一、词汇选择——标新立异

在写作中“较高级词汇”的使用主要是指使用《大纲》上没有的词语、使用通过构词法变化来的新词、使用同(近)义词或反义词等来代替常见词语。

B: The flat situates in a building on Fangcao Street.

分析:is in是常见词语,而situates in则是《大纲》上没有的,属于高级词汇。

B: At weekends, we have endless homework to do.

分析:B句在表达时没有使用过于直接的a lot of,而是使用了endless。endless就是由《大纲》词汇end加后缀-less变化来的。

3)洗澡间和厨房都很好。

A: The bathroom and the kitchen are good.

B. The bathroom and the kitchen are well-furnished.

在表达要点时,B句使用了well furnished,这比good语气强,也显得生动。

在造句时,“较高级词汇”如能运用贴切自然,哪怕整篇文章只用上一个,也会使你的作文显示出与众不同。

二、结构造句——与众不同

在造句时,既要使句子生动,又要使其简明扼要。

1、使用与人不同的表达方式,特别是提倡打破汉语句子结构的束缚而重组的句子更受欢迎。

1)唐山曾在二十世纪八十年代发生过一次大地震。

A: There was a strong earthquake in Tangshan in the 1980s.

B: A terrible earthquake hit/struck Tangshan in the 1980s.

大多数同学使用了there be结构,这是对的,但是B句却摒弃了常见句式。另辟蹊径而使用了“主语+谓语+宾语”结构,且使用了terrible,hit/strike这样的词汇,更是难

B: Your letter of August 15th reached/ got to me this morning.(与多数人使用的方式不同,简洁)

2.使用一些强势句式,如强调句、感叹句、倒装句等,增强语句的表现力。如:

B: It was Ah Fu that saved my sister.(强调句式)

4)我们看到庄稼和蔬菜长势喜人很是高兴。

3、句式多样,复杂得体。在写作中应避免使用相同长度的相同句型,而应注意句式的变化,如长短句结合,简单句、并列句与复合句共用,还可使用简化句等;一些较复杂的结构如独立主格,分词结构等也可使用。下面的表达中A句简单句多,而且多处使用there be结构,显得单调、乏味,而B句就有自己的特色(请同学们自己分析)。

在写作中,我们可按时间、空间或其它逻辑顺序来安排各要点,同时为使主题突出,结构严谨,我们应注意学习和使用交代句以及段落的主题句等。在布局谋篇上,2002高考范文堪称典范。请看:

60% of the students are against the idea of entrance fees. They believe a public park should be free of charge. People need a place where they can rest and enjoy themselves. Charging entrance fees will no doubt keep some people away. What is more, it will become necessary to build gates and walls, which will do harm to the appearance of a city.

On the other hand, 40% think that fees should be charged because you need money to pay gardens and other workers, and to buy plants and young trees. They suggested, however, fees should be charged low.

1)该文使用Opinions are pided...作交代句,开门见山,随后两个段落均使用了主题句，使全文结构紧凑,表达严谨。

2)在表述要点时范文还对要点出场顺序作了调整,如“40%的同学认为应收门票,但不宜过高。”前部分作为主题句放在句首,而后部分另起一句放在句末:They suggested, however, fees should be charged low.这样就分清了轻重缓急,主题突出,条理清楚。

3)范文使用了and, what is more, however等连词,在段落之间使用了on the other hand(说明前后两个观点是相悖的),这些连接手段的运用加强了句子之间、段落之间的联系,使文章表达连贯,浑然一体。

4)范文在第二段为说明不收门票的“原因”时增加了Charging entrance fees will no doubt keep some people away.等细节,这也是解决句与句之间缺少连贯性的常见方法。

总之,要想使自己的文章有亮点,吸引读者,在考试中获得高分,就应在用词、造句、谋篇上下功夫,哪怕是有一处特长都是“亮”点,都是值得肯定的。

来到了，刚升入六年的我们还真有点儿措手不及。我在这次考试前的心情似乎比期末考试还要紧张，毕竟这是第一次啊!前夜，我努力的复习，看完了语文卷子又看数学，英语书也翻了一遍又一遍，说到英语单词全记会了没有，restaurant(饭馆)死记硬背也不会背写，姐姐来帮我解难，她教给我记单词的秒方法，我一小会儿就会写了。我想：学习的方法是很重要的。

考语文时，一道考题令我印象深刻：写出“那座古桥，是我要拜访的第一位老朋友”的修辞手法，我考虑一时，写下了答案：比喻。之后才知道正确答案是拟人，我有点儿不明白了，把老桥比作老朋友这也是有道理的，为什么这样就错了。我思考很久，明白了其中的原因。

说到考英语，那可就轻松多了，前夜我好好的复习，背会了所有的单词及重点句子，第二天早上又学习了一会儿，又句俗话说的好;功夫不负有心人。我觉得我一定会取得优异的成绩的。

语文英语考试完了，就要迎接下一门课数学了，考数学时，我认认真真的计算每一道考题，考数学时，生怕写错了，答完试卷，我又检查了一遍，居然发现了两道错题。我既高兴，又伤心。高兴的是我的错误可以改正，少丢几分;伤心的是我那样认真计算还有错题。

第一次月考完毕了，我的收获很多，感触也很多，我会在今后更加努力，争取超越自己，赢自己一把!

光阴似箭，日月如梭，第一次月考落下帷幕。排名和不理想的成绩，不由得引起我的深思。

在枫杨的第一个月里，完全可以说我在学习上一点没有用心！老师布置的作业，我仅仅按照最低标准完成。我没有做到预习复习，课堂上也没有专心致志，一丝不苟地听讲，大脑死气沉沉。这样的听课状态，我的学习效率能高吗？对于平日的练习，我丝毫没放在心上，总会有一两个小错误。所以到月考时，我与那些认真的同学的差距就很明显。在空余的时间里，我不是跟同学说话，就是想着该怎么玩。于是，我又浪费掉不少时间。就连月考前的国庆长假里，我依旧沉迷于欢乐之中，书本没有碰过一下。我这样做的结果只有一个——我的成绩如坐滑滑梯般直线下滑，我被远远地甩在了第40名！

语文是我这次月考最不理想的一门。79分，让我明显感到自己的差距。我必须端正我的学习态度！课内知识一定要记牢，下次绝对不能再错。阅读理解失掉13分！老师讲的做题方法要用心记，用心体会。93分的数学卷子完全没考出我的水平。我还有很大提分的空间。要复习错题，重视平时练习。英语，我认为是最不该错的，下次考试要考100分。学习时要注意力集中，提高效率。对于“史地政生”4门课，我以为只要感兴趣，就可以学好。这4门课的学习方法是把知识背下来，记牢。

凉爽的暖风伴随着春天的脚步和浓郁的学习气氛悄悄走来。但是迎面而来的却是第一次月考。月考却给了我当头一棒。

第一次月考试星期二进行的，考试前我忘了复习，到了星期二我很紧张，紧张的快要尿裤子了，我们是先考语文的，卷子发下来了，我的手颤抖地接过了卷子，我左翻右看，还好，还好。都会，都会。我做着，做着。前面还一路顺风，可是到了阅读题的时候，我可大眼瞪小眼了，我把会的都做了，只剩下不会的了，我思来想去，最后终于想出了答案。90分钟慢慢地过去了，交完了卷，我松了一口气。这紧张的气氛终于给消失了!

下来就是数学考试了，卷子也象往常一样地发下来了，我的手还是一样颤抖着，卷子是不难的，也不是简单的。90分钟也悄无声息的过去了。

最后，就是英语考试了。英语试卷很简单，时间有60分钟，可我却用了不到20分钟，就做完了。

经过这一次考试，我懂得了我们在考试前就要做好充分地准备，考试时不能紧张!
