停下手边的活，我开始慢慢“检阅”这些“珍宝”。一堆五彩缤纷的糖纸里边，我找出一张“白雪公主”的糖纸，我记得小时候，“泡泡糖”还是新鲜玩意，五毛钱一块，“价格不菲”，因为五毛钱当时可以买一大堆红薯糖了。只是因为泡泡糖放在嘴里能吹出泡泡来，所以当时很畅销。缠着母亲给我买一块，常常一嚼就是一天，吃饭的时候就把它吐在糖纸上包起来，等吃过饭再放到口里嚼。看到别的孩子羡慕的跟在屁股后面跑，神气极了。

母亲看到我这么舍不得一块泡泡糖，生气的说：“泡泡糖是橡胶做的，吞下去会黏到肠子上，还嚼的那么带劲！”一次不留神把一块泡泡糖吞到肚子里去了，想起母亲的话，大哭起来，真害怕要去医院动手术才能把泡泡糖取出来，那时候真担心自己会不会因为这块可恶的泡泡糖死去，现在想起来真的很好笑。其实那时候的泡泡糖很硬，很难吹出很大的泡泡来，因为保留着那份简单的快乐，一张糖纸被我当成珍宝保存至今。

有时看到儿子吹泡泡糖，童心大发的我，忍不住提议和他比赛看谁吹得大。现在的泡泡糖和口香糖质量非常好，一吹就能轻松的吹出很大的泡泡来，看到儿子开心的笑容，想起了小时候的我，也是如此容易开心满足。长大以后，再也没见过“白雪公主”泡泡糖了，旧的产品早已被新产品替代了，但是童年的那份快乐却是任何东西也取代不了的。

以前的物品都由国家控制分配，买粮食得拿粮票到粮店去购买，还得按人分配斤两。那时候父亲挑着箩筐在前头走，我挑着铁桶跟在后边，到了粮食局，好奇的我踮着脚尖看着高高的柜台，那些工作人员坐在柜台里边，好神气。我一个同学父母在粮食局工作，他们家就住在粮食局里边，那时候我特别羡慕她。后来市场经济搞活了，粮食局倒闭了，我还纳闷呢，怎么这些端铁饭碗的人也会没了工作？剩下的粮票和布票也作废了，却被我刻意保存了下来，这些小小的票据毕竟也见证了一段历史。

这些收藏品里边，我最喜欢的就是“连环画”了，小时候家里有一个木头箱子，是父亲自己做的，我把我的这些“珍宝”都收藏在里边了。那时候没有免费图书馆，一个同学的奶奶在家里开了一个租书铺子，五分钱一本，我一有钱就往哪里跑，挑一本自己喜欢的图书，搬个小板凳静静地坐着，可以在那里耗上一整天时间。平时积攒的零花钱有了块儿八毛的，就去新华书店买一本故事书回家，看了无数遍也不会厌倦，经常沉浸在连环画的故事情节中就开始浮想联翩。

有一次大姐夫回家，给我买了一整套的《薛仁贵》，我可喜欢了，我把图书都放在箱子里边，平时谁也不能乱动，就连二姐要看也要开口问我借才行。到了夏天，俗称“六月六”的日头好晒被，母亲在家晒被子，要我把图书也拿出来晒晒霉气。打开箱子的那一刻我被吓得目瞪口呆，原来一只老鼠妈妈把我的箱子当成了它的窝，在里面生了一窝小老鼠。箱子打开时，机灵的老鼠妈妈逃跑了，只剩下一窝肉呼呼，粉嘟嘟的小老鼠，我束手无策，只会掉眼泪了。二姐胆子大，把老鼠连窝一起端出来扔掉了，可是我发现我的图书损失惨重，很多都缺了边边角角，那个伤心啊，连晚饭都没吃。

童年的生活贫瘠，但是却很容易满足，会因为一件小事快乐好几天，也会因为一件芝麻绿豆大的小事伤心难过好几天。那时候逛街，最喜欢呆在卖糖人的老人旁边，看着他神奇的手，变魔术般把故事里的人物活灵活现的捏出来，真的是连家也不想回了，恨不能跟他去当学徒算了。经常把糖人买回家却舍不得吃掉，每天拿在手上把玩，仿佛自己也变成了孙悟空，神通广大。往往最后，糖人不是被吃掉，而是坏掉以后被无奈的扔掉了。

那用糖汁浇出来的糖画也很神奇，充满香甜气息的黏液在小贩的手中随意而为，眨眼就成了一朵花，或者是一条腾空而起的金龙。你想要什么图案，他就能画出什么来，仿佛隐身于闹市中的艺术家，值得人钦佩。糖画精美绝伦，舍不得下口，却不想和糖人一样到最后扔掉，把玩许久，终于受不了那份香甜的诱惑，小心翼翼的咬了一口，甜甜脆脆的，十分好吃，几口就消灭了。还有一样好吃的甜食就是棉花糖，白砂糖在简陋的机器中不停地转动，慢慢变成一团雪白的棉花，用一根小棍儿一绕，一团棉花糖冒着甜蜜的气息直冲鼻尖而来，估计没几个人受得了诱惑。

Fathers Day exists almost all over the world to honor and commemorate

fathers or forefathers. In the Roman Catholic tradition, Fathers Day is

celebrated on Saint Josephs Day, March 19, though in most countries Fathers

Day is a secular celebration.

In recent years, retailers have adapted to the holiday by selling

male-oriented gifts such as electronics and tools. Schools and other childrens

programs commonly have activities to make Fathers Day gifts.

In the United States, the driving force behind the establishment of the

celebration of Fathers Day was Mrs Sonora Smart Dodd, born in Creston,

Washington. Her father, the Civil War veteran William Jackson Smart, as a single

parent raised his six children in Spokane, Washington. She was inspired by Anna

Jarviss efforts to establish Mothers Day. Although she initially suggested

June 5, the anniversary of her fathers death, she did not provide the

organizers with enough time to make arrangements, and the celebration was

deferred to the third Sunday of June. The first Fathers Day was celebrated on

June 19, 1910, in Spokane.

Unofficial support from such figures as William Jennings Bryan was

immediate and widespread. President Woodrow Wilson was personally feted by his

family in 1916. President Calvin Coolidge recommended it as a national holiday

in 1924. In 1966, President Lyndon Johnson made Fathers Day a holiday to be

celebrated on the third Sunday of June. The holiday was not officially

recognized until 1972, during the presidency of Richard Nixon.

On March 8th, 1975, the United Nation started to celebrate the International Women’s Day. In China, the women’s day also called “March 8th”day. Why we celebrate women’s day? There is a long story.

On March 8th, 1909, the Women’s Union of Chicago demonstrated against the inequality between men and women. They demanded that they should have the same payments, the same working hours as men had, and they should have the rights to vote. They even put forward a slogan: Bread and Rose, which stood for equal payment and a better living standard. This demonstrated had caused international attention to the women’s rights. A year later, a critical meeting was held in Demark, in order to promote the women’s liberation and equal rights, the council members decided to establish the Women’s Day on March 8th. Then March 8th, 1911 just became the first Women’s day.

In our country, during the women’s day, the women usually have a day-off holiday. The communities or companies will organize the recreational activities such as a spring outing, a nice dinner and some extra welfare. On this special day, the women can really realize that a woman’s value is not only giving birth to a child, doing endless housework, but also find her own status in the modern society. That is she can make a different. She can do everything that a man can do. When you look around, you will find that more and more women are acting as scientists, doctors, lawyers, even leaders. Just try to remember, women rule half of this world. The life could quite different without their wisdom and beauty.
