回家乡了，也终于学会游泳了。回到家乡的我依然没有失去对游泳的迷恋，依旧坚持每天去游泳。但我不熟悉地形，一次惊险的笑话就闹出来了。

The death toll in a school bus accident that occurred on Wednesday morning in the northwest province of Gansu has risen to 20 following the death of one child later Wednesday.

We all say that students are the future of our country, but there are much

more reports about campus safety than before, such as killing, injury or

maltreat and so on. Therefore, campus security has aroused many concerns. Why

are there so many campus injuries? I think the following reasons may e_plain it.

Firstly, some people are treated unfairly so that we take revenge on society and

the place they first choose is campus, especially elementary school or middle

school. The students are the vulnerable group that they can’t protect

有数据统计，仅20XX年，全国就有2万多年青少年非正常死亡，相当于一年全国会消失一个班，而溺水是头号原因。现在就要放暑假了，学校、老师、家长一定要注意孩子们的暑假安全问题。那么为了尽量避免这些悲剧的发生，我们应该做到：1。第一时间拨打110报警电话求助，向有人的地方高声呼叫，同时尽快找到方便可取的漂浮物抛给落水者。如下水救人，下水前应尽快脱去衣裤和鞋子，有条件者应尽可能携带漂浮物下水救人，让落水者抓住漂浮物，救助者再协助其游向岸边;2。如果没有漂浮物，救助者向落水者接近时一定要小心，不要被其抓住，最好从落水者的背后靠近，一手从落水者前胸伸至对侧腋下，将其头紧紧夹在自己的胸前拉出水面，另一只手划水，仰泳将其拖向岸边，对于神志清醒者要大声告知，只有放弃挣扎听从指挥才能活命。 3。在救助过程中一定要使落水者的头面部露出水面，一可以保证其顺利呼吸，二可以减轻落水者的危机感和恐惧感减少挣扎，使救助者能够节省体力、顺利地脱离险境。4。救援时如不慎被溺水者紧抱缠身，救助者应临危不乱，将落水者向上托出水面的同时自己主动下沉，落水者一旦在水面上呼吸到空气就不会拼命抓紧下沉的人体，此时救助者再伺机解脱完成救助。

那当自己发生意外我们该如何自救呢?落水后切莫慌张，保持镇静，立即屏住呼吸，踢掉双鞋，放松肢体等待浮出水面。当感觉开始上浮时，应尽可能地保持仰位，使头部后仰。呼吸时尽量用嘴吸气、用鼻呼气，以防呛水，同时大声呼救，以平静的心态等待救援者到来。溺水4——6分钟就会死亡。当人溺水时，大量的水、泥沙、杂物经过口、鼻灌入落水者的肺部，会引起呼吸道阻塞、缺氧和昏迷直至死亡。实际上，溺水后的48小时是最危险的。因溺水而发生的并发症肺炎、心衰等，都能在这一时期发生，因此你应尽早将溺水者送往医院。
