Every morning, I will wake up early and then do some exercise. I like running very much, so I will run around my house. Running on the street and park, I can see the city in its morning face, the street is so quiet, some people are dancing, some are walking. I enjoy running in the morning, I feel so comfortable, I feel life is easy and happy.

每天早上，我会很早就起来，然后做一些锻炼。我很喜欢跑步，因此我会围绕着家周围跑步。在街上和公园里跑步，我可以看到这个城市早上的面容，街上很安静，一些人在跳舞，一些人在散步。我很享受早上跑步，我觉得很舒服，感到生活是如此的轻松和愉快。

我最喜欢的老师，是英语蔡慧老师！

因为她温柔、善良、漂亮，还很关心我们。她有一个小巧玲珑的鼻子，还有一双水灵灵的大眼睛和一个红樱桃般的小嘴巴，她是多么的美丽啊！就算你只看过一眼，也会令你难以忘却。

今天我在楼梯上玩，正好从楼梯上蹦了下来的那一刹那，被蔡老师看见了，她并没有批评我，反而对我说：“小心一点啊！别摔跤了。”

蔡老师在英语课的时候，说话的声音都非常得和蔼可亲，娓娓动听，我特别喜欢听她说话的声音。她给我们上英语课的时候都是很有耐心的，我们读错了，她并不会批评我们，只会让我们多读几遍，让我们感觉到，她嘴上虽然没有说，但是她是用多读几遍来提醒我们的。就因为这样，我喜欢上了蔡老师。

我想对蔡老师您说一句，我今后会更加努力的学好英语的，感谢您对我们的付出，谢谢您！

我喜欢音乐，自然也就喜欢音乐课了。

小时候，我总是让妈妈给我讲故事，可她不会讲，就唱歌来，于是我渐渐也就喜欢上音乐了。

每次我整理书包时，如果明天有音乐课，总会给我带来一丝喜悦。"啊！明天又有音乐课了！"教我们音乐的是徐教师，我第一眼看到她就喜欢上她了。她有一头长发，总喜欢把它盘起来。徐老师脸上总带着亲切的笑容，她爱打扮，喜欢穿裙子。她的歌声很美。

我喜欢音乐课的另一个原因是，它不会给我带来压力。每次音乐课下来，我就心情舒畅。

我喜欢唱歌，美妙的旋律把我带入了一个音乐的梦境；我喜欢徐老师，徐老师动听的歌声常常让我回忆起小时候妈妈给我唱歌时的情景。

都说听音乐能放松人的神经，陶冶人的性情，可是如果是听一些流行歌曲的话，心情可能由不安变为更加不安了，所以我觉得听一些柔和优美的曲子，比如说世界名曲、钢琴曲等，只要是能消减疲劳的，我认为都可以算得上是好音乐!

今天晚上，我做了一会儿作业以后，觉得有点儿累了，可是时间还早，我就打算听一听音乐，放松一下神经，然后继续“奋战”。我按下了复读机的播放键，优美的音乐从喇叭里飘出来，我闭上眼睛细细品味，脑海中有了一副美丽的图画，眼前是一片大海，波澜壮阔的大海，海水有规律的一齐冲上沙滩，然后再退回去，浪潮拍打在岩石上，发出“哗哗”的响声。几只白色的灰色的海欧偶尔会出现在大海上方的蓝天中，为这副美丽的画添上了一份光彩。

忽然，海面上刮起了龙卷风，海风呼啸，海浪“疯狂”的拍打着岩石，这声音，像“狼嚎”一般可怕。让我有一点心惊胆战，过了一会儿，大海又恢复了平静，浪潮，还是那样有规律的一起一伏，一涨一退。

音乐听完了，我的心情的确放松了不少，精神也好多了，我关了音乐，继续做作业，但心还停在刚才的画面上，久久不能平静。
