一、指导思想：

1、加强理论学习，更新教学理念，全面推进素质教育。全体英语教师都要抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践。改进评价内容和评价方法，即努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

5、加快信息技术学习进程，从而推动学科教学与信息技术的整合。组织所有教师运用现代教学理念设计多媒体教学辅助课件，组织多媒体教学观摩活动等，达到能将多媒体高效运用于英语教学中。

6、加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《大纲》、《中考说明》，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读能力的训练，另外所有英语教师要协助九年级教师搞好中考复习和模拟考试，力争中考第一仗顺利。

7、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。英语组要确定教研专题，全体英语教师通过理论学习和校本培训，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写英语教育教学论文。

我的家乡在铜梁，家乡的美景多得数不清，光是广场就有很多。

坦洲的大冲口水闸，我去的次数也不少了，最爱吃那里的海鲜。听大人们说，那个水闸是保护坦洲、三乡、神湾、珠海等地区的重要屏障，如果水闸崩溃的话，连坦洲政府的大礼堂都要被水浸到1.4米以上。哇！那不是整个坦洲都几乎被淹没？有一次天阴沉沉的，雨水连绵不断，我们陪着姑妈顺着简陋的泥路去大冲口吃海鲜。路面泥泞不堪，从坦洲镇中心出发花了近一个小时才到达大冲口。当时的水闸不大，已经十分破旧，闸外的水已经高过里面的水位有1米多了，车子从堤上经过时真让人胆颤心惊的。但现在你在去看看，一定会惊讶的。车子在宽敞的水泥路面上行驶，两旁的绿化树摇曳生姿，大概20多分钟就可以到达大冲口水闸了。你会看见一座大型的现代化新水闸屹立在大堤上，在夕阳的照耀下闪闪发光，妈妈说里面可全部都是电脑机械化控制的。随着中山经济实力的提高，短短的一年多时间，大冲口水闸已经重建完工了。听大人们说，水闸投资了一亿多元。虽然花费的人力财力多，但为了人民的安全，也值。现在，大家都在小心地维护着这道重要屏障。

from the sixteenth of january to the seventh of february is our winter holiday。 i think everybody did a lot of things in the winter holiday。 but i didn’t。 let you to listen to my story of winter holiday。

i spend a lot of time on the homework。。 every day in my winter holiday， i always got up late。 then i listened to the tape， it was nine o’clock。 then i ate breakfast and then i did my homework during the daytime! i’m not very slow but the homework was too heavy!

i’m unlucky on the playing too。 i played firecracker but i hurt my finger with the fire。 i ‘m careless to kindle the firecracker， so i’m very unlucky。

i still unlucky on my friend’s party。 in the morning， i wanted to get up early but i woke up at 10:50。 after ten minutes， the party would start! so i only eat a piece of bread then i go to my friend’s home! and i stay at his home for a long time when i came home。 my mother and father were very angry and they scolded me!

i’m worried and feel unlucky on my weigh。 last term， i was 48 kilogram but now i am 51 kilogram! i must to do banting!

but most important， i have gone to shanghai ocean aquarium， i want to go there very much because i want to see the horse， the monkey……in the sea。 now i’ve done it 。 it is a bright dot in my winter holiday。

[寒假的美好生活英语初中作文

I went to Xinjiang with my mom and dad in the summer vacation。 Every station of the silk road was full of beauty and magic。

Our first stop is to reach thirteen in the ancient city of Xian， where the world famous Terracotta Army of Qin， is the unity of Qin Shihuang made his China funerary， magnificent， true to life。

The second stop is Dunhuang。 We go by train。 In the silk train I met some new friends， they are three with a tour group is big sister in high school。 The train arrived at the destination at second oclock in the evening at 8 oclock。 Although it took a day and a half， but because we got to know so many new friends， we enjoyed ourselves on the train， so we didnt feel tired at all。

The second day early in the morning， we went to Crescent Spring， Mingsha mountain， enjoy the boundless desert scenery， riding a camel in the desert to explore the inexhaustible wonders of Crescent Spring。 In Dunhuang， we also see the Mogao Grottoes murals， there are flying fairies， Pipa dance， is really worthy of the ancient works of skilled craftsmen! But the aunt said that such precious relics are now facing the threat of being swallowed by the desert。

On the fourth day， we once again took the train to Turpan， the famous vineyard in Xinjiang。 We are enjoying the sweet grapes， enjoy a beautiful song and dance in Xinjiang， experience the Flaming Mountains hot， watch the water - amazing kariz engineering。

Farewell in Turpan vineyards are reluctant to part， we came to the silk road trip end point station Urumqi， tour of the Tianshan Tianchi， as Xinjiang girl， eat mutton string， watching a thriller "Dawaz" high wire program， feel the enthusiasm of Xinjiang。。。。。。

This trip， let me see the beauty of the mountains and rivers of the motherland， experience different ethnic customs， appreciate the wisdom of the ancient people， learn a lot of history and geography knowledge， and have made many new friends。

暑假我和爸爸妈妈一起去新疆旅游，丝绸之路的每一站都充满美景和神奇。

我们到达的第一站是十三朝古都西安，那里的秦兵马俑世界闻名，是统一中国的秦始皇造出来陪葬他的，宏伟壮观，栩栩如生。

第二站是敦煌，我们是坐火车去的。在丝绸火车上我认识了几位新朋友，她们是同一个旅行团里的三位即将读高中的大姐姐。火车第二天晚上８点才到目的地，虽然坐了一天半的时间，但因为结识了这么多新朋友，我们在火车上玩得开心，所以一点儿也不觉得累。

第二天一大早，我们去了鸣沙山、月牙泉，欣赏到无边无际的沙漠风光，骑着骆驼探寻沙漠中的奇观——不会枯竭的月牙泉。在敦煌，我们还看了莫高窟壁画，里面有飞天仙女、反弹琵琶舞，真不愧是古代能工巧匠的作品！可是听讲解员阿姨说，这么珍贵的古迹，现在却面临着被沙漠吞没的威胁。

第四天，我们再一次乘火车到达新疆著名的葡萄园——吐鲁番。我们享受着甜美的葡萄，欣赏了优美的新疆歌舞，体验了火焰山的炎热，观赏了令人惊叹的水利工程——坎儿井。

在依依不舍中告别吐鲁番的葡萄园，我们来到了此次丝绸之路旅行的终点站——乌鲁木齐，游天山天池，扮新疆姑娘，吃羊肉串，看惊险的“达瓦孜”高空走钢丝节目，尽情感受新疆的热情……

这次旅行，让我看到了祖国山河的美丽，体验了不同民族的风情，欣赏了古代人民的智慧成果，学到了很多历史和地理知识，还结识了很多新朋友。

children should be loved

most of us own a simple and good life. city born and city bred, we sometimes imagine the idyllic pastoral scene such as the friendly people, the clean atmosphere, the closeness to nature and the gentle pace of living. in face, everything has its pros and cons. the other side of picture is that leftover children have become a heavy topic nowadays, because most parents of these children consider that to feed their children well and to let them grow up health and safe in body are the most important task.however, as a matter of fact, in addition to provide the basic needs for their children, parents should pay more attention to their childrens psychological needs and their education.

for one thing, parents who cannot accompany their children often need to pay more attention to their childrens psychological needs.therefore, it seems to me that government can set up a parents school for these children on holidays and organize" hand-in-hand" activity to call on more people to help them. we can also raise money to donate to these children. as the song says:"if everyone gives their love, the world will be better." its very important for us to pay more attention to these children if we want to build a harmonious society.

for another, education of leftover children is also quite important. as the saying goes, “knowledge can change our fate”, education is an effective way to change the future of those children. in order to make those leftover children grow up in health, therefore, we need to show more concern about their psychological needs and their education.

in my view, leftover children should be encouraged to live with or near their parents, which is very helpful for them to be loved and concerned, they also can have a simple and good life.
