我们分两天登山，上午12时的山脚下十分炎热，山脚下树木极少，我们没有带伞，并且上山的坡道特别陡峭。我们在山脚下匆匆吃完午饭，就开始登山了。在这天上山的过程中，外婆热的满头都是汗，时不时坐在一块石头上擦一把汗，喘几口气，但外婆从没说过一个“累”字，最后，我们到了半山腰的村庄，找了个旅店休息了一晚，准备明天继续登山。

第二天，早上五时才下过雨，半山腰到山顶的路上因为有很多树，太阳晒不到，所以上山的泥土路和石阶上存了许多水，走在上面老是打滑，甚至有时候还要踩着布满青苔的大石块上走过从山顶流下来的水汇成的小溪，外婆跟着我们走了很远，遇到陡峭的石阶时还手脚并用地扶着上面的石阶和泥土路前进，并且没有休息半分钟，也不觉得累。直到我们登上了山顶上的的后台，外婆才在树旁的长凳上坐了一会儿，我们就下山了。外婆还就地取材地在附近找了一根长木棍当手杖使。
