作为高中生，必不可少的就是考试了。而且一个月考一次才是最正常不过的了。但是由于是刚刚入学的高一新生，一入学就得接受军训，还得有各项的入学工作，再加上刚刚从初中生活过渡到高中生活，还需要一段时间去适应。高一的第一次月考拖到了现在。

第一次以监考老师的身份在考场里走来走去。这心境完全是不一样呢。高一的这次的考试是两天不的时间。我们作为监考老师要在这两天里啥也不能干，只能看着学生。以前还觉得两天不用上课感觉真好，谁知道其实监考两天下来要比上课还累得多呢。英语的考试安排是在第二天的下午没有阅卷的时间。在监考的时候我本来是想不去看他们做的卷子的，省的看了上火。第一天的安排还好，我被安排到了成绩在前面的第三考场，在考物理的时候我转的时候看了看人家写的，那大题一个个都写的满满的。在听逼得小伙伴说他们监考的场里边都是白卷。这真的是差距啊。他们当时就说呢这白卷的看卷多好看啊，我就爱看这样的卷。可是在考英语的时候我被调到了17场。其中还有好几个我教的班里的。刚开始我在认真卷子，做的可着急了，因为我想去看看我教的他们能做成啥样。英语考试还出现了一段小插曲，放听力的老师没有把握好时间，放早了。学生们都没听好，最后是重新放了一遍。我这一看学生的卷子马上心就凉了一大半。做的啊，惨不忍睹啊。语法填空还是书上的原课文啊，结果，这一场考试我都不知道是怎么过去的。

考完了就该看卷子了，因为我们学科没有安排专门的阅卷时间。我们四个小伙伴在晚上坐在办公室看语法填空和改错题。我们是一边看卷子一边心寒，看卷子都快要看吐了，两个人看一千多份，看完这堆试卷感觉自己真的好像都没有在这里呆下去的必要了，真是恨不得自己马上就回学。我在怀疑自己怀疑人生，甚至还想要转行了都。可能是希望越大，失望越大吧。成绩还没有出来，既期待又害怕，这种复杂纠结的心情。

不过看作文真是痛并快乐着。学生写的啊有的时候真的是让人哭笑不得呢。真的这个作文看的时候是真纠结不知道怎么去给分根本就。现在真的理解了那时候我们高中老师了，是真心的不容易呢。

大家都说一升入初中后学习任务一下子繁重许多，可是我在六年级的时侯压根就没把初中当回事儿，一直用平常心去对待它。结果一来到新华中学，我立刻觉得一切都变了。

在小学的六年里，每天除语、数、英三门主课需要认真对待外，其他课只要把那少得可怜的知识点全背得滚瓜烂熟就行。一上初中后，语、数、英照样严格要求，其他史、地、生、政知识点也要记牢，老师会随时抽查。我是生物课代表，更是要努力完成老师布置的任务。因为我听“前辈”们说过，一升初中，不能积累问题，要努力学习，积极请教同学、老师，不忽视任何一个问题。所以，我在课堂上认真听讲，比较积极地发言，就是不想把学习落下。我回家认真复习，多做了卷子、多背了理论、公式，本以为能拿下一个不错的成绩。结果，老师一讲到课外的知识，我就一问三不知，有些读书多的同学就能懂得其中的道理和寓意。

在月考的前一天晚上，我奋发图强，复习了一晚上，本想拿个好成绩，可第二天……

开始考试了，第一门考数学，我用了10来分钟就完成了，看看同学们还在埋头做题，我沾沾自喜，检查了一会就不再检查了。第二门是英语，我也考得不错。第三门是语文，第一大题中有好多字都没见过，有些凭借自己会的能用“淘汰法”选出正确答案，有些就不大会。还有后面的文言文，简直是几乎一点也看不懂，偶尔几个句子还知道个大概。下午考得还算是一帆风顺。

通过这次考试，我明白了不能死学课本上的知识，要学会活学活用。

高一本次月考的考查范围是必修一第一专题和第二专题的知识，也涉及到第三专题的一些知识。对于这次月考，我感慨颇多。现把本次月考情况分析如下：

一、成绩方面：

我教的三个班中，学生成绩从62分到111分不等。二班考得较好，及格率在四个重点班中名列第一，平均分也超过四个重点班平均分0.61分;四班成绩和二班相比稍差，这大概和班级调整有关，班内一次进了十名学生，老师和同学一时还不能适应;一班成绩最不理想，相当一部分学生考试不及格。

二、存在问题：

从这次月考中，我发现学生中存在的问题很多，有些学生选择题失分较多;有些学生不会做笔答题，特别是不会运用文学术语;有些学生作文字数不够;有些学生上课不会听课，不会做笔记，卷面不整洁等等。

三、具体应对措施：

面对这种种问题，我该如何去应对?我知道养成良好的学习习惯绝非一日之功， 首先还是要从思想入手，解决思想问题，让他们对语文足够重视。只有重视了语文学科学习，才能投入课堂听课，才能主动学习。目前学生还是缺乏这种劲头。

基于这种现象，在未来的教学中，我要及时对学生的学习进行辅导，通过考查了解学生的学习情况，及时调整授课进度。课堂内巧妙引入能激发学生学习兴趣的内容，有效利用时间。还要多做个别学生的思想工作，避免因为这一次考试的失利而失去学习兴趣!

下一步用什么方法让学生学习语文，而且使他们愿学语文?我想采用鼓励法：当看到学生有点进步时，我大加表扬;当看到学生生字、生词和诗文记得好时，我在全班鼓励;当发现学生能够齐答问题时，我也要大加赞扬……

我以后尽量用课件上课，在每一个幻灯片上尽量多打内容，将课讲细讲透，减少写粉笔字的时间消耗，多增加课堂练习。语文成绩的提高关键靠平时的积累。对此，我有一些想法：

1、一定要让学生动手写，尤其是重点与难点。通过这种形式把应掌握的知识梳理一遍，同时也达到了记忆的目的。

2、重视教学反馈，及时了解学生对课堂教学内容的掌握情况，以及作业完成情况。

3、鼓励他们拓展积累课外知识，提高阅读分析能力和写作能力，以适应当今高考。

我要用老师的“勤”来弥补学生的“惰”，对他们多督促。 我相信只要努力，学生的成绩一定会提高!

月考已经落幕了，但期中考也随即跟进。还是先让我来谈谈我的月考心得吧。

中国有一句古语说的好：宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香自古寒来。在学习上，我认为这也是一句至理名言。可是我却做不到这一点，也许是自我的约束力；也许是我不想面对学习上的困难；也许是一次失败后的挫折，使我不敢再次克服它。

经过了这次学习上的检测，我渐渐发现了自身的一些缺点：粗心大意、考前的盲目自信、考后的沮丧心情、学习上的一些态度。。。。。

对于这次月考的成绩，我的心里既悲伤又气愤。悲在我明明可以写对的理解错了；愤在我气自己这次的临场发挥。想起以前的成绩，再与现在的相较之下，简直是一个天上一个地下。我想：这应该是和我自身的学习态度有很大的牵连。。。。。。。

想起以前一个老师说过的一句话，还令我久久不能忘怀：逃避是永远不能解决问题的，它只能说明自身的懦弱。而解决问题的唯一方法就是面对问题！这声音久久在我脑海之中回荡着，久久的不愿离去。我苦笑着但却下定了决心。

我以后在课堂上，不会再那般浑浑噩噩的过下去，什么问题必要去想一想。放下那所谓的什么尊严，只是问一个问题而已。

第一次月考，让我受益匪浅：有爸爸、妈妈的鼓励让我感到，学习是公平的！只要全力以赴，成绩必定会让自己的脸上露出阳光般的灿烂笑容！

上学期的第一次月考之后，我整天都提心吊胆，陷在惴惴不安之中。人算不如天算，考试成绩还是在星期五出来了。

星期五下午，天阴沉沉的，虽说已是晚春，但仍感觉凉气逼人。快放学时，随着一阵吵嚷声，班主任刘老师拿着成绩单走进了教室。教室里顿时鸦雀无声，同学们都乖乖地坐在自己的座位上，等待着宣判自己的命运。只听刘老师慢条斯理地读着成绩：“赵博班级第一，年级排名第九。”……一听到这，我倒吸了一口凉气，全班第一名在年级才排第九名，那我岂不……想到这，我的心一下子提到了嗓子眼，好像要跳出来似的。我屏息凝视地继续听老师读：“王琦班级第五，校排名三十九。”听了老师的话语，我整个人好像一下子掉进了冰窖，绝望透顶。这回惨了，升入初中来，从没考过这么糟糕的成绩，回家一定挨吵。此后的我一直被成绩所困扰，老师说的什么浑然不知，脑子感觉乱乱的，就这样一直熬到了放学。

放学后我的心沉甸甸的，一心只想着该怎么向妈妈汇报成绩。路边的树叶一动不动，好像在为我而悲哀，连四周的空气也都死气沉沉的，充满了无限寒意。

回到家后，面对妈妈慈爱的目光，我把要说的话咽回了肚子里，关上门写起作业来。吃过晚饭后，妈妈问我月考的情况。我才小心翼翼地回答了那个令我胆战心惊的数字。我原以为妈妈会大吵特吵。可出乎意料的是，妈妈一反常态，微笑着对我说：“儿子，考不好没关系，关键是要总结经验，吸取教训。妈妈相信你从哪跌倒的一定从哪站起来。”听完妈妈的话，我顿时豁然开朗，并向妈妈立下了自己的保证。回到我的房间后，我不再怨天尤人，而是静下心来总结失败的原因。

Work and Happiness

Happiness is dependent upon work. Sometimes we complain that we have too much work, but we fail to realize that it’s our work that keep us moving on and helps us to become a better man. Last summer I visited my friends in a small village. It was obvious that working has become an indispensable part of their daily lives. They all went to the field to plant the crops. The sun was shinning above them and they looked quite happiness about their work. On their face there were such smiles as I had never seen before.

Work provide us with happiness. Work is more than a necessity for human beings. If we have no work to do, we will waste our precious time. That’s pity. We will lose everything in the end. Work helps us to realize the importance of life, then we will appreciate it more. Everybody who live in this society could not live without working. If we spend every day idly, we will find life is boring.

The first fall of snow is not only an event but it is a magical event. You go to bed in one kind of world and wake up to find yourself in another quite different, and if this is not enchantment, then where is it to be found?

The very stealth, the eerie quietness, of the thing makes it more magical. Ifall the snow fell at once in one shattering crash, awakening us in the middle of the night the event would be robbed of its wonder. But it flutters down, soundless, hour after hour while we are asleep. You yourselves do not feel quite the same people you were yesterday. How could you not when so much has been changed? There is a curious stir, a little shiver of excite-ment, troubling the house, not unlike the feeling there is abroad when a journey has to be made. The children, of course, are all excitement but even the adults hang about and talk to one another longer than usual before setting down to the day’s work. Nobody can resist the windows. 每一天都是新的一天，自从我进入初三以来的第一次月考就这样的拉开了帷幕。我真的觉有些措手不及了，每一次考试都没有达到我预期的效果，正如老师说的，我没有发挥出我全部的实力，可我找不到我的实力在哪里。或许是我把它隐藏的太好了，看不见，便慢慢遗忘。我不知道是不是所有我这个年龄的人都有这么一段经历，那我才真觉这世界真的是悲哀呢。我更不知道，完后的日子中，我是不是真的能有一段很美好的记忆？或许对那些班里的佼佼者们的确如此，说起以前就会多么多么的骄傲，这也许就是成绩好的成绩不太好的对比，前者希望考试，希望听到自己的成绩，而后者却恰恰相反。

其实，这仅仅是一次月考而已，并说明不了什么。我也知道，我不应该这么消极，或许是性格的因素吧，我有时候总是把事情想的太过复杂，或是说考虑的太多，不过转念想想也是，没有什么可郁闷的，总不至于不活了吧，俱往矣，俱往矣，大不了一个月后又是一条好汉。

今天下午估计排名就出来了，没关系，不管怎样，我希望这一次就到此结束，我不希望它再过多的影响我的情绪，我打算着手为第二次月考做准备了。我想尝试一把，从现在开始，希望并不晚，没准我的下一篇博文，就是我的成绩汇报单。

Christmas is one of the most important celebrations of the year for the western countries. It falls on the twenty- fifth of December and has the same importance as Chinese New Year to people with English backgrounds. The celebration is for the birth of Jesus Christ, who is the son of God in Christianity. Now days Christmas is no longer only celebrated by the Christians, but by most people from all over the world.

On the twenty- fourth of December everyone gets excited for it’s the day before Christmas which is called Christmas Eve. The children are usually sent to bed early and are warned that “Santa Claus will only come and give you a present if you be good.” The younger kids actually believe that Santa will come down the chimney on the sleigh that’s pulled by his reindeers. Food like short bread and beer are prepared for Santa when he comes, however most times parents just eat them. Some children put socks and sacks up for the holding of the presents (that their parents put in).

Rise and shine on Christmas morning! The children are always the first ones to wake up, some even do at four. Present wrappers everywhere! They look into their presents with a big smile on their face and oh dear….I hope no one’s disappointed. I feel sorry for anyone that got pink underwear. Children play while dinner is prepared by the adults. The Christmas dinner are usually eaten together by relatives. The tradition of Christmas pudding and roosters are usually eaten with deserts afterwards. The rest of the day is usually games and fun before the good days all come to an end.

12月20——第四个圣诞节前每个人都激动的天被称为圣诞夜。孩子们通常把早睡,并警告说,“圣诞老人只会过来给你一份礼物,如果你是好的。“年轻的孩子们真的相信圣诞老人从烟囱下来他的驯鹿拉的雪橇。食物像短的面包和啤酒是准备圣诞老人时,他来了,不过大多数时候父母就吃。一些孩子把袜子和麻袋的拿着礼物(父母)。

来到了，刚升入初一的我们还真有点儿措手不及。我在这次考试前的心情似乎比期末考试还要紧张，毕竟这是第一次啊！前夜，我努力的复习，看完了语文卷子又看数学，英语书也翻了一遍又一遍，说到英语单词全记会了没有，restaurant(饭馆）死记硬背也不会背写，姐姐来帮我解难，她教给我记单词的秒方法，我一小会儿就会写了。我想：学习的方法是很重要的。

考语文时，一道考题令我印象深刻：写出“那座古桥，是我要拜访的第一位老朋友”的修辞手法，我考虑一时，写下了答案：比喻。之后才知道正确答案是拟人，我有点儿不明白了，把老桥比作老朋友这也是有道理的，为什么这样就错了。我思考很久，明白了其中的原因。

说到考英语，那可就轻松多了，前夜我好好的复习，背会了所有的单词及重点句子，第二天早上又学习了一会儿，又句俗话说的好；功夫不负有心人。我觉得我一定会取得优异的成绩的。

语文英语考试完了，就要迎接下一门课数学了，考数学时，我认认真真的计算每一道考题，考数学时，生怕写错了，答完试卷，我又检查了一遍，居然发现了两道错题。我既高兴，又伤心。高兴的是我的错误可以改正，少丢几分；伤心的是我那样认真计算还有错题。

第一次月考完毕了，我的收获很多，感触也很多，我会在今后更加努力，争取超越自己，赢自己一把！

If the most beautiful season of the year is spring, for me, the most

interesting festival of the year is the new years Eve! On that day, we should

not only eat family reunion dinner, but also staying-up late on new years

eve.

Remember that the day to eat reunion dinner, people began to play cards,

chat, play mahjong, our children, began playing the fun of firecrackers, there

对目标坚定而执着，为理想去顽强地打拼，这样的例子可谓不胜枚举。执着于目标，玄奘大师才能经玉关，涉流沙，越雪山，过戈壁，最终求取天竺真经，领悟到佛门精义；执着于目标，袁隆平院士才能战高温，斗酷暑，精心研究，躬耕田畴，最终使高产稳产的杂交水稻培育成功；执着于目标，新中国的科研工作者才能在西北荒漠异常艰苦的条件下几十年如一日地刻苦攻关，在苏联单方面撕毁合同撤走专家的危急关头自主研发，最终收获了“两弹一星”研制成功的辉煌战果，使科技强国的百年希冀完美梦圆。由此可见，对目标的执着，就是对成功的执着。紧紧盯住目标不放，才能凝神聚力，聚精会神去探求，一心一意去争取；才能摆脱掉外界的纷纷扰扰，达到心无旁骛的境界。如此，喊出的口号就不再空洞，心头的打算就不会被斥作臆想，丝毫的进步都会转化为成功大厦的砖石，点滴努力都会汇集成孕育希望的大海。

时代呼唤强国梦。人类的足印踏入21世纪，要想尽早完成民族复兴的光荣使命，实现全面小康的发展目标，每一个华夏儿女就必须从现在开始，以目标为方向，执着地为之贡献自己的力量。是学生，就应该努力学习，为蟾宫折桂的目标不懈求索；是农民，就应该认真耕种，为五谷丰登的目标灌溉耕耘；是现代化建设大军的一员，就应该好好工作，为经济发展和科技进步的目标竭忠尽智，为社会和谐和生态文明的目标献言献策。只有我们大家都像猎人那样专注于目标，坚持去行动，几代人为之抛头颅、洒热血、挥汗水的“英特耐雄纳尔”，就一定会实现！

伴着绵绵的小雨，我来到了校园，那一排小树好像在为今天的我加油。因不今天是我跨入初中大门后的第一次月考。我该如何面对这一次考试呢？

“叮铃铃……”考试开始了，我振作精神来迎接这一个挑战。我视考场如战场，视同学如“敌人”，在战场上运筹帷幄，冲锋陷阵。考试过后，听见同学们都在议论答案，哪个正确，哪个错误……我忐忑不安，听着那一个个与我不相同的答案，犹如让一把尖锐的刀刺进了我的心中。我心急如焚，心惊肉跳。

我心中那个烧得旺旺的火炉突然熄灭了，我失望，我沮丧，我默默地流着泪水。我该怎么办？

我只有默默地等待着，等待着那个让我不安的分数，等待着那一声永远也无法改变的批评。我只有等待……

在沮丧中，我低着头，蓦然看见了胸前的校徽，它似乎正在向我打招呼：小主人，可别恼，要胜不骄败不馁啊！不要在可能的失败中不能自拔，就算考得不好，还有下一次月考呢。不要想着你有多差，只要对自己有信心，你终究会获得成功的。

一次次的失败，一次次的总结，但每次结果却没什么大的变化。成绩的不见好转，说明我自己在思想上存在问题，所以当务之急并不是解决成绩，而是思想上的问题，因为这将关系到我一生的命运。

成绩问题的确很让人头疼，不过路是自己选的，问题也应由自己来承担，针对单科存在的问题还是应该系统的分析。

这次考试语文试卷得了104分，放在高一高二的确是个高分，但对于高三来说，语文110分以下的成绩都是低分。汉语作为母语，每个人在思想中都已形成了一种固定的模式，所以要人为的改变这种模式确实有点困难。语文卷总的来看，影响成绩的还是选择和作文，这就涉及到一些基础知识，基础知识丢分，我个人认为还是比较好弥补的。我还是很有信心在第二次月考中突破110分的~

数学自古以来就是文科生的弱科，但这个社会又是一个弱肉强食的社会，如果你不强，就注定被人吃掉。所以我还是选择无条件的提升数学成绩，针对此次考试，数学卷子综合来说还是比较简单，但因马虎未审清题意，所以丢了许多不该丢的分。此次数学考试，就我个人看来124分是正常分数，因为这124分都是基础分，最次也得过120分。上高三以来我的数学成绩一直是教室里最好的，但这次的失误令我十分懊悔，希望没有令数学老师失望，下次月考，我会拿回本属于我的东西。

英语常被中国人看作第二种语言，但在经济发达、国际交流日益频繁的今天，英语早已成为了中国的第二种母语。汉语、英语不过关，很难在社会上生存，此外还必须掌握日语或法语第二门语言。香港大学的面试更是以英语为沟通方式，由此可见，英语对于我们这些90后来说非常重要，必须无条件的学好英语。

政史地一直被人们视为小科，但自分文理以来，政史地就已占据了半片江山，想要考高分，政史地绝不能缺腿。可我现在还仅仅是拘泥于及格…首先在基础上我就很不过关，所以受题的难易程度影响很大。感觉基础上的问题是最好解决的，只要付出时间与努力就应得到相应的收获，但事实证明，并没我想得那么简单。上高中以来，欠下了太多的债，现在想一次性还清的确很不现实。现在我所能做的就是坚持，不屏弃。正如政治说的那样“做好量的积累，抓住时机，促成之变”。

已经在路上，就不要忘记出发时所说的话。是否还记得当初许下的承诺，是否还记得当初夸下的海口。做人应做到“无悔”，已经到了这步田地，结果怎样，已经不重要了，重要的是过程，我们到底为人生积累的多少的财富。从高考考场走出，是否敢对自己说“我无悔”，如果能，那就没有对不起这三年的努力，就不会给自己的人生留下遗憾。

知识没能学会，但做人我们还总是要学会的。所以说思维方法很重要。

我们现在所做的一切都是在为自己的人生积累财富，不要放过每次学习的机会，知识无处不在，我们应该懂得探索。每个人都应有自己的追求，不然这真是一个失败的人生，锁定目标，专注重复，永不言败。

人的一生就好比在拍一部电影，有的人把自己看成是电影的观众，享受着无穷的乐趣，沉浸在那虚幻的世界中;有的人把自己看作电影的主角，主演着人生的点点滴滴，将自己的“力量”发挥到极限;而我将自己视为电影的编导，影片的剧情由自己决定，因为我不想做那无知的观众，也不想做那失败的演员，我要导演自己的人生，拍好这部电影，因为我不想给自己留下遗憾，因为我要做到真正的无悔。

思路决定出路，态度决定高度。命运掌握在自己手中，自己的命运应由自己来主宰。我要做成功的编导，为自己的高中生活画上圆满的句号。所以我一定要加倍努力，不为自己留下遗憾。当从高考考场走出时，我一定会昂首挺胸的对自己说“我无悔”!

高一英语月考反思作文

转眼间，我成为高一学生已3个月了。回首这3个月，心中就产生了许多感触。这3个月中经历的每一天，都已在我心中留下了永久的印记，因为这些印记见证我这样一个新生的成长。

现在我觉得自己似乎明白了许多事情，但是仔细琢磨后又不尽然。或许在以后也会嘲笑现在的渺小，但我们不得不笑着回首我们所走过的路.

这次考试,我总结了以下的点滴:在学习上，我深知学习的重要性。我认为面对知识就是力量，离开了知识将是一个一无是处的废人。中学时代是学习现代科学知识的黄金时代，我应该抓住这个有利的时机，用知识来武装自己的头脑，知识是无价的。

首先，合理安排时间，调整好作息时间，分配好学习、工作、娱乐的时间。时间是搞好学习的前提与基础，效率和方法更为重要。

其次，要保质保量的完成老师布置的作业，认真对待考试，考前认真复习。

另外，积极阅读课外书籍，扩大自己的知识面抓住点滴时间学习。经常提出问题，与同学讨论，向老师请教;搞好师生关系，师生相处得融洽和睦;在这次期中考试中，尽管感觉良好，但还是不理想的地方，仍需继续努力，抓紧自己的学习。

知识无止境，探索无止境，人的发展亦无止境，我还有很多的知识需要学习。

我要确定未来的发展目标，我也要对未来充满信心。当然，这需要老师们的精心培养和同学们的真诚帮助我希望我能进步.

I am not a brave girl, I am afraid of losing face in front of my friends
