我们俩走在大街上，后面的人推着我们前进，我们想停下来都停不下。我说：“今天可真热闹啊!”刘毅臻说：“什么?”“今天真热闹!”我又说了一遍，刘毅臻喊道：“你说什么?大声一点!”我一个一个字地用力喊：“今——天——真——热——闹!”“哎——过一个国庆节，在马路上大声的喊才听得清楚。”我心想。不
一会，我们俩就被挤出解放路了。刘毅臻要去东方时代广场的对面去找他的妈妈买东西，我也跟去了。到了那里，刘毅臻没有看到他妈妈。刘毅臻打电话给他妈妈，正在打的时候，刘毅臻的妈妈走了过来。刘毅臻还没有注意到，我就说：“刘毅臻，你妈妈来了。”“啊，哦。”刘毅臻回答。
刘毅臻的妈妈就带刘毅臻去买鞋和衣服了，我也跟去了，因为等一下我要到刘毅臻家里去玩。我跟着刘毅臻一起去小商品市场，我们见缝插针地往前走。有一些人要挤出来，我们看都看不清路，只能跟着刘毅臻的妈妈前进，刘毅臻还差一点被一块石头绊倒。我们进了小商品市场，上了二楼，刘毅臻的妈妈先帮刘毅臻买鞋。刘毅臻喜欢那双鞋，他的妈妈就买那双鞋，不跟店主讲价，很快就买好，挤出卖鞋的店了。我看见小商品市场的人摩肩接踵，有些人手上拿着五星红旗。有些店门口挂着国旗，有些店用贴贴的红旗贴在门口。有些人站着卖拿在手上的小国旗和可以贴在脸上的小国旗。刘毅臻的妈妈又帮他买了两件衣服。买好了，我就和刘毅臻去他家玩，走在路上车都堵在十字路口、大街小巷里。

六十一华诞举国同庆。我从新闻里了解到不同的地方怎样庆祝国庆节。现在，我就来讲一讲吧。
“嫦娥二号”在10月1日19时59分57秒发射成功。
各地举行庆生比赛：苗族女人的长头发比赛;在湖南辣椒和国旗交相辉映，有一年一度的辣椒王争霸赛;在石榴红村有吃石榴比赛;在贵州长顺人们有摘苹果比赛;在广东佛山举行了狮王争霸赛。
各地举行庆生表演：湖北应城的“糯稻丰收乐开怀，高跷表演有高招”;广西环江的“芦笙开封庆丰收，浪漫祥和舞蹁跹”;河北河间的“敲起锣鼓庆丰收”;云南大理的“白族歌唱祖国好”;黑龙江自发合唱团的“唱红歌歌唱党”。
在国旗设计者曾联松的故乡浙江温州瑞安，举行了“儿童手印国旗纪念先烈活动”;还有各地人们约上朋友一起去农家小院吃农家饭;湖南怀化侗族共饮转桌酒，围着篝火舞蹈……
在这个举国欢庆的日子里，不同民族、不同地方的人们以不同的方式来庆祝祖国妈妈的的六十一周年华诞。正如我妈妈编的儿歌《国庆到》所述“十月一日国庆到，大街小巷真热闹。红灯挂，彩旗飘，全国人民齐欢笑。”
