This years summer vacation was most enjoyable. I spent fifteen days helping my grandparents doing farm work in the countryside， where I saw mountains fields covered with green plants. Sometimes I went swimming in the river to the west of the village， the water in which was quite clear.

I kept a diary every day. Besides doing farm work， I help the children in the neighborhood with their lessons. All of them showed interest in English. 10月1日的晚饭后，我对爸爸说：我要去买两本教辅书。好呀，我们还可顺便走走大桥，参观一下新一百！爸爸边说边起身。这时，表妹也吵嚷着要去，我们也欣然应许了。

走出大通，我们雇了一辆三轮车去一百。哇，大街好热闹啊！五彩缤纷的服装货摊，各式各样传统风味的小吃货摊等，在道路的左侧排成了长龙阵，道上游人如织，人头攒动。因实在太拥挤，车夫只好把车子骑入左侧的一个小道，往另一条公路骑向一百商城。难怪市政府打算把这段解放街建成一条步行街，只准人们步行逛街！

到了一百，我感受最深的是一个字——多。在门口，自行车、摩托车、小轿车成千上万地停放着；在商城里，人们摩肩接踵，熙熙攘攘。从中可以体会出顾客对一百的感情是多么深厚。与大通相比，一百商城的营销特点是制造一种良好的购物气氛，商城里的商品多而全，就那么蕴含激情的放在那儿，时常会有顾客驻足问价，你不注意时，还会有营业员拿着扩音器推销。看来，一百繁荣兴旺是错不了的！

走出一百，我有三点失望：1、一百取消了购书部；2、一百的装饰没有大通的精美，尽管够舒适；3、我们无瑕去一百地下超市，没能享受到那条坡道电梯。不过，一百留给我的印象是上虞购物之都。
