李博指出，组织举办《网络安全法》《互联网新闻信息服务管理规定》施行日宣传活动，是推动全市各部门、企业和广大人民群众共同维护网络安全的实际行动，其目的就是要增强网络安全意识、普及网络安全知识、进一步规范互联网新闻信息管理，提升我市网络安全服务保障能力和水平。全市要以此为契机，切实做好全市网络安全工作。要高度重视网络安全工作，网信、公安、工信和国安等部门要建立跨部门联动机制，加强协作形成合力。维护网络安全是全社会共同的责任，需要政府、企业、社会组织、广大网民共同参与，共筑网络安全防线。此外，要认真学习宣传贯彻《网络安全法》《互联网新闻信息服务管理规定》，不断掀起全民尊法、学法、懂法、用法、守法的热潮。

Social Networking’s Influence on College Students

Social networking has gained huge worldwide popularity in recent years, especially among college students. In China, college student is the main force of social networking, 97.7% of which are fond of instant messaging and 80.7% prefer social networking sites like micro-blog and Q-zone (China Internet Network Information Center, 2013). Moreover, Michigan State University Original Study also finds that compared with Chinese students, American students are more tied to social media (2013). Therefore, nowadays there is a heated debate about advantages and disadvantages about social networking’s influence on college students.

Obviously, there are a number of positive features on social networking. It provides a convenient access to consolidate the relationship with people they know, make friends with strangers without restrictions of space and share happiness and sorrow. What’s more, social networking also has educational functions including reducing college drop-out rates, motivating students to work as a team, sending information about assignments, reminding students about deadline and stimulating students to help each other. (BBC News, 2009). There is no doubt that social networking plays a significant role in eiching students’ college lives.

However, every coin has two sides. There are also many disadvantages on the influence of social networking, among which, “soft addiction” is the most serious problem, distracting students from study. Because of lack of self-restriction, many students would waste plenty of time to search the social networking sites unconsciously, followed by a strong tendency to blame themselves (Li, 2013). This kind of “soft addiction” and distraction was also confirmed by Zhang (2011) who conducted a survey by questionare of 500 Chinese college students from different schools and found that 33% students could not bear one-week life without social networking and 77% students could not help themselves accessing social networking site during classes. Furthermore, a social experiment was performed by Harrisburg University (Pilkington, 2010) to figure out the effect after initiating blackout of all social networking sites. It turned out that some students became more concentrated on

the tutor and making notes instead of having instant messaging running in classes.

As far as I’m concerned, the disadvantages far outweigh the advantages, especially in China, where social networking is used for communication and entertainment and seldom plays the educational role (Li, 2011). The priority of a college student is to study hard instead of being addicted to social networking. Therefore, it is imperative for them to realize their “soft addiction” to social networking and correct their behavior.

根据教育部部署和《关于开展2015年全省学生安全知识集中教育活动的通知》(赣教稳定字〔2015〕5号)安排，现就2015年全省中小学生安全知识网络答题活动具体事项通知如下：

一、参加对象

设区市参加对象为中小学校在校学生;省直管县(市)参加对象为中小学校在校学生、教师及家长(含幼儿园教师和家长)。

二、答题方式

设区市在江西教育网(http://www.jxedu.gov.cn/)或通过智能手机关注“江西省基础教育资源网”微信公众号参加答题;省直管县(市)在习网(http://www.ciwong.com/)或通过智能手机下载习信APP参加答题。

三、答题时间

本次网络答题活动时间为11月16日—12月20日。设区市采用分时段集中组织进行(具体安排详见附件)，学生具体作答时间小学30分钟、初中40分钟、高中50分钟;省直管县(市)每天8：00—21:00均可组织，采取先学习再答题的形式进行，时间不限。

四、操作流程

1.设区市：先由学校管理员登录江西省基础教育资源网(http://www.jxjyzy.com/)“学校信息查询系统”查询学校编码，并告知学生。再由学生登录江西教育网，点击“全省学生安全知识网络答题活动→2015年全省中小学生安全知识网络答题活动→答题入口”;或智能手机关注“江西省基础教育资源网”微信公众号，点击“2015年全省中小学生安全知识网络答题活动→答题入口”。再按要求输入学校编码、个人真实姓名、性别、学段、年级和班级等信息，由系统自动抽取题目在规定时间内作答，答题结束后提交并退出系统。

2.省直管县(市)：先由学校管理员登录习网“江西省中小学生安全知识网络竞赛活动”专栏。完成注册后，点击“竞赛管理员在线登录”进入平台，批量添加学生、教师、家长的真实姓名，系统将自动生成相应账号和密码。管理员将账号和密码导出并打印后下发给参赛人员。参赛人员凭账号、密码登录平台进行学习和考试，答题结束后提交并退出系统。通过习信APP手机客户段答题的操作流程跟网络答题一致。

五、数据统计与查询

各级教育行政部门和学校登录江西教育网，点击“全省学生安全知识网络答题活动→2015年全省中小学生安全知识网络答题活动→管理人员入口”，输入账号和密码，实时查询本地本校答题成绩和参加率。

省直管县(市)教育局和学校可凭账号和密码登录习网“江西省中小学生安全知识网络竞赛活动”专栏的“管理人员入口”，实时查询本地本校答题成绩和参加率。

六、工作要求

1.高度重视，加强领导。接本通知后，要召开专题会议，研究部署相关工作，并结合本地实际制定具体实施方案。

2.充分准备，精心安排。网络答题活动开始前，要组织所辖县(市、区)和学校认真检查、维护和调试网络答题设备设施，制定详细计划，周密安排各校各年级段学生的具体答题时段和地点。

3.严密组织，认真总结。由于本次答题活动涉及面广、参加人数众多，各地各校要加强协调，密切配合，确保学生能在规定时间内顺利完成网络答题。活动结束后，要认真总结工作经验，以利于进一步提高活动的针对性和实效性。

4.本次全省中小学生安全知识网络答题活动的组织情况、答题成绩及参加率(各地在校学生数以《江西省教育统计手册》2014学年度数据为准)将纳入各地中小学幼儿园安全稳定工作日常管理数据统计范围，折算成相应分值后，计入当地校园及周边治安综合治理工作年度考评和教育发展指数考核得分。省直管县(市)还将评出优秀个人奖、优秀组织奖、家长参与奖等奖项，在习网上公布并颁发奖品。

七、其他事项

通过读《网络安全与道德读本》这本书，我学会了网络的安全与道德。计算机互联网作为开放式信息传播和交流工具，是思想道德、建设的新阵地。我们应该防止反动迷信、谣秽、习俗等不良内容通过网络传播。网络，是一个特殊的“望远镜”。现在，通过互联网，借助各种网站，惦记相关主页，就能看得很远很远。通过网络，可以与全世界人们友好地交流，网络，还是学习的好帮手。通过互连网，可以从网络学习许多知识，增大学习的范围，所以，网络是一所没围墙的学校。由此可见，网络是丰富多彩的，给人们的生活增添了无限的欢乐。

网络虽然丰富多彩，吸引人，但是也经常给青少年带来伤害。

这不是虚构的，而是真实可信的。例一：某城市里，几名学生上网成瘾，后因没有钱上网，竟然铤而走险，结伙抢劫，被公安机关拘留，受到了法律的制裁。例二：某学校女生在网上结识了一位网友，那人自称是“喜欢真实的姐姐”，二人交往的时间不长就成了“好友”。该女生因轻信这网上“好友”，独自与其约会见面。见面才知道这位“姐姐”是个成年男人，自己上当受骗了，但为时已完。那人强行施暴，使她身心受到了严重伤害。从上面的事例可以看出，网络确实给青少年带来了严重的伤害。因此，网络的安全是很重要的。我们应该增强对网络的意识，不要轻信网上的网友，与其独自见面，很容易上当受骗。更不要沉迷网络，长时间对电脑屏幕，容易患上网络成瘾综合症。

《中华人民共和国网络安全法》2017年6月1日起正式实施。今天上午9点，吉林市委网络安全中心和信息化领导小组办公室在世纪广场，举办“网络安全法”宣传活动。现场工作人员通过讲述身边的网络安全案例，使市民了解身边潜在网络涉密及网络安全风险，增强市民网络安全法制观念，营造安全、文明、和谐的网络环境。

《中华人民共和国网络安全法》是我国第一部网络安全方面的专门性综合性立法，是保障网络安全的基本法，对于互联网行业来说具有里程碑的意义。网络安全法以法律的形式对互联网行为提出了一系列要求，此法聚焦了个人信息泄露方面，不仅明确了网络产品服务提供者、运营者的责任，而且严厉打击出售贩卖个人信息的行为;另外，网络安全法明确要求要全网打击网络诈骗、网络暴力、网络谣言等违法行为，明确和强调了要保护我国的关键信息基础设施，惩治攻击破坏我国关键信息基础设施的组织和个人。

吉林市互联网信息中心网络管理科科长刘冰接受记者采访时说：“今天在世纪广场举办这个活动，也是为了让更多的人知道和了解这部法律，让老百姓知道如何在法律范围内规范自己的行为，也知道如何利用这部法律保护自己的合法权益。总之，从今天开始，网络安全有法可依。”

We all say that students are the future of our country, but there are much

more reports about campus safety than before, such as killing, injury or

maltreat and so on. Therefore, campus security has aroused many concerns. Why

are there so many campus injuries? I think the following reasons may e_plain it.

Firstly, some people are treated unfairly so that we take revenge on society and

the place they first choose is campus, especially elementary school or middle

school. The students are the vulnerable group that they can’t protect

themselves. Secondly, some parents make trouble in campus because of some fees

issues. They may hurt students if they are agitated. Finally, teachers may be a

hidden danger of campus security. Some of teachers can not take good care of

students because of irresponsibility. They do not fully fulfill their duties.

Even worse, a very few teachers maltreat students because of personal reasons.

It shocks the whole society and worries many parents. From discussed above, we

should pay much more attention to campus security to prevent students from

danger.

我听说过一件事：有一天，一位同学放学后，感到很饿，虽老师今天讲过要不买垃圾食品。可他不放在心上，用五角钱买了冰激凌。在买时，他做了很大的思想斗争，最后，肚子在“咕咕”地叫声中提出了抗议，他买了冰激凌。他边津津有味地品尝着手中的美食，边大步流星地向家走去。可不幸的事最终还是发生了。就在第二天，他就拉肚子，不光自己难受，家长也担忧啊!这就是不听话乱买零食的下场。

互联网给我们的生活带来了许多方便，它既没有空间限制，也没有时间限制。但互联网并不是一个纯净的世界，网上色情作品泛滥，许多犯罪活动都是以互联网为手段进行的。这告诫世人，互联网世界虽然是个奇妙的虚拟天地，但也是一个必须加倍提防的地方。成千上万的父母也许还没有意识到互联网上的危险。互联网世界充满了陷阱，遍布着别有用心、引诱孩子走入歧途的人;孩子单纯的心灵很容易被污染，而孩子和父母却往往觉察不到。那么，怎样让孩子面对互联网这个无形的、难以捉摸的世界呢?作为父母，应该和孩子努力沟通，以便共同消除网络世界带来的危害。

上网的危害：

一、对学生的人生观、价值观和世界观形成的构成潜在威胁。互联网是一张无边无际的“网”，内容虽丰富却庞杂，良莠不齐，学生在互联网上频繁接触西方国家的宣传论调、文化思想等，这使得他们头脑中沉淀的中国传统文化观念和我国主流意识形态形成冲突，使学生的价值观产生倾斜，甚至盲从西方。长此以往，对于我国学生的人生观和意识形态必将起一种潜移默化的作用，对于国家的政治安定显然是一种潜在的巨大威胁。

二、互联网使许多学生沉溺于网络虚拟世界，脱离现实，也使一些学生荒废学业。与现实的社会生活不同，学生在网上面对的是一个虚拟的世界，它不仅满足了学生尽早尽快占有各种信息的需要，也给人际交往留下了广阔的想象空间，而且不必承担现实生活中的压力和责任。虚拟世界的这些特点，使得不少学生宁可整日沉溺于虚幻的环境中而不愿面对现实生活。而无限制地泡在网上将对日常学习、生活产生很大的影响，严重的甚至会荒废学业。

三、互联网中的不良信息和网络犯罪对学生的身心健康和安全构成危害和威胁。当前，网络对学生的危害主要集中到两点，一是某些人实施诸如诈骗或性侵害之类的犯罪;另一方面就是黄色垃圾对学生的危害。据有关专家调查，因特网上非学术性信息中，有

47% 与色情有关， 网络使色情内容更容易传播。据不完全统计， 60%

的学生虽然是在无意中接触到网上黄色信息的，但自制力较弱的学生往往出于好奇或冲动而进一步寻找类似信息，从而深陷其中。调查还显示，在接触过网络上色情内容的学生中，有

90% 以上有性犯罪行为或动机。

网络游戏成瘾者心理特点有：进入网吧的次数越来越多，可以从中获得某种程度的心理满足;不玩网络游戏时会出现戒断症状，如抑郁、易激惹、情绪烦躁;在网络游戏室玩游戏的实际时间比预计的时间要长，考虑过停止或减少进入网络游戏室，但不能自控;为了达到进入网络游戏室的目的，可以抛开学习和其它生活活动;有较强烈的自我表现欲。

案例

1 、江苏泰州一个 12 岁的男孩，因沉迷网络游戏不能自拔，离家出走达两个月。

2 、海南省临高县临城镇一个 14 岁中学生，在五一长假，长时间玩电脑游戏不吃不喝，结果猝死在电脑桌前。

3 、中国最年轻的黑客——“菜霸”，花了 6 天 6 夜攻破腾讯内部系统，但接着马上被公安局关押。

4 、有一名 21

岁的大二学生在网吧连续玩了几十个小时的游戏。在他正准备离开网吧返校时，突感头疼、两眼发黑，继而倒地昏迷，医院收治后诊断其为“过度上网导致视网膜疲劳、低血糖症”。

5 、 2004 年 5 月，江西某学院一名大四学生上网成瘾导致狂想症后杀死二人、重伤五人的残剧。

网络成瘾对学生的危害主要体现在以下几点：

( 1

)损害身体健康。学生正处在长身体的时期，长时间僵坐在电脑前缺乏适当的锻炼，会引起他们视力下降、精神疲惫，严重影响生长发育。经常上网的学生会造成左脑发育不良，语言表达力下降，甚至思维混乱。

( 2 )人格异化，影响社会交往。过多使用互联网会导致孤独和抑郁的增加，并会导致社会卷入的减少与心理幸福感降低。( 3

)引起角色混乱，诱发犯罪行为：网络游戏给了学生扮演各种各样角色的机会，同时也为学生的角色混乱埋下隐患。网络游戏大多以“攻击、战斗、竞争”为主要成分，长期玩赛车、砍杀、爆破、枪战等游戏，火爆刺激的内容容易使游戏者模糊道德认知，迷失了自我，以至不能理性地行使现实社会中的角色。他们误认为这种通过伤害他人而达成目的的方式是合理的。一旦形成了这种错误观点，便会不择手段，欺诈、偷盗甚至对他人施暴。(

4 )阻碍学业的完成。网络的过度使用侵占了学习时间，削弱了学习兴趣，破坏了学习习惯，降低了学习效率，从而影响了学习成绩。

)淡化道德约束，在网络上肆意漫骂和攻击。学生心智尚未成熟，在上网的时候，面对网络，他们不能很好地做到“慎独”，不能够保持清醒的头脑。在网上想说什么，就说什么，不顾任何后果。不少学生将网络当作发泄自己不满的窗口，肆意漫骂，什么不文明的话都敢说毫无自律意识。

网络既是近年来热门而有时尚的话题，也是人们各种信息交流的不可缺少的工具，给我们现代化的文化科技等做出了很重要的贡献。 21

There is no denying that safety plays an important part in our daily life. Recently our school has carried out a program aimed at making our campus a safe place to stay on.
