2.郭列：“卖萌”不如脸萌

如果你的微信头像还没换，那你就out了。当你打开QQ或者微信的时候，朋友们超萌的头像会令你惊讶不已。这是怎么制作的呢?

近日，一款叫作“脸萌”的手机APP，犹如病毒传播一般，在微信、朋友圈、QQ空间、人人网等社交网站迅速走红。这款用来制作卡通头像的软件不仅可以用来换头像、画漫画、做动漫，可以印到T恤、卫衣、马克杯上，还可以分享到微信、QQ、微博等地方，而开发这一软件的CEO就是25岁的郭列。

毕业于华中科技大学的他，上学时就经常参加一些创业比赛。让他终生难忘的是第一次参加一个公益性创业比赛，利用互联网给需要帮助的人做设计，帮助他们赚钱。整整一年时间，他和小伙伴们共同奋战，最辛苦的时候每天晚上两点睡觉，早上六点起床。

过度的劳累让郭列有点吃不消，他打电话向爸爸诉苦。曾经创过业的爸爸耐心地鼓励他：“世界上没有白吃的苦，也没有天上掉下来的成功。当你努力的时候，老天爷不会辜负你!”听了爸爸的话，郭列发誓：不成功，也成仁。就这样，他们咬着牙挺下来。当评委宣布获胜团队是华中科技大学的时候，他们相拥在一起，喜极而泣。

创业的经历让郭列感受到了互联网的神奇，毕业后，他加入了向往的腾讯公司。郭列在腾讯旗下的拍拍网工作，负责网页上一块不到巴掌大小的“网上充话费”版位，闲不住的郭列不满足于做“充话费”的产品经理，毅然辞职。

可是创业也不是简单的事，郭列在家憋了几天，也没想出什么头绪。有一天，他正在看漫画《海贼王》，《海贼王》里的每个人物都有自己独特的形象。“如果每个人的手机里也有一个代表自己的形象就好了。”郭列觉得这是一个好点子。

郭列马上给朋友们打电话，三个人一拍即合。小半年的时间，他们窝在一起，在电脑上不分昼夜地工作。第一款“微信表情说说”终于上线了，可是这款产品并没有流行起来，每天的下载量只有几十。窘迫的状况，令郭列失去信心。正当他要打退堂鼓，想再去找工作的时候，爸爸安慰他说：“谁的青春没有过失败，把一件事做到极致，即使失败了，也是成功。爸爸相信你，继续努力吧。”

闲下来的郭列，全部心思都用在改造产品上。那时候，魔漫相机很火，他考察了市面上的头像制作应用，发现风格都偏向欧美，亚洲风格的还没有。这种细微的差异点燃了郭列的灵感，他要开发出一种具有中国特色的卡通头像。

于是，郭列和伙伴们启动了“脸萌”项目，如何把人的五官特征细化成了关键。只为了一双眼睛，他们就前后改了几十次，最终确定为单眼皮、双眼皮、丹凤眼等。现在，只要你打开软件，手指一点，五官、发型、发色、肤色等数十种风格任你选，一个卡通形象一分钟内就能迅速完成。

3个月后“脸萌”APP在苹果应用商店上线，两周时间里，下载量就已突破10万。凭借着近百万的用户数，郭列收获了“第一桶金”：一笔数百万元的天使投资。为了让卡通形象和真人有更高的相似度，郭列又研发出了表情、气泡等个性化元素。

“脸萌”抓住了庞大用户在使用社交软件时希望个性化表达自己的需要，用户数量从百万级突增至20xx万人次，登上苹果应用商店下载量排行榜的头把交椅。巨大的市场价值，让郭列和他的90后团队，又获得了全球最大的风投公司IDG的数千万元A轮融资。

在由IDG资本与创业邦携手举办的校园创业大赛华中科技大学宣讲会上，郭列分享了他的创业经验，他说创业是一件美妙的事，虽然有时候很苦，但是成功了。一个人应该遵从自己的内心，如果你想出国，就出国;如果想读研，就读研;如果非常想创业，就跟着自己内心的感觉走。因为你的内心才是最懂你的，当你坚持做下来的时候，老天不会亏待你。努力坚持，必有回报!

As the pace of life continues to increase, we are fast losing the art of

relaxation.Once you are in the habit of rushing through life, being on the go

from morning till night,it is hard to slow down. But relaxation is essential for

a healthy mind and body. Stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is

no way to avoid it. In fact, it is not the bad thing as it is often supposed to

be. A certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give purpose

to life. It is only when the stress gets out of control can it lead to poor

performance and iiihealth. The amount of stress a person can withstand depends

very much on the individual. Some people are not afraid of stress, and such

characters are obviously prime material for managerial responsibilities. Others

lose heart at the first signs of unusual difficulties. When exposed to stress,

in whatever form, we react both chemically and physically. In fact, we make a

choice between "flight or fight"and in more primitive days the choices made the

massive destruction of environment has brought about negative effects and even

poses a great threat to mans existence。 Indifference to these problems will

mean mitting suicide。 Therefore， effective measures should be taken and laws

passed to conserve environment。 Otherwise，man is certain to suffer from the

serious consequences caused by this lack of care for his living

surroundings。

在比赛中捧回的一个又一个奖杯，大大增加了苏炳添的自信心，也让他更执著于短跑这条道路。

但是，教练说苏炳并添没有短跑运动员的天赋。

他个子只有172cm，短跑运动员最佳身高是180cm—195cm，当年中国另一飞人刘翔身高在189cm，短跑项目中，个子矮要失去许多先天优势。

再加上我国短跑事业相比其它国家而言，起步要晚一些，选择短跑作为终身事业的运动员少之又少，国际短跑赛事上我们从来没有进入过决赛。

年轻气盛的苏炳添偏偏不信这个邪，他暗暗下定决心，一定要在短跑运动上创造出奇迹，让外国人看看我们的实力。

为了这个理想，苏炳添想去专业的体校进行学习和训练，但他去了几家体校，都因为他个子矮、年龄大被婉拒，现实将他打回原型。

刘翔从七岁就开始进行专业训练，而想入体校的苏炳添，这时已经15岁了。

眼看苏炳添的田径之路就要画上句号，这时候他人生中的伯乐出现了。

中山体校教练宁德宝看中苏炳添的身体素质和爆发力，想把他收为麾下弟子。

宁教练费了好大劲才说服体校的领导，破格把苏炳添招进来，然而，训练刚刚开始不到半月，苏炳添就吵着要回家。

中学时的训练和现在专业体校的训练相比，从运动量、技术上都简单很多。

体校要求学生6点就要起床开始训练，一上午的高强度练习，在中午短暂午休后，下午还要接着练，苏炳添被体校辛苦的训练吓住了，他不想跑步了。

他叫来父母想要退学，父母也不忍他受苦，便要把他带回家，宁教练实在舍不得这个好苗子，苦口婆心地劝说苏炳添和他的家人。

苏炳添的父母亲虽然没有文化，但从宁教练的态度上，他们觉得是真心为孩子好，于是妈妈许诺给苏炳添100元零花钱，把他留在宁教练身边。

从此，苏炳添如开挂般，正式开启了属于他的“飞人时代”。

Recently, I have seen an impressive film—“Meet the Parents”, which is about

a woman Palm brought her boyfriend Greg to her parents’ home to spend holiday.

In the film, Greg was so dishonest to Palm’s parents that Palm’s father is

suspicious of his behavior and quality. As a result, Greg is obnoxious to all

and has to leave. As far as I am concerned, the consequence is heavily caused by

his dishonesty. If Greg could be real him all the time, he would get much

respect and appreciation and would not get much frustration. From the film, I

have learned that being honest was extremely important and necessary. In other

words, being honest is a basic principle for us to deal with others.

For one thing, we will not get others’ trust unless we are honest. If we

deceive others, we would get the same in return, and even no one would make

friends with us or even communicate with us. For another, we will get others’

respect and appreciation if telling the truth. Telling the truth and being

ourselves, we will get a healthy and peaceful surrounding to grow up better.

However, something strange happens in our society. There is a strange

phenomenon that honest people suffer but the dishonest benefit a lot. It made

some people have a suspicion that being honest is not so important.

But I still believe that these are just a few cases, since honesty is

deeply rooted in our minds and we still consider it as a basic principle in

social contacts.

The sea is like a poem; it jumps; like a picture, rich in meaning; and like

a symphony, vast and mighty...... It is like a mirror; sometimes calm, sometimes

filled with rage, overwhelming, to sail the boat overturned. In my mind, the sea

is blue world, is also the cradle of life. Pregnant with many free and small

life. The sea is so mysterious, so charming!

Now the sea has changed. The sea is no longer clear, it becomes muddy and

dirty. Washed up on the beach, left is no longer alive and kicking the fish

shrimp, instead of the piles of rubbish, but also mixed with a lot of dead fish

shrimp, stinking. Why is that? Its all because of us. When people admire the

beauty of the seaside, they throw the foul rubbish into the sea. There are also

people living on the beach, the toilet drain pipe to the bottom of the sea.

Whats worse is that the factory waste water flows into the sea in large stocks,

and the sea is dyed in a strange color. Led to the birth of a lot of lack of

brains, low IQ infants, our next generation - bright eyes [voice tender], the

face of the next generation of red, will never see the beautiful blue sea.

Someone once did an experiment. He compared a basin of water to the ocean,

and dropped a drop of ink into the sea. Immediately, the ink slowly spread out,

became shallow and disappeared. The sea water was almost as clean as ever. If

the ink kept dropping, the color of the sea would be deeper and darker, and

eventually it would become a basin of black water. 6 billion people on the earth

produce large quantities of living waste water and industrial pollution every

polluted lake.
