就如同一盘散沙，毫无凝聚力，也经不起风雨的击大。

人与人之间的合作都是为了相互提高、相互促进而去做进行的，并不是为了自己的一己私利而去做，在竞争中合作对我们来说是一种考验，考验我们的耐心与合作意识，无论是在任何竞争中，还是比赛中，我们都要有一种合作意识，有一种团队精神，因为团结就是力量，懂得合作就等于成功了一半，俗话说得好“众人拾柴火焰高”嘛。

竞争与合作并不是水火不容的，合作是取胜的关键，竞争是取胜的必要条件，只有两者相结合，我们才能知己知彼，百战百胜.正如一堆泥土和一滩水，两者之间只有相融合，才能形成一种坚韧无比的东西，才能发挥出巨大的作用，得到意想不到的效果。
