A memorable event in the road I was growing up, there is one thing to make menever forget. Gone through that matter, I seem to grow up a lot. That was New Years Eve last year; the students send each other greeting cards. Cards with their own wishes and sent to good friends. I have also been infected by this atmosphereand ready to join the crowd, suddenly, I saw a student sitting there alone. That is not the famous "naughty King" Liu Kai do? But now, he seems like a changed man. How he got it? I looked at him puzzled. Suddenly, I wake up. Summer vacation, this is a the students expect long-lost happy time, simply can and play, no more unpleasant sound alarm clock in the morning... 暑假，本是一个们期望己久的时光，可以痛痛快快地玩了，早上再也没有了令人讨厌的闹钟声…可是我们那些望子成龙，望女成凤的宝妈们，却早早为我们安排好了一切﹕每天早上去辅导班，每天中午去辅导班，每天下午去辅导班。我每天在问天问地，到底是谁发明了辅导班!剥夺了我看电视的，如果让我知道是谁，我要把那个人视为我的仇人。

We are always told that time is precious so that we shall cherish it. Even

though most of us know the necessity of making use of time, when we start our

plans, we find that time is limited. Where has the time gone, we always feel

confused about it. Actually, it is the lack of efficiency that makes people feel

time is not enough. It is in need of improving efficiency. Most students cant

focus their mind on study because they think of all kinds of temptations, such

as delicious food and computer games. If they can finish task quickly, then they

can do other things. It is the motivation to improve efficiency.

It was a hot day during my summer holidays in 2003. My mother and I got on the bus which would take us to the village where my grandma lived. It was so hot that I felt very thirsty. Then I began to think of the sweet big watermelons and other fruits in Grandma’s house. I could hardly wait to arrive there and see my grandma.

It took us one more hour to get there. When we walked into the house, Grandma was busy preparing lunch in the kitchen. It seemed that she was very glad to see us, which I knew from the big smile on her wrinkled face. She brought out a big watermelon and cut it. It was so nice to eat the watermelon on such a hot day.

After lunch my mother fell asleep and I asked my grandma to tell me a fairy tale. We sat on the bed and she began to tell it. I listened to her quietly. It was not long before I fell asleep, too. I was dreaming when a terrible voice woke me up. I saw Grandma was lying on the ground with blood streaming down from her mouth. I couldn’t believe my eyes. How fearful a sight it was! I hurried to wake my mother up. We took her to the hospital in a hurry. But it was too late to save her. My beloved grandma’s heart stopped beating when we got to the hospital. You’ll never imagine how sad we felt then.    Grandpa was very well all the time. I had never imagined that she would leave us so soon. That evening I lay in bed alone. My eyes were full of tears. I prayed and prayed, wishing she would be ableto come back.

Now four years have passed. My dear grandma, where are you? I miss you so much.

Most people miss their grade school days and think they are the happiest time of their life, but whenever I recall them I cannot help feeling a little sad. In my young days I disliked any dismal atmosphere and could not bear the feeling of loneliness, yet the fact was that I often lived in a dismal home and frequently had the bitter taste of lonesomeness. I was not cheerful even in the company of my classmates at the grade school I attended. When I was alone at home the dismal atmosphere often filled me with fear even though thought here went to work in the morning but always came later than I did. For a young person like me t was too bad. Not until I was about sixteen years old had I outgrown t feeling of fear. Then there was that nagging feeling of loneliness either at home of at school. My father changed his job several times and with each change of his job we had to move and I had to attend a different grade school. Before I finished my elementary education I had attended three grade schools and thus it was difficult for me to cultivate enduring friendships. The feeling of being friendless was a constant source of pain to me. Those unhappy grade school days have of course long been over. I still have an abhorrence for any dismal atmosphere and lonesomeness, but hardened by experience I now find them less disturbing than they were.

俗话说：“美不美，乡中水;亲不亲，故乡人。”在外工作多年的我，决定回家一趟。那里的变化是怎样的呢?可真令人期待!

我坐在我刚发明的“快速2号”，踏上了回家的路。一路上，奇花争艳，异草 纷纷坐上了垃圾的岗位;以前浑浊的污水和清凉的冰爽的溪水换了班……

“笃笃——”“快速2号”的警报笛响起来。屏幕上出现了：“前方五百米处出现了不明物体。只剩三……”我赶紧转动操作杆改变了方向。接着，那个物体打开了一道门。啊!这不是我的“死对头”符承永吗?他跟我解释才明白，原来村里的人们都住上了最新的房子——“空行房”。它可以在空中飞行，同时还可以预防天灾呢。进了屋，看不见一件家具。原来它们都缩小了，放到它的储存室里。经承永介绍，我知道了更多的功能。

接着，我来到了学校。看见许多机器人转来转去地环保。忽然，我听到了池塘边传来了一阵阵笑声。我看了一下，啊!这不是宋老师嘛?他怎么带着同学出来看鲸。哦!他们大概是在学习《鲸》这一课吧。

啊!二十年后的变化可真大呀!要不怎么会有人说：“我们可以知道过去五千年的一切，可不一定知道未来二十年的一件事.”

今年元宵节，吃过晚饭，我们就去看花灯、焰火了。虽然七点刚过，但是我们就来到新市区看花灯，这里人山人海，花灯会种类繁多，设计新奇，造型各异。市政府前的整个街道火树银花，璀璨夺目，吸引了成千上万的人们前来观赏。有做生意的人早早来到摆好摊位，有的坐车从几十里路的农村赶来，还有的小孩骑在他爸爸脖子上。手拿着糖葫芦边吃边看，八点多钟，在市委大楼旁边一朵朵绽放的礼花腾空而起。哇，好美的夜空呀，只见深蓝色的天空布满了五彩斑斓的礼花，开放的礼花如一个个彩球。似一朵朵雪花，像一颗颗拖着彩带的流星，把漆黑的夜空照的如同白昼一样，把元宵之夜变得无比美丽，我简直被迷住了。一颗颗五彩的礼花腾空而起，礼花炸开以后，一朵朵纸花飘落下来，甚至有的纸花还带着一颗颗亮闪闪的东西，真像一颗颗彩色的流星；有的礼花炸开以后是双层的，接着变成动物形状了；有的炸开以后就像下起了流星雨，刷刷地往下落；还有的如同一道道彩色的金环，把天空变得光彩夺目，整个市区都沸了……五彩的花灯被高高的挂在了半空中，闪着耀眼的光芒。美丽的花灯给这里增加了秀丽的色彩。这些造花灯的人手还真巧，什么羊形、龙形，拖拉机耕田形的……都能造出来，真了不起。

听妈妈讲，传说在很久以前，世上风调雨顺、五谷丰登，老百姓丰衣足食、安居乐业。突然灾难降临、城内洪水泛滥，城外田地干旱，原来是王母娘娘请玉帝去赴宴，玉帝喝酒喝得酩酊大醉。宴会后余地回宫办事，于是把雨簿写错了，本应是城外雨五分，城内雨三分，玉帝给写反了。青龙得知原因，便偷偷地里溜到天宫，改了雨簿，这样世上又慢慢恢复了本来面目。玉帝酒醒后，也发现写错了雨簿，但本想改正，又怕重臣说自己做事不慎重，只好将错就错。后来玉帝发现自己的雨簿被改过，不由心中大怒，派丞相来到人间杀了青龙，丞相照做了。青龙被丞相杀了后，变成一只神鸟，在玉帝殿外喊冤，玉帝心中感到惭愧，便下书要黄帝向百姓传令，要纪念为民除害的青龙。每年春节，人们都要敲锣打鼓，耍龙舞狮几年青龙，庆祝元宵节。

元宵节的习俗是吃汤圆，让每家团团圆圆，所以今晚妈妈“权力下放”，把煮汤圆的重要任务交给我来执行。我把它看成一件十分重大的任务，生怕煮破了，所以心里好像揣着一只小兔子“怦怦”直跳。我利用以前看妈妈煮汤圆的经验，先把水烧开，把汤圆小心翼翼地放进去。我焦急地等待着，等待着……。白白胖胖的汤圆浮出水面，看着它们一个个膨胀，我兴高采烈地喊道：“汤圆要出锅了。”我高兴得不得了。

时间不知不觉已过去了1个多小时，但我们一点也没觉得累。
