To the Chinese people it is as important as Christmas to people in the

I am a college student, this is my fourth year in the college, which means

that I will graduate soon. Nowadays, many of my classmates have taken the action

to find the job interview, while I tell myself to calm down, actually, I have no

difference of confidence, determination and sociability are the foundation and

condition of success.

First of all, no matter who want to success, they must have confidence, as

confidence is the basic need for success. If someone always thinks he can’t do

this or that well, then he can’t finish it well. For example, when a person is

being interviewed, if he doesn’t believe he can do that job well, how can he act

believable, so how can the interviewers trust his ability? Therefore, the

interview is obviously a failure. However, if a person is confident, he can

receive the opportunity to prepare for every challenge easily, which makes

success become closer.

In addition, confidence just the door for success, if someone wants to get

into the house of success, determination is necessary. The determined meet

difficulties always overcome it and insist to the end. On the other hand, if

someone is not determined, he would give up when facing difficulty. For

instance, when doing homework, the person who is not determined always can’t

The last but not least is that no one can do anything well by themselves,

so they need help. At that time, sociable is helpful. It is well-known that

success is hard to reach. Therefore, people need others to help them. A sociable

person can get help easily, as he has so many friends. On the other side, a

person is not good at communication, when he gets in trouble, maybe no one helps

him. So we can see the importance of sociability to success.

In a word, there maybe not only confidence, determination, and sociability

are essential to success, but I think they are the most important ones, for they

are the foundation and condition of success.

China, as a developing country, has a large gap compared with developed

countries. If we want to catch up with and even surpass the developed ones,

education seems important and should be given the first priority. Besides,

education seems the same important to individuals.

In modern time, when science and technology are making great progress, the

education of the work force is the most important. Moreover, many of the success

in advanced countries have demonstrated that a nations prosperity mainly

depends on the quality of its labor force, namely those who have been well

educated.

For individuals, education is the best way to improve oneself. Firstly,

也许是因为年轻气盛，也许是因为年少轻狂，他们没有考虑到接下来的生活有多么困苦。没有稳定的工作使生活渐渐变得褐衣蔬食，但是她仍然每天都对他微笑着，好像一点都不为未来发愁，而他也淡淡微笑着回应，直到后来，我才想听童话故事一般懂得，原来那是因为爱，因为无私的爱，她相信他，因为他是她的肩膀。

肩膀，必然是要承担的。为了这份承担，他做出了行动，他只有高中文凭，高考失利未能击倒他，他从未放弃学习，一直四处奔波，为了考证，夜以继日的学习。最终，他成功的找到了稳定的工作。后来我问：“为什么这么拼呢?”他给我的回答很简洁，却又那么铿锵有力：“因为我的肩膀太重，因为上面有我必须承担的责任。”

长大后，我渐渐懂事，他的肩膀不再年轻，却也结实了。因为那不再是她一个人的肩膀了，他的肩膀撑起了整个家。

小时候我很怕狗，有一次，邻居家的大狼狗突然冲出楼梯口，唰的一瞬间突然扑向我身上大吼大叫，当时我立马坐地上吓尿了，还没等我反应过来，只见那宽大的肩膀又出现在我身前，他大声呵斥那狗，震慑得那狗节节后退。然后回过头揉了揉我的脑袋，将我抱起，轻轻地放在他宽大的肩膀上。我擦着眼泪问：“狗那么大，那么凶，你不怕么?”他又将我轻轻放下，露出自己的一只臂膀，眯起眼笑着说：“你看我的肩膀多壮实，等你长大了，臂膀像我一样粗了，就不会在害怕大狗啦!”我似懂非懂的点头。夕阳印着他的肩膀和眯起的双眸，我犹然记得他手上的青筋和鬓边的皱纹。也许，我以后会忘记许许多多的事，但我永远也不会忘记他的臂膀与笑容。在别人看来，他或许只是一个普通人，而在我心里，他是我的英雄，一个淳朴却又泛着光辉的英雄。

岁月从未停下他的脚步，我总是埋怨他为何走得如此的快。父亲的肩膀虽依旧有力，却再也无法回到当初令人踏实的结实。我想，这或许是传承吧。如今，我的肩膀已不在稚嫩，家里的责任将由我来担起。但我并不畏怯。我知道，那泛着光辉的肩膀就伫立在我身后，他相信，也永远都相信，为他们遮风挡雨的会是我，而我，也是他们最坚实的肩膀。

We have read so many inspiring examples about how the successful people

stick to their dreams. We see the power of persistence. But as I see different

situations, sometimes the way to gain achievement is not favored by me.

Different people have different ways to keep move on.

For those people whose family are not poor, they can chase their dreams

without hesitation. The parents will give great support to them and no matter

what their children do, they just want them to be happy. Without the economic

burden, those people can focus all their attention and follow their dreams all

the time.

But for the persons whose family are poor, especially the parents are

waiting for the children’s economic support, they should make ends meet first

and then follow their dreams. Life can’t be ideal all the time, only when they

solve the basic needs, dreams will be supported. Some people make the things

they like as a hobby, they keep studying it in their spared time, if insist,

they will get the extra achievement.

Following dreams completes our life and make us live with meaning. The will

of never giving up will bring us success someday.

他，并不爱说话。小时候，我总爱牵他的手。他宽大的手掌有力而温暖，总是牵着我，带我走进一个个新奇而陌生的地方，从厨房到茶馆，从盐罐到仙人掌。那时的我，我知道他的名字，只是叫着他父亲。我似乎也记不得我叫什么，大约母亲和我讲过，但只记得父亲一直叫我丫头。丫头，走。

他，很少笑。大约，都把笑意留给了孩时的我吧。随着我年龄的增长，他由呵护变成了严苛，在高兴也只是略微牵扯一下嘴角。深邃的眼里总是掺杂着一些我永远也不懂得复杂与深远。乌黑的头发也渐渐被岁月所染白。紧致的皮肤也掉进了岁月的沟壑。那一道道皱纹似乎是一波三折的生活。背也有些弯了。

如今，我与他尴尬的相处。在家里搭不上几句话，更像是两个合租的房客，彼此互不相干。见面也只是对视一眼，然后各忙各的。询问我的时候我也只是还好还好的应付。

成功的速度一定要赶上父母老去的速度。这句话慢慢有些理解了，有些事，错过一时便错过一世。父亲，等等我。我从未说过爱他，似乎是碍于情面吧，总觉得说不出口。他似乎也从未说过爱我，但一言一行早已证明。如今岁月的洪流卷了他的青春、年华和容颜，只剩了一个苍老的背影。而我能做的，便是爱他，以我能达到的成绩来爱他。父亲，等等我。

献给从未说过爱他的父亲。

他在时你并不觉得有多重要，甚至隐约觉得有些烦人。可某天他不在，这才惊觉，有些人早已不只是习惯。

他总爱把我架在他的肩上。坐在他的肩上，看着地，有一种“一览众山小”的感觉。看着天，依然那么天高云淡。暖光泻下，我一直坚信只要一伸手就能抓住，但摊开掌心，却又一无所有。阳光在脚边投影下两个一大一小的影子。一个慢慢地走，一个慢慢地追。

他，很容易满足。他很少夸我，每当被邻里夸赞的时候，他虽装作哪里哪里的风平浪静，而心里早已波涛汹涌。我在一旁只是笑笑，望着他眼角的皱纹由浅变深。

我偶尔也会牵一牵他的手。他的手不再像小时候那么光滑，依旧宽大，却略微泛黄。手掌上的茧已经很厚了，摸起来很粗糙却依旧温暖。他已背不动我了。但我望着他的背却依旧有安全感，依旧的坚实，温暖。与他肩并肩的走在路上，望着夕阳绽放出最后的余晖，心生悲凉。望着正值中年的父亲逐渐有了变老的痕迹，有些心疼。

他的父爱是让我坚定的信心，他的背影是让我爱心的风景。

Since I went to college, I feel so excited about the new chapter of my

life. I have imagined the campus life for so many years. Now I finally come to

this stage. I have much time after class, so I need to learn to deal with it.

After two years’ struggling, I find the right way to spend my time.

The first thing for every college student is to learn major knowledge. In

China, so many students think college time is used to play instead of study, so

they skip class. This is a big mistake. College is the stage for students to

master practical skills, which decides what kind of job they will work on. So I

study very hard from Monday to Friday. I don’t want to miss the important

knowledge.

The second thing for college students is to join the after-class

activities. Joining the activities can not only learn more skills, such as dance

and sports, but also can make friends. Campus is like a small society. Students

need to learn to make connections with other students, so that they can win more

chances. I learn a lot from my new friends and know how to communicate.

My college life is wonderful, I learn both knowledge and social skills.

Nowadays, almost everyone has a mobile phone. Some people even have two or

three. Mobile phones changes our lives a lot. It’s so easy to get to others. All

you have to do is making a call. You can talk to anyone no matter how far you

are. Making calls and texting messages are the basic functions of mobile phones.

But now, we can do a lot of things by mobile phones, such as listening to the

music, watching movies, taking photos, reading books and so on. It’s so

functional that it seems like a computer to some extent. Some people even deal

with their business by mobile phones. It’s amazing.

Recently, the movies about the old people happen to have the magic and then

come back to their 20 years old time are very popular. The old people do all

kinds of crazy things that they never have the chance to do. These movies tell

people that given another chance, they will do whatever they want to do. I

always hear my parents said when they retired, they could carry out all kinds of

their plans and enjoyed the life. In my opinion, when we are young , we shuold

enjoy our moment and chase our dream. It is a little to carry out the plans when

we are old. Youth is the advantages.
