April 12 is memorable because our clahad a meaningful experience on that day. In the morning, we bicycled to the suburbs to plant trees, talking and laughing all the way. Panda is our country’s treasure, we should protect it. nowadays, we see

from the TV that panda is less than before, it is not only because of the damage

of the environment, but also the weakness of the panda. Everybody loves panda,

我的奶奶她是个普通人，钱并不多，退休金也刚够花销，每天穿着朴实的衣裳，经常走下楼和邻居去聊天，就这样过着晚年生活。

从这几件事后，我终于知道了奶奶是个表里不一的人，无论嘴上说得有多么大气，可行为和内心都能让我看出她的节俭和对我浓浓的爱。

我的外公，68岁，大半辈子与钢铁打交道，人也跟块钢板似的，身板硬、性子直、说一不二，认定了一件事，就会坚定不移地把它做好。这不?突然要在院子外种菜了，说是为了一家人能吃上健康的有机蔬菜。

说做就做，谁也拦不住，不知从哪儿弄了一身布衣，买了一顶草帽，搭配他黝黑的皮肤，瘦瘦的身躯，往田间地头一站，简直就是我们这疙瘩的袁隆平!只见他两手一前一后地握着锄头，高高举过头顶，嘴里“嘿!”的一声，锄头就用力用力砸下去，再轻轻往起一钩，土块就像翻鱿鱼似的，被翻了个底朝天，看外公种菜是一种享受，他翻地时就和土地聊天，播种时就对着种子许愿，幼苗等长出来后，他又把它们当婴儿般呵护。黄瓜开花了，我问姥爷：“什么时候就能吃到黄瓜了呀?”外公拍拍胸脯，一脸自信地说：“二十多天吧”，外公的脸笑得像黄瓜花般灿烂。

有一天夜里，突然刮起了大风，外公焦急地到处找塑料布遮盖幼苗，甚至还拿自己的衣服给幼苗搭了个“帐篷”，第二天，我们发现花还是被刮没了，小苗也奄奄一息，外公坐在地头低着头，不停地叹气，仿佛心头的肉被割掉一块儿似的，难过极了!

也许老天被外公坚定不移的精神打动了!过了二十来天，水灵灵的黄瓜结得居然有尺子那么长，外公摘了几根，用清水一洗，我张大嘴咬了一口：“嗯，清脆爽口，夹着丝丝甜味，维生素爆棚，果然和在菜市场买的不一样!”

Its Sunday today. I got up early and did my homework on the table. All of a

sudden I remembered the mothers day, a picture of my mind, remembering a past

thing that moved me.

Thats the case. After coming home from school that afternoon, my mother came

back. I found that my mother was very tired, his eyes were squinting, and I

yawned. So she sent me to do my homework at home. But I felt very sad to see my

mother working so hard, so I decided to share the housework for my mother. I

我很小很小的时候就常常看到外婆的脑袋上包着一顶深蓝色的帽子，母亲说那是外公去世之前送给她的，她戴了二十多年了，很少舍得摘。

母亲来接我，外婆背了一箩筐的小吃，生怕我在这一个小时的路上饿死了一样。她把背篓递给我，又从围裙的口袋里掏出瓜子。临行前我看到她蹒跚但努力地跑到车窗前，我急忙打开车窗，她把帽子递给我，里面装着西红柿和苹果，她一句话也没说，转过身就走了。我在车里看着外婆远去的背影，孤零零地。因为不戴帽子的原因，我清楚地瞧见了她稀疏的白发。

外婆现在记性不大好了，人越来越像个小孩子。但是每次我去看望她，她都调皮地用蓝帽子装一些东西给我。有时候包着几颗土豆，有时候装着一把地瓜干。我因为这个帽子而爱上了深蓝的颜色。

安心留下来的苏炳添，在宁教练的系统训练中受益匪浅，也增加了他的自信心。

苏炳添骨子里有股不服输的劲，他明白自己的短板所在，总是认真完成教练的每一个训练方案，无论多苦从不喊累。

他对自己的饮食也很严苛，家庭聚会中，他不吃猪肉、不喝酒，甚至连饮料都不会喝。

经过正规训练后的苏炳添，虽然伤痛不断，但他的成绩突飞猛进。

2006年，苏炳添在学校的推荐下参加了广东省运动会，这个不是专业运动员的选手，竟然以比冠军落后0.01秒的成绩，夺得比赛亚军!

国家队有着全国最顶级的训练方案、设备和教练，苏炳添在这里还有着自己远大的目标，希望可以将成绩提高到9秒。

Winter holiday is coming. Its in December or January.I have a plan for it.

I am going to Canada during this winter holiday. I will go there by plane with

my parents and friends. I am going to stay with my aunt and uncle. There will be

snow everywhere. We can make snowmen there. Were going to go skiing,

ice-skating and have some Canadian food. We are going to visit the Niagara

Falls. Its a famous waterfall in Canada. We will also take some photos of it. I

may because of the advantage of travel. First of all, travel can make people

relaxed. In today’s competitive society, everyone is under great stress. They

may be crazy if they are in that situation in the long term. Going travel,

leaving all the troubles behind for a period of time, people will have a good

rest and then fight again. Secondly, travel can broaden people’s vision. People

can learn more through what they see and hear. This knowledge is good for them.

Last but not least, travel can enlarge people’s social circle, because they can

make new friends on the way of their trip. In conclusion, travel has so many

advantages. It is no wonder that there is a World Tourism Day to encourage

everyone to go travel.

My elder sister is the person I love the most. She is two years older than me. We grow up together, play together and share the same room. In fact, we share all the things. I would dress her clothes and she would wear my shoes. I would tell her all my secret, so does her. She will help me with my homework. No matter what I do, she will stands behind me. Since its rise, the Internet has been playing a more and more important

role in our daily life. It brings tremendous convenience and efficiency to our

lives. Online shopping is also a new rising thing brought by the Internet. Since

its increasing developing speed, some people think that online shopping will

replace traditional shopping. However, as far as I am concerned, it wont happen

in a short time.

Although online shopping is really very convenient, there are still some

strong points of traditional shopping which cannot be replaced by online

shopping. Firstly, online shopping lacks the intuitional impression of goods.

Secondly, returning goods in online shopping is quite troublesome, and sometimes

yourself. Finally, there are too many fake products and cheats in online

shopping, and the quality of goods cannot be guaranteed as those in traditional

shops.

According to the points above, online shopping still needs some

improvements to totally replace the functions of traditional shopping. However,

the potential of online business is so huge that it will certainly take a great

share in the trade market.

The summer vacation this year, our family person went a lot of a lot of
