那么什么是安全责任呢？有人认为就是有健全的法律、法规、规章制度，有健全的劳动纪律管理办法。。。。。。，当然，这是必不可少的。从所周知，各类安全检查、安全教育、安全活动、安全制度、安全举措不可谓不多，领导不可谓不重视，企业技术装备水平不可谓不高，可是各种各样的习惯性违章却时有发生，各种事故依然频频不断，仅2011年全国共发生各类事故3.4万余起，死亡人数7.5万余人以上，重特大事故时有发生，每年因事故造成的经济损失不下4000亿元以上。这是为什么呢？“天下之事。不难于立法，而难于法之必行，不难于听言，而难于言之必效”，做好安全工作缺的不是工作思路，决策部署、措施手段，所缺的是执行的坚决性和严肃性，做好安全工作的自觉性和高度负责的主动性。

人最宝贵的是生命，有生命才会创造奇迹，没有生命，一切将无从谈起，安全责任就是生命的守护神，责任让家庭宁静、安全，爱意盈盈！责任让工作更有战斗力和竞争力！责任让社会平安、稳健发展！责任让美丽的生命健康永恒！

Now it comes to my recent goals. Firstly, to be honest, I’m not good at oral English and English listening, I have to take a great deal of practice. What I plan is listening to the MP3 in order to imitate the foreigners’ accent and speak more in English.
